Fantastic experience: Classes included in Membership!

Fantastic experience: I am a complete beginner at the age of 60. I have been made to feel very welcome and had equipment and classes explained perfectly. I have loved every minute of my 1st 5 sessions. 3 classes and 2 solo. Very clean inviting gym

Positive experience: Standard cheap commercial no frills gym. Staff inattentive when pressing the assistance button at the entrance, weird that it's mostly carpeted and slightly concerned it won't be thoroughly cleaned regularly, also disappointed it's not 24 hours like most Puregym locations. Unfortunately currently the best option in my area and budget so will have to do.

Fantastic experience: The only proplem i have found is the amount of time people who are supposed to be traing spend sitting on machines playing on their phones. This needs to be addresed , as it stops others doing their training

Fantastic experience: Incredible gym. Spacious, wide variety of machines and great upbeat vibe without it ever feeling too crowded.

Negative experience: This gym wasn’t for me Doorways weren’t wide enough for me to walk through (too muscular) so had to crab walk everywhere! Wasn’t enough weight there for me to lift and to top it off the floors were very slippy due to all the females there drooling over me - wet floor signs needed!

Negative experience: Not a fan too busy can’t get in any machines recommend XS fitness just round the corner.

Positive experience: Everything you need, no trimmings. It felt a bit impersonal at first, but that's not a bug, it's a feature - cheap, consistent, what you see is what you get. Opens nice and early, too. Update: have been a member for five or six months now, and am still very happy. The kit is good, there is plenty of it, and it's still the best deal in town.

Positive experience: I was really fed up as the hydro was shut and I love to do the swimming at Knaresborough pool and I was also was finding it difficult to do the gym part at home so I decided to join the Knaresborough pure gym one as it is round the corner from Knaresborough pool. Very friendly people and staff.

Positive experience: First time visiting knaresbrough PureGym and iv had a great experience, everything is brand new, gym is tidy and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Minus 1 star due to free weight area being a little small and crammed together, would have situated it in another large area of the gym. Overall great visit.

Fantastic experience: Small but we'll run gym. I'm lucky enough to be able to utilize the quieter times but does get busy after work.

Fantastic experience: Clean, good equipment, parking. Sometimes busy but if you avoid peak times you can get your workout done. Really impressed.

Fantastic experience: My great first experience in gym after 2 years almost 12 months later I feel it's the best gym concept ever

Negative experience: Can't use gym as all inductions are fully booked and not a confident gym user. Classes are also impossible to book as those with a more expensive membership can book ahead and take all the slots, even though they're supposed to be included in the cheaper membership. Essentially impossible to use. Not happy.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed, the gym is very spacious and open plan, plenty of equipment, new barriers are much better than the claustrophobic booths in the Harrogate gym. Great to see weights actually being put back in the right places. Would be handy to have a bucket for all the cable attachments as I've struggled to find the attachment I need.

Positive experience: New gym new equipment. Just no staff no one at the welcome desk they were in a class. Wasn’t easy getting into the gym they code key pad wasn’t working correctly.
