Negative experience: Sauna it's down for couple of good days now and steam room time open says at 6 in the morning during week days and it's nearly 9 a clock still not open and this qouldn't be the first time so i am considering moving from here.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever trained in and I love it Amazing choice of machines and weights and very friendly and helpful staff and brilliant choice of classes and spotlessly clean and love the new stretching area . Also I have made some new friends as well.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym sauna stream room included member ship and open 24 hours per day 7 days in week.

Negative experience: the gym is absolutely well-equipped with good equipment and a sauna, but the organization is terrible (marketing and PT), practically non-existent... only one person, Angela, is prepared for proper professional organization of classes!!!!

Positive experience: Enjoying their steam room, both saunas and that monsoon shower in between

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership with my last billing date to be 27th of February, roll on 27h of march another payment has been taken, Lyndsay the manager said it would be sorted.....its been 7 days and still no refund or proof of cancellation..... pure gym is opening in a few weeks with much better systems and equipment, i recommended going there.

Positive experience: Meh gym, very crowded a lot of time and staff get mad when you deadlift heavy. Not recommended for powerlifting

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a few months now, staff are so helpful. Lindsay is so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right from my first few days there. Good choice of equipment and classes are good fun, mostly enjoy Kurtis' good music taste in mobility classes. There's good Pt's as well. Someone for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great space...... Great understanding on differemce ways of exercise. The staff are EPIC!!! I feel like im slowly making friends that work there and not just talking to staff. The members there are also really cool respectable people

Positive experience: I have been going to this gym about a year, it can be busy at times. Monday, Tuesday evenings can be quite bad. The equipment is we'll maintained, overall maintenance is good. The staff are approachable and the members are all friendly. There is a range of members from people only doing cardio to bodybuilders. I have not took any classes so am unable to comment. I have one gripe about the gym. The speakers are blown, the sound is so so bad it's actually irritating. If they could invest a bit in some new speakers it would improve the experience. Rates are very good if you work locally they used to offer discount to local business such as Moy Park.

Fantastic experience: Excellent selection of equipment, lots to choose from and always available to use. Great choices of classes most are based on Les Mills. Really enjoy the Pump and Circuits. PT always available and willing to help if required.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant environment where people of any ability can feel comfortable. The sense of support leads to a very motivational atmosphere. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and most importantly - welcoming. There is an impressive range of different equipment. Most of the machines have instructions on how to use them correctly and what muscle groups are targeted. Overall an exquisite gym with exquisite people.

Positive experience: Love it, lots of weights and stuff, and loads of open space for your own work However i have rated it at 4 stars because it would be alot nicer if they had more boxing equipment

Negative experience: Great gym but moving out the area and need to cancel my membership. I have been ringing for the past 2 days and not got through on the phone once to cancel my memebership. I have tried emailing and still had no response. Not impressed :(

Negative experience: I could not believe when I was told that Lifestyle relies for their memberships on the highly unreliable company called Harlands Group. This company has a extremely poor costumer service, and I have emailed them repeatedly to cancel my membership with LF, in vain (and countless other customers are in my same situation). Also, when I set up my membership with LF, they did not tell me that they were going to delegate membership to Harlands. This is murky costumer service, and who in his right mind would rely on Harlands Group is for me totally inexplicable.

Negative experience: They said i could cancel my gym membership any time i want without any fees, couldn't cancel it through the phone as they did not answer it (was ringing them few times for about 30 min each time) so cancel it throug my bank app after a month got a letter with a fine 140 pounds for cancelling my membership

Negative experience: Dropped down to this place while home for Christmas expecting to be able to purchase a day pass and train. Turned up realised I needed a passcode to get in, rang the bell for a member of staff to help, stood for 15 minutes waiting for someone, ended up giving up! Shambles!! Terrible service, terrible first impression for potential customers! Won’t bother next time!!

Negative experience: Had an appointment today at 1pm for a cryospa session for my son. Guy didn't bother to turn up & when we contacted him he mumbled some lame excuse & hung up on us! Rang him back & he had switched his phone off.... way to go, how NOT to treat customers! Won't be back

Positive experience: I've been a member on and off for years when it first started as Fitness First. If you are looking for customer service you can walk the gym at times and find no one. The new equipment is great, classes vary and sometimes they cancel a good one which can be annoying. Showers really need updating, was meant to be done when lifestyle took over, still waiting. Some of their freelance PT's are amazing so that's a plus.
