Positive experience: Ok

Fantastic experience: A brilliant sports facility with a great bar where a bubbly blonde barmaid was very helpful and friendly making it a great evening of football and socialising.

Fantastic experience: I attended Three Hills for a course, so I can only comment from that point of view. I had never visited the place before but it was a great place. The up stairs bar had a great view of the grounds and any possible match. The staff were helpful with a range of snacks and drinks.

Positive experience: Went to Pickleball here for the first time. Great place and plenty of room to play and to park

Fantastic experience: Fantastic venue friendly spacious and fantastic for sports enthusiasts went to watch Grandson play football match it was great wonderful experience and so beneficial for healthy open air sports and indoor too

Negative experience: Really poor gym, rust everywhere and unclean. Very long delay to get membership cards, as well as atleast 1 piece of equipment being out of order everyday. I cancelled my membership, which resulted in my card being deactivated immediately, rather than when my billing period ended. In addition to being charged for an additional month. To this day they have not informed their third party debit finance company of my cancellation, and they have been continously spamming me with payment emails. I contacted Three hills sports again 3 weeks ago to rectify their mistakes but I have had no response. Definetly would not recommend, there are many other gyms with better service, equipment and facilities for the same price.

Negative experience: Full on construction site at the moment, lack of parking with football games, cricket match and hockey match all at the same time. I couldn't see clear sign on where to go.

Fantastic experience: Friendly people lovely atmosphere

Negative experience: Sound attenuation desperately required between bar and yoga/pilates studio. The current situation is unfair to everybody. Bar staff cd also do with some training. There's no reception/admin to point newcomers in the right direction, no-one to check bookings or ensure security.

Fantastic experience: Absoloutely fantastic space hired for our wedding event with 80 people. Staff are all so super friendly, buffet food was amazing. Thank you all so much. 100% reccomend for venue hire.

Negative experience: Staff rude and useless, kicked a ball over said we could get it the next day and the ball was gone no where to be found. Wasn't a cheap ball..

Positive experience: Went to a art exhibition there not for sports but was surprised at the size and amount of facilities there.

Fantastic experience: Can not say a bad word for this place, held a wake here, and the staff went above and beyond for everything (thank you so much), and priced extremely well. I highly recommend for any private event.

Positive experience: Went for a gender reveal party. A nice building has lots to offer for the sports enthusiast. Outdoors has the main cricket pitch local teams play there. Inside has a gym, bar conference rooms toilet facilities. And through the back part is all weather pitches. All lit up at night when in use. Overall a good place am sure many towns would be envious of what the three hills have

Negative experience: The same booking slot for 10 years (1 hr a week), they double booked a one off and turned us away, despite having the invoice showing our payment and booking. Gobsmacked at the poor customer service. Will give another venue our loyalty from now on

Negative experience: We were turned away tonight because of a double booking. Funny thing was we have been playing almost every week for well over 5 years. Why choose the other guys?? Really weird! Poorly managed....

Negative experience: Booking every week same time for years. Turned up today and they had double booked it. Rather than honour our booking we were turned away. No loyalty

Negative experience: Some bar staff could do with a little more customer service training! Not to mention some awareness of what is going on in adjoining rooms. Is it really acceptable to allow customers the master make an incredible amount of noise when there is a yoga class going on in the next room? Bar staff don't seem to care at all.

Positive experience: The touring University of New South Wales cricketers were a delight to meet again. The Expresso coffee I purchased at £2.50 was a disgrace. It was sold in a vessel the size of a thimble.

Negative experience: Stopped at Folkestone invicta to walk the dog.Did not go to the three hills.But from what I have seen in the past.They do have some good sporting facilities.Football,cricket.

Positive experience: Only go to 3 Hills to watch my son play cricket over several years. Folkestone vs Elham U18s this visit. Elham got thrashed but it is always good to be in the fresh air on a Summer evening despite it being very windy.

Positive experience: Great facility with plenty to offer. Visited to play cricket and was surprised by the quality and variety of facilities available. As well as 2 cricket pitches there are 2 full size hockey pitches, a large sports hall, party room and a good sized bar area. There is a balcony for cricket and another for hockey. Coffee shop and sports shop downstairs. Very impressed.

Positive experience: Class facilities and a naughty toilet may I say, helped the log slip out in style. The manager is a miserable old munter, overcharges everyone for everything and to be honest, makes me want to kill myself. Class tho elsewhere, gaff and a half and great for the kids.
