Fantastic experience: Good Fitness and gymnastics center for kids. 1. RLS branded tea shirt : builds unity among all students 2. Spacious and good ambience 3. Maintained privacy during session by not allowing visitors/ parents 4. The fitness center is within Warwick shopping park with 4hr free parking

Negative experience: They are only focused on money. They don't care about their parents' opinion and don't take it into account. To this day they have not refunded me the money for the ticket they took from me at the competition in Manchester ( I paid for 2 but only got 1 ticket). After contacting me by e-mail, they promised to make a transfer and now they don't even reply to my messages. I'm not even talking about a refund for the month in which they no longer allowed my daughter to train. She didn't attend a single training session in February because they wouldn't let her anymore. I really don't recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: As a busines this place is packed with kids. Since there arrival, kids have massed. Shows and performaces. Kids know best.

Negative experience: Popped in to get some info regarding certain sessions and the lady was pleasant. However my daughter told me that while I was talking, the staff member teaching the gymnastics was angry and telling the children off constantly, putting them down and saying their efforts weren't good enough! I later posted on a local FB group asking if anyone had been there and I got some very disturbing information from a couple of families who inboxed me to say the children are shamed for body size, screamed etc so we are moving swiftly on from this one sadly

Negative experience: Just took a 7 year year old for a trial and was told that parents were not allowed to view! 20 kids in a class no correction to movements. Really! If you want to drop your kids off and not know what they are doing that's fine. Personally, we like to evaluate first where our children are going and the kind of instruction they will be receiving. Very rude staff too! Needless to say, took her out after 5mins! Hardly a trial if parents can't evaluate! So much for working with parents!

Fantastic experience: My daughter just had her first induction lesson into gymnastics, she was very upset at the start but Nigel got her to go through with the lesson….. she came out a complete different child very happy and big smiles. She’s hasn’t stopped going on how they were all nice to her but she’s extremely happy with the amount of confidence Nigel gave her in such a short lesson Thank you

Negative experience: Please read the FAQ's that should comply to regulate to expected trading standards before joining. As you can easily be misled if the terms are not addressed to you when joining. As first impressions do not always count so be prepared for reservations!
