Positive experience: I mean, I'd really appreciate it if the Mocha downstairs would be open, but otherwise it's a nice place

Positive experience: I want to give this 5 or 4 stars because it's a great community resource but there seems to be a marked under investment in it. The toilets are always in a terrible state, water has been leaking into the UG Mens toilet for well over a year and cubicles have stayed taped off for months on end. The staff there are brilliant, enthusiastic and great at teaching young kids to swim and the facilities are well used by the community. It seems then that it's the management who need to simply fix the fabric of the building.

Positive experience: Big place easy to get lost but the pool area seem good and the facilities are in good condition. A seating area with a view could make it better but standing wasn't a problem for me but maybe for older people not a good idea with lots of stairs and doors to open

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the organisation and customer service. My daughter had a trial and was on the waiting list for lessons. Prior to the Easter term, I was asked to fill in a form with her personal details, including address and DOB and the person I spoke to informed me that they would call me the following day to collect payment. No one called, so I tried calling several times, left voicemails and emailed. No one returned my call or responded to emails. Eventually I emailed asking for the complaints procedure as I don't feel comfortable with this organisation holding my daughter's personal details without offering any service. Again, no response!

Negative experience: Daughter attended swimming lessons here for 1 term. Unfortunately by week 10 the instructor still didn't know her name, which then questions how they can give feedback on ability. She was never assessed for ability & just dragged around the pool & given a Duck 1 award. Ffwd to 1 term at another swim school where they've actually taken an interest, given her a chance to swim & she has passed Swim England Stage 1. There are much, much better swim schools around.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant venue for sports/activity etc

Positive experience: Shame they haven't got toilets on the upper floors. Only because I have a disability that affects my bladder and other,so I require easy access to a bathroom. Regards Charles.

Fantastic experience: The instructors are brilliant with the children and really help develop their confidence in the water. If you want your children to learn to swim then I highly recommend visiting!

Fantastic experience: Really good gym with friendly staff

Negative experience: Such a shame they're having so many maintenance issues. Today the pool is closed again. Lights are not on. Bringing a torch is apparently not an option. On the other hand looking for an investor and a new maintenance firm is a priority. Better Club are excellent, get in touch with them.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have used Trinity Arts and leisure for over 10 years . Our children have learnt how to swim there and had some fantastic birthday parties in the pool . My partner and I have played badminton in the evenings and football in the large hall. I have been a gym member for over 5 years . it's a small gym . The staff are always welcoming and are willing to go that bit extra when needed . We would recommend learning to swim here and using all the leisure facilities .

Fantastic experience: Pleasant pool nice clean environment friendly staff, parking on site. What I also like is the water hasn't got loads of chlorine in it so you don't smell so funny with dry skin. I've stuck with this place during lockdown & post lockdown. Well organised.

Positive experience: At the bottom of the pool you can see some dirt, but the water itself seems clean. Overall the whole area is very clean. The water is a bit warm enough for my taste, but still pleasant. The lifeguards are always attentive and give a safe feeling. I will definitely come back!

Fantastic experience: Plenty free parking, good facilities.

Negative experience: No consistency with bookings for Indoor facilities. Very frustrating. Booked football, however double booked and there’s no session for the boys to kick about. Has happened on multiple occasions due to poor communication

Positive experience: Go here for my sons Rugby Tots. Plenty of parking. With the facilities we need.
