Negative experience: This gym really needs to work on improving. equipment quality is very poor from machines, benches and even barbells. Only one squat rack that doesn’t have bumper plates. Staff are very rude and unwelcoming. Giving off very mean girls vibes Training is needed for the staff to learn how to deal with customers who PAY to attend. Machines are always out of order and broken and very cheap stuff.

Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment available, clean gym, the sauna is a great size and the staff are amazing!

Negative experience: Totally agree with all the members comments about the new parking policy. I have never seen a money making system so ridiculous in my life! I was fined for attending a class which l simply forgot to manually input my reg details as l simply didn’t know. I was informed by the unhelpful staff l got a text message? I contested it as had all the information on the app stating l attended the class for an hour. This contest is such a con too. They do nothing absolutely nothing. I appealed so many times with evidence but no l still had to pay. Why not have the fob key linked to your key reg like not normal companies but l suspect this would cost them so instead they are fleecing honest customers. Sorry but cancelled my membership as they will not get another penny from me u to they sort their stupid system. Also if you stay over two hours they automatically fine you too! Crazy. Will join another gym who appreciates their customers.

Negative experience: I've been fined twice now because the keypad at the gym's entrance isn't working properly. It's frustrating to be charged £100 /£60 or if contested still liable to pay £20 for something that's clearly not the fault of the members. The fines should be erased, especially when the issue could easily be resolved by taking all members' car registration details in advance, so we don't have to manually key it in every time. I've spoken to several other gym members, and many are equally unhappy with this situation. People can't afford these unfair fines, and it's likely the gym will lose members over this if they don't address it. Fix the system before you lose your loyal customers!

Negative experience: **Disappointing Parking Policy** I've been a member of this gym for some time, but the current parking policy is causing unnecessary stress. The gym uses a private parking company (CPM) to issue fines to members if they forget to key in their car registration at the front desk – which is £100 if paid in certain timescale reduces to £60 Regardless of the issue, even if it’s the gym keypad at fault you'll still have to pay a £20 fine after contesting . This seems highly unfair, and possibly unlawful. With the cost of living rising and people focused on their well-being, it’s disappointing that the gym is adding extra financial stress with these fines, especially when it’s something they could easily fix. The gym makes money from memberships, so why squeeze members further? Why not make the process easier by registering members' car details when they sign up, like supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi do for their staff? This would save the hassle of keying in every time and prevent unfair fines. A simple change like this could make a big difference to members' experience. Overall, the gym is fantastic and caters exclusively to ladies, offering great new equipment and an empowering vibe that promotes women's strength and wellness. All the trainers, receptionist, and the owner are incredibly kind and supportive, adding to the positive atmosphere. However, the parking rules and fines are a downside, slightly detracting from the otherwise excellent experience.

Negative experience: Profusely disappointed. After the refurb there was no hydro pool and the steam room has not worked since. The manager Nags has been brilliant. Nevertheless, I strongly feel the owners them self have not prioritised getting this sorted for their customers. Had this been a JD or Pure gym, I am Confident they would have actioned certain areas not working especially after a refrub. Absolutely shocking.

Negative experience: No steam room for months now nor is there a hydrotherapy pool. Several phone calls have been made yet nothing is being done about this. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Truly amazing ladies only gym ! Huge ! Spacious gym with a very large variety of gym equipment equalling two floors, as well as a more so private room with equipment available that can be used by multiple women but to whom’s advantage it’s often quiet or even free. Sauna & steam available. Friendly & helpful staff. Experienced personal trainers available. As well as numerous offered classes. It’s just vibes in this gym ! Feels very women empowering the way you can just freely do what you intend to ! Such a positive atmosphere. ❗️

Fantastic experience: Been at this place for years. Great place for women only. Ample parking, clean and lots of equipment, recently had a lovely refurbishment that looks great. The staff that work here are really friendly too recommend all the ladies to join

Negative experience: A health club with no steam room? It has been over 10 months the steam room has not been working. And simply feels like they don’t care about their business nor the customers. Sorry but this is so not professional at all

Positive experience: Loving the new refurb, looking forward to the sauna being complete, 4stars due to the long wait of the completion of the sauna. Customer service is okay, with the exception of Lace who I find consistently friendly, approachable and helpful especially with using the new equipment. The holistic therapies service by Fatimah is also wonderful as she offers a wide range of treatments and always takes her time with me and uses high quality products.

