Fantastic experience: In town visiting family and stopped by for a swim. The staff were super friendly and they even let people borrow floats and swim aids for free! It's a clean and simple place that does exactly what it says it will, and it's really good value..

Positive experience: Could be so much more with a bit of tlc and some investment by the local county council.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, however the gym is now looking very tired/unsafe!

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are all friendly and helpful with a lovely personal manner. Ceri is a great instructor for Pilates and Circuits (had NHS referral), so helpful and reassuring and cheerfully kind.

Positive experience: Staff professional and friendly. Aquafit taken by very experienced lovely Kerry who gives us a great workout. Love the Milford Haven Leasure Centre.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely hour at Milford Leisure Centre for a ruff & tumble for my Grandson's 3rd Birthday. Ideal place for 3 year old Birthday party with plenty of chairs and tables to set party stuff out on.

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter has had swimming lessons here for nearly a year, from being afraid of water over her head she now is already about to finish wave 3. She is swimming like a fish it's brilliant to see. The staff are very helpful and experienced she really looks forward to going to her lessons.

Negative experience: It’s a good gym but it’s sadly turned very youth clubby, if your looking to train don’t go between 1515 and 1800 the council have turned it into a youth club you got around 15 kids in there ranging from I’d say 10-15 hogging most of the stuff it’s a shame really, there will be 5 on them to a bench queing taking it in turns, pop corn machine and probly a ice cream machine and arcade and this could be the next youth club, it use to be a tidy gym it don’t feel like a gym anymore if your happy to train in a gym where kids in there school uniforms hog the benches and sit for hrs on ur phone then this is the place for you and management don’t seem to care, I went in there once and there was a kid in there he had stacked the dumbells on top of one another so he could rest his phone on it to watch the football, I think the gym needs more supervision but I suppose aslong and the council are getting there money why would they care, also if you wanna train serious go to haverford gym your not even aloud ur bag in the gym and it’s run properly for people who actually wanna train and get there moneys worth what they pay every month I’m adding to this after 5 months and no change at all management at the gym is shocking kids running on treadmill backwards let the manager know and he’s not bothered maybe open the squash court for the kids to play in so the people that are paying for the gym can actually use it

Positive experience: Only used the swimming viewing area whilst son was in the pool. The area is small and uncomfortable and very warm to the point a young girl fainted. Son said changing rooms are clean and pool serves its purpose hence the 3 stars.

Negative experience: The pool was disgusting. Was under water and saw 2 spiders at the bottom of the pool. Also stuff floating around at the surface and some sort of gritty sand and the bottom of the pool. It needs to be cleaned ASAP. Changing rooms could be a little more cleaner. I really hope this gets sorted. It is disgusting

Fantastic experience: Just took my grandson to the pool .. first time ive been to milford leisure centre for years .. what a great time we had there will definetly make it a regular place to take him .. i will also be going to the aqua therapy sessions to help with my bad back .. would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to spend a few fun hours ..

Positive experience: Good area for birthday parties and parking is free. Toilet facilities are adequate. Equipment is ok if a little dated but good for basic workout

Positive experience: When we went it said the pool was about to close for a few weeks for refurbishment. It definitely needed it.

Fantastic experience: Free play at the gymnastics centre kids lived it with the weather change it burnt off lots of energy well worth it at £4.00 a child bit expensive but it is for two hours and if you have 3 children, the 3rd goes free.

Fantastic experience: It was a joyful experience, I had a swim (after borrowing some lost & found shorts), a shave and a shower, all for 4 quid, very reasonable for a homeless big issue vendor with no daycentre in his town!

Positive experience: Not the largest leisure centre in the county but certainly one of the best. Good swimming lessons, and constant development going on. Gym has recently been redone, in the last few years it’s been totally redeveloped. It hosts kids rough ‘n’ tumble parties and is a good place to socialise and keep fit and active.

Positive experience: Geral sports contre with swimming, weight, dymnasium, bowls, tennis, badmington and trained staff to assist. Courses also available .

Positive experience: Only downsides are closed early on Saturday need some more equipment whitch there getting over Christmas

Positive experience: Good amenities , not as big as Haverfordwest though. Plenty of parking and friendly staff
