Fantastic experience: Megan’s classes are brilliant , she always gives great direction and guidance and makes the classes fun although they are always challenging . I would definitely recommend all her classes .

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy Megan's legs bums and tums. All the classes I have done are really enjoyable.

Negative experience: Cool wee gym shout out to josephine who helped me book in Had a great workout pb front squat woop woop Took 3 day pass didnt get third day training in because apparently it has to be consecutive ... hmm small print .... this should gave been made very clear whdn j was booking ... no happy feeling robbed

Fantastic experience: First class with Megan and loved it! She challenged me but in safe and supportive way. Really good to have trainer come round class and adjust where necessary! Looking forward to the next one

Fantastic experience: Boxing and padwork workshop with Megan was brilliant this morning. Been about 7yrs since doing anything like that, but Megan was super encouraging and helpful. Such a star!!

Negative experience: I was a bit disappointed with the lack of equipment in the gym

Negative experience: Not fit for purpose - two showers available for a gym that can accommodate so many people isn't enough. Wanted to go to gym before work but not possible because of inadequate changing /showering facilities.

Negative experience: Gym toilets are not clean urine on floors no paper towels Lack of supervision of members who think it’s quite acceptable to interrupt a work out and ask how many sets I intend to do and when will I be finished, this is not a pool table and putting your pound on the edge of the table doesn’t mean your next on the table , and when issues are raised with the staff ………. Polite but water off a ducks back . Also certain members consider it safe and sensible to behave like Olympic power lifters lifting huge weights and then dropping them from height with little or no control also the gyms workout areas used for social gatherings and selfies and charity phones Get a grip please I’m fed up of raising issues and no action being taken.

Positive experience: Only issue that has been for years is that the studio is always pitch black and there is no light switch. Not sure if there is a sensory but it doesn't come on. Please supply sufficient lighting so people are encouraged to use this studio space..

Fantastic experience: Great gym lots to do for all levels of fitness I'm a beginner and work away at my own pace, no pressure ,clean safe space to excersise

Fantastic experience: Personally I really like it..so much to do could spend hrs there and that's obviously good. And it's 24hr so you can go when you want!

Negative experience: there is no free wi-fi here. very little equipment in the gym.

Negative experience: Gym is clean. Plenty room. Staff friendly. Cons; They no cleaning supplies. They no paper towels or detergents for cleaning wet benches or other equipments. When machine is broken it takes over month to fix it

Negative experience: Too many kids. Place is a playground.

Fantastic experience: Just what I needed. Great location and excellent facilities. Hope it still seems that way after 6 months. Can get busy weekdays after 5.