Negative experience: Poor quality gym and rude customer service: The gym is very unclean – I touched a button on the treadmill, and my finger was covered in a thick, greasy substance that had clearly built up over time. You can visibly see the dirt on the machines. The equipment is of poor quality, you cannot adjust the machines or use them correctly as they are stiff so don't work properly. Staff have no knowledge of the equipment if you need any help. Rude Customer Service: Like other reviewers who have mentioned similar experiences, I encountered awful customer service here. A personal trainer/receptionist - I think her name was Rehana - started shouting at me due to a small misunderstanding. This appears to be a clear pattern of behaviour from this individual. I was communicated with in a rude and disrespectful tone, which then turned into shouting, pointing their finger and threatening me. I would urge people to avoid this gym.

Positive experience: Was great when I joined last year but wasn't informed of the planned works and closure of the spa and shower facilities at the time. Renovation has taken way longer than expected by Naj the manager is just fab. Made me feel very comfortable about reimbursement due to not being able to use any of the facilities because of my disability Overall they've always been extremely friendly, helpful and actually quite happy. It's a great place to be able to workout relax and rejuvenate when the place is up and running.

Fantastic experience: New gym was well worth the wait!! Well I have to say how impressed I am with the new refurbished gym downstairs. So much space and so much more machines including the booty builder which I was praying and hoping was included in the new refurb! Nice to see so much more squat racks. Staff have been informative about completion date, also seen them showing people around the new machines as it’s quite daunting when you’re unsure how to use. Well worth the wait!

Fantastic experience: Second floor open after full refurbishment and I cannot give the team at health club for her enough credit and respect for what they have created. The most amazing facilities from brand new equipment, perfect layout and lighting and friendly staff. There isn’t a gym around on the level of worth for monthly price. I am over the moon with the change and will recommend to everyone I know.

Negative experience: I have been a member at your gym for a number of years and always really enjoyed my time here. However, over the last couple of months I have not enjoyed my experience. Whilst I appreciate they are undertaking a huge transformation, which I am certain when complete will look amazing; at present the gym is untidy with alot of the equipment either been removed or out of order. The showers have not been working for months now either, which when going to work immediately after a gym session is problematic. There has been no reduction in fees...even though I am receiving a substandard service.

Positive experience: Good gym for women only, although I would say a lot of the equipment is very outdated and machines are not great/poor quality. I’m aware the gym is having a renovation and new floor added. Hopefully members are asked what we would like to see as we are paying customers. Good amount of cardio equipment and dumbbells, classes are good. Gym music good be improved and the sound system quality. Unfortunately you can’t find everything you may need regarding to working out, definitely more weight lifting equipment needed. Cables are poor quality and only one seems to be in working order. Treadmills and stair master are facing a brick wall which seems more depressing and like a punishment. Overall I would say it’s a good gym but a lot of room for improvement. I’d suggest something like a suggestion box in the gym for any comments and things we would like to see especially during the renovation.

Negative experience: I am happy with classes ,machine ,but not happy about safety to be honest the hot tub dirty and dosnt make you feel comfortable when you see dirt around you and even steam room.stuff need to work seriously about the hygiene. Alot of ladies was complaining in sona about this . If they didn't take complain seriously the gona lose alot of customers.we puy money to be 100%happy that what we deserve.

