Positive experience: Lovely facilities, lovely staff, great parking. Could be better, showers trickle but waters warm

Negative experience: 1 star is more than enough: - there is dirty everywhere (showers and pool), tiles around pool are green (mouldy) - lockers doesn't work, people taking their belongs in the baskets next to swimming pool - no ventilation (that's why all object is covered by mould) Whole object needs renovation immediately. It is shame that local community has no option and need to take their children to that filthy place.

Fantastic experience: Great aqua fit classes, Gaynor, Katsura and Lisa especially are excellent instructors. Only downside is the ladies locker room where the hairdryers blow lukewarm air.

And at around £15 for 4 people you can't go wrong make sure on the times i would advise downlaoding the pembrokeshire leasure app to book . Plenty of parking. And changing rooms are clean

Positive experience: Watching squash from the viewing gallery where a cycling keep fit workshop is then replaced by boxing a punch bag is neither comfortable nor relaxing. Space out these activities?

Positive experience: I go here on occasion to use the gym but there many other classes and facilities to use. It's open pretty much all day and they have a good booking system to secure your spot at the time you want. The facilities in the gym are okay but space can get right which is why you should book before you go.

Negative experience: Really terrible form of 'public swimming'. When we were little you could go swimming whenever. Now we have a one hour slot each day at really inconvenient times. People who work in the week can't take their kids swimming after work or school because the slot is of an afternoon. I just turned up for the slot on a Saturday with my daughter, apparently they had changed the slot time to Sunday now so it's closed to the public at this time on a Saturday now. I only checked this time the other day. The guy said I should call up or book on the app. Why? Why can't we just get a notice of the times it's open and turn up. Why do we have to book now? Maybe because so many people are trying to go to that one hour session because the rest of the time it's closed to the public. It's a leisure centre and you can't use it unless you're a part of a club or private gym member. It isn't right. Theyre now owned by all swimming pools so we couldn't even go to a different one because it has the exact same one hour a day slot. Normal families can't work with that and they know it.. the families aren't the ones who are bringing in the money though so they don't care. Really dreadful service. We've had to drive home now with absolutely no where for miles to go swimming because they're owned by the same people. They also NEVER answer the phone to book. Absolutely rubbish.

Positive experience: Mostly excellent, but today public swim at 7.30am open pool was NOT good! 9 of us in and we all agreed that we didn't like it. Public don't tend to come to early swims so its pointless having one SO early!! Suggest - 2 lanes and half a pool for the public/non strong swimmers, that way you cater for everyone, or lane swim till 8am and then public afterwards. Very strong feelings amongst all swimmers today, some of which would have used the half open pool so the lanes wouldn't be overcrowded. I am told that Lee has made this decision, and I understand why, but to cater for the public SO early is madness, please change asap or the lifeguard on duty will be get the backlash every week! Nice leisure centre, great friendly staff.

Positive experience: Go here for physio referral at the gym. Good instructor. Times are awkward for referral sessions if you are working and it's often difficult to use the equipment for my routine due to number of people there. On referral you are meant to go twice weekly, but several weeks during my time on referral only one referral session was available.

Fantastic experience: Pembroke Leisure Centre has many facilities including a swimming pool, gym, spin room, squash court, rock climbing wall and large gymnasium. The gym is well equipped with plenty of cardio equipment as well as a weight training area. The leisure centre offers up to 12 different fitness classes throughout the day. Spin, Zumba, HIIT, Pilates, Boxercise, Body Pump and Body Combat are all available several times a week, just to name a few. The leisure centre offers swimming lessons for children and adults, and has swimming clubs. They also have badminton club, tennis club and football training.

Fantastic experience: Booked into the medium lane, but a couple of faster swimmmers using the lane suggested to me I should move. It was rather nice to slow my pace, as getting back into swimming after more than 3 years is proving harder than I expected. I have to admit that I love the booking system, and really hope they choose to keep it as a permanent thing.

Positive experience: All in all it is a pretty good leisure facility for rural West Wales. The layout is a bit odd and it would be great if there was an area to get a snack/drink. Parking is now superb with loads of new spaces.

Positive experience: Pembroke gym is light and airy, perfect for a work out. Just a little compact in my opinion. The boditracks machine is really good and well worth paying the £3 for. It gives you the information on body fat, muscle, etc. I just wish the other more modern gyms were as cool and airy to use!!