Negative experience: EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTION STAFF !!!!! Im new to the gym as is my friend. We made a mistake and responce from the reception women (yesterday afternoon 2pm. Hopefully the owner takes note) was totally unacceptable. She shouted at us in an aggressive manner pointing her finger in our faces. Even when i asked her to stop and speak to us in a professional manner she continued. At any other Gym you would be sacked speaking to customers that way. I appreciate there must be rules and I'm very happy to follow them (once i know them) This is a customer facing job and proper training and feedback should be given to staff. It was like someone picking a fight with me in a pub car park. (No joke). No respect for paying customers. Its really put us off going again. Which is a shame as I've been enjoying it so far but the way the reception staff conducted herself while in work was totally unacceptable and like nothing I've experienced in any other environment. Honestly I can't express enough how out of proportion and tone her response was. If this was my business i would not want someone with this attitude and approach dealing with my customers. There is a way to put information across and this definitely is not it.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym, I've never felt more comfortable working out! I'm still fairly new to going to the gym but health club for her made it easy for me to start. It's extremely inclusive, clean, friendly and has all the equipment needed for full body workouts id 10000% recommend!

Negative experience: You'll notice most of the good reviews are several years old from when this place first opened and actually made some effort to satisfy paying members. None of the equipment has been maintained in years leading to regular machine breakages which are then never fixed or you wait at least 2 months for a temporary fix which ends with the machine breaking again. They have a "deadlifting rack" with no proper deadlifting plates, squat racks on soft rubber floors, giving a lot of foot instability, limited benches for free weights, one cable machine with snapped cables and the other with so much friction on the pulleys it is very uncomfortable to use. Staff don't have much fitness knowledge either. Owners are actually quite immoral for charging such high prices and giving next to nothing in return. Despite having units installed for temperature control, in last years summer heatwave they would not put the ac on, letting people work out in absurdly hot temperatures. This winter just gone they wouldn't regulate the temperature either so the studio rooms were about the same negative temperature as outside. They've gone so far as to put locks over the temperature control panels so no one can try and adjust it themselves. They also say you can't refill your water from the changing room taps which one of the PTs admitted is a tactic for you to buy water bottles at reception. I was a member here for years but the way it's deteriorated forced me to leave. They only wish to make money from women who prefer not to go to mixed gyms, there is no health or fitness focus here.

Fantastic experience: I joint this gym a while ago, I drive roughly 50 mins to come sometimes longer in traffic. It defiantly is worth it, I have searched high and low for a gym closer but nothing compares, it really is one of a kind. Has a Sauna, steam room, hydro pool & soo many amazing classes & all the gym equipment you can think of. Seema & Rehana’s classes are amazing they make it entertaining and before you know it your sweating buckets. I didn’t think I’d ever go gym alone always relied on friends or family to go with, but I feel at home here now. The staff are all lovely.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have been to in my life. They have the facilities and classes you need, clean and new equipment added regularly. Staff and PT’s are so helpful, funny and lovely. If I could take this place on my travels with me, I would. Highly recommend.

Signed up on the day and haven't regretted it. Huge amount of machines, classes, weights. Always clean and the spa facilities are amazing. So pleased. Thank you to the team!

Fantastic experience: I joined here in Feb, the ladies are fantastic, the gym is lovely!!! Everything needed and more. I can only come occasionally due to my care role. When I do get chance I participate in the classes, the instructors are just brilliant. Kind, helpful and never make you feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend Health Club For Her.

Fantastic experience: If you're a woman and scared to go to a regular gym, definitely go here. I was really nervous but had a day pass and took the plunge. Ricky was so welcoming. She showed me around to every room and even checked on me halfway through. I'll definitely be signing up when I can. They even offer other services like waxing, massage etc.

Fantastic experience: Initially just joined the gym for the treadmill on last winter because it was too cold to run outside, but turned out I really enjoyed the fitness classes as well. Great gym, all areas including the machines are always clean. Have lots of fitness classes with good instructors. Spa is really nice too and staff are always helpful. Overall very happy and deffo recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym. I travel an hour and a half to get here and I don’t regret it! Only been for 3 days as a new member and the staff are incredible and will go out of their way, no judgement and so so friendly and made me feel so welcome as soon as I entered! I have switched from gym to gyms but I’ll definitely be staying i feel very comfortable. The machines are great and I’m happy they have weight machines! I can’t recommend this gym enough. Positive experience: Amazing gym, very spacious, clean and private. If you want ladies only space to work out comfortably, this is perfect for you. The staff are generally friendly but just one feedback, please don’t ask someone to put weights away as they’re about to use it or in between sets while changing weights. Feels like micro managing, ruins the flow of a workout. I’ll happily put it away once I’m done with them :)

Strictly women only, no men allowed in the gym so great for people who prefer this when exercising. Off topic but my car battery died in the car park last night, it was pretty late and I wasn't sure what to do so went back into the gym to ask for help. They very kindly got someone to help me restart my car :) thank you!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service of this place, I wasted a journey to the gym as the employees did not turn up to open the gym. Not happy as this has happened 3 times and when I spoke to the employee she was not helpful at all.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with this gym service as this is the 3rd time the gym has not been opened on time, meant to be open at 6.30am but due to staff members not turning up on time this gym opened well after 7am instead. Pathetic service as every one of us have commitments hence why we want to go early morning! To make it worse the lady did not agree to a refund after it is their mistake! Not happy at all will look into joining another gym soon.

Negative experience: Due to COVID I had to freeze my account and this has to be every 2 months, even after freezing it in the beginning of December, I was charged for a full month, when called they said they cannot give a refund as it’s not there policy but they will move that payment to February becuase it has already been taken. I agreed and cancelled my direct debit as I was not feeling safe to continue , thought I can pay when I decide to go in as I have already paid one month extra when I won’t be going, today they send me an email saying I have one month arears ( 27.01.2021) when already I have made payment until the end of February!!! The email states if I don’t come into the the gym and make the payment they will be passing my details to the debt recovery agency!!! And messages requesting me to make payment. They are being paid by the government due to COVID and on top stealing off customers!!!! Terrible customer services , the receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing and always the manager has to sort it out! And now the receptionist is always on aNother call, so there is no way to get in touch. Would never recommend!

Negative experience: This gym has really gone down hill. Continuous issues at the gym from bikes including spinning bikes not being repaired and weight machines that have been out of service for months with no warning notice stating it is out of service , this does not meet health and safety standards. The gym have had constant maintenance and refurbishment for months now, leaving us with no access to showers and changing rooms for a long time. Hydropool and spa room has been taken out, hairdryers have been replaced with very rubbish ones in where you need to keep pressing the hairdryer in order for them to work, the hairdryers are not even strong enough to dry your hair. The way management is going ignoring concerns raised by customers will in the long run cause the business to go downhill. Membership has increased in price but the customer service and basic repairs have gone down hill. Gym fails to repair the basics and provide us with good facilities and repair things in a timely manner. We come to gym to unwind and relax not to have stress from management and our concerns to be neglected. Leaving a notice in the gym stating work will be carried out by men on the day is not wise for customers, before they used to send text messages to everyone communicating if there are facilities out of service on the day, this has also been stopped you only find out when you are in the gym! It is a women's only gym any work carried out by men should be done when the gym is not open to customers not continuously done when business is operating and causing so much distribution to us customers!

Fantastic experience: All of the staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The gym also has many great facilities and a range of different classes that cater to everybody's different tastes and time schedules. My favourite is definitely Zumba or Spinning class! 100% recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Me and my daughter who has slight learning difficulties joined up on recommendation of our GP. I was really sceptical on finding the perfect Gym for my daughter who gets really anxious and this being a females only Gym it was perfect from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff were amazing and very cheerful even first thing in the morning. At first I would accompany my daughter on the equipment and would then use the Hydro pool for my Frozen shoulder and Arthritis in my Knees. However one member of staff called Nagz was so friendly and a people person said to me she would watch my daughter on the equipment whilst I used the Hydropool. My daughter did not usually take to people but felt so comfortable with the staff. The Gym is very clean and well facilitated with the perfect machinery for every body type. The prices are affordable and staff are very helpful. There is free car parking available.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym! I've been going to this gym since it first opened, and I can say It's a brilliant gym with loads of equipment’s and machines. I feel so comfortable walking to the gym and doing my own things without people watching you. The gym offers a wide range of classes to choose from throughout the day for everyone’s need and I can definitely say that I enjoy joining them as it’s another way of working out in a fun environment with friendly pt’s . All the staff and personal trainers are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to join a Ladies only gym and I can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. Fantastic experience: Excellent service, very friendly staff especially nags and Rikki, I've been to a couple of Gyms and this by far is clean and totally hygienic, comfortable and even has car parking facility. There are many different machines to use Excellent for a full body workout. Has spa like facilities, Hydro pool, sauna and steam room for that luxurious Spa Feel. If your some one who is searching for the perfect Gym look no further and get joining!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym for ladies I remember how much didn’t like to train in a mixed gym. When I joined Healthclub for her I loved how much I could train and use so much equipment. Lovely staff and great vibes feels like family every single visit I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gym and I’ve never felt comfortable, even when I did attend an all ladies gym it was very compacted less equipment. Starting health club for her has changed my lifestyle I enjoy coming to this gym learning new ways to work out the staff are all very friendly and welcoming it’s never a dull day at the gym. My day starts when I come to the gym. I would like to say nags Sofya riki and ammarah are the most friendliest down t earth staff I have ever met.

They are all very friendly always there to help whether you are stuck or have a question about how to use the gym equipment. Always smiling never had this experience in a gym like this before. Fantastic experience: The gym is pretty massive. Really friendly helpful staff, been a member about 3 years. Classes are brilliant, especially the zumba and spin although they're not running until 17th May. Current covid situation means gym is a lot quieter. Very safe environment with plenty of sanitisers at hand for cleaning equipment. All female gym which makes it so much more comfortable to attend.

Fantastic experience: I remember the 1st time i walked into this gym, my jaw dropped,couldn't believe this is female only gym.It has EVERYTHING, very modern, LOADS of equipments, always clean, loads of classes.You name it, they have it. The best thing here though in my opinion is the atmosphere, EVERYONE is so nice, members, staff and bosses, everyone is very down to earth. You can do your own thing and never feel uncomfortable. Its my 2nd home, LOVE IT...Highly recommend it.

I visited today with the view of signing up, both ladies were very professional and took me through the signing up process step by step ensuring I understood along the way. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the gym, so clean. Has such a great range of equipment! Been to a few of the classes, and have enjoyed these. The only thing that lets the gym down is that it closes so early on a Saturday and Sunday, and this doesn't fit into my regular schedule... Absolutely love the showers, literally sooo nice!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, can already feel the results coming in and the diverse range of classes to choose from makes this an even more impeccable experience. Equipment is in pristine condition and the spa is the perfect form of relaxation after a long workout!

Fantastic experience: Best gym! Clean and lots of amenities. I see Raihana regularly for waxing, full body massages and hijama. She is fantastic, friendly, extremely approachable and really passionate about providing a good service! I always feel relaxed after a massage and I am a repeat customer. Cannot recommend enough! Shout-out to Ricky for leading the BEST classes! Always pushes me to work harder!!! All the staff, but especially Nad, Ricky and Raihana are so lovely and friendly. They are the reason I still come to the gym ☺️ I also have a PT Rehana who is AMAZING! She contacts me to make sure I stay on track and really knows her stuff. She encourages and motivates me. Thank you!!!
