Luxe Fitness is a luxury 24 hour boutique gym in Bristol – providing the latest gym equipment and free classes in an inspirational building. We have over 150 pieces of hi-tech cardio and strength kit with a large dedicated rig area in Bristol for bodyweight and HIIT training, a spin studio and class areas. We offer over 100 free Classes per week, including HIIT training, Les Mills Classes, Virtual Classs, Body Pump, Yoga, The Trip and more. Negative experience: Really friendly gym staff and great gym! Especially circuits! But feel let down by the online customer service after years of being a customer they made didn't make me feel valued or willing to be flexible and consequently won't be coming back.

Negative experience: Only perk of this gym is Circuits class on a Monday . Otherwise, Spin bikes are always broken so if you book it’s spin bike lottery as to whether there are straps or it’s even working. Classes are all virtual so sometimes you turn up and they don’t turn on (often during unstaffed hours). Cloths are damp. Staff always have a “be back in 5 sign”. Honestly, PureGym is more “Luxe” than luxe fitness. Oh and the app is awful!

Positive experience: I go to this gym because it’s the nearest to me, that’s pretty much it. The free weight section is constantly being used for classes, it is incredibly frustrating and makes no sense to have classes on all through the day and evening in the only section of the gym available for free weight exercises/pilates/yoga/etc. To make matters worse, there is only one of each weight workout machine. So not only can you not workout with the free weights, but you’re queuing up for machines for half your visit to do exercises you didn’t even come to do. I try to work around the classes and go in between them, but this doesn’t work for my schedule a lot of the time and I imagine it’s the same for lots of others people. The toilets also permanently smell of urine, I don’t know why or how but it’s literally as bad in the cubicles as it is across the street in Asda Bedminster toilets. Just really not a great gym, if you can go elsewhere you probably should.

Positive experience: Great for looks and has most machines and well organised but the one major problem I have experienced is all the seats move a litle not up and down but forward and back and it’s pretty annoying no screech or anything just a litle annoying it’s on the chest press and preacher curls

Negative experience: Really tiny gym for the cost of a fully equipped one. As you can imagine, its almost always crowded. Almost half the time I spend here is waiting for people to finish one of the very limited workout machines, not really the gym's fault but definitely not a fun experience. The staff are nice enough though but the gym can be very dirty and machines are often caked in dust due to lack of regular cleaning. There really needs to be more machines.

Negative experience: Honest review: this gym is extremely small and if you’re a woman who likes to workout on mats you will struggle. The free space used for free workouts/light weights is always used for classes in the early morning/ evening, making it near impossible to workout outside of work hours. There is next to nowhere leg machines and so leg workouts are extremely hard. Overall very poor facility with resources scarce - I much preferred the previous gyms I’ve been signed up to (pure gym, the gym etc) that had loaaads of space and were cheaper.

Positive experience: It’s a nice gym with great equipment. However it’s now so busy at peak times it’s sometimes impossible to get on any of the equipment, I have noticed some of the PTs using one major piece of equipment like the squat rack for an hour to train their clients which isn’t great at peak time. There are also occasions where people (including pts) are filming their clients and others are going to be captured on their video, which might not be an issue if they checked it is ok first. I have even seen people filming and taking pics in the changing rooms which isn’t great… admittedly not sure what could be done about it.

Positive experience: I recently canceled my membership at this gym due to a significant price increase. While the facility itself is impressive, boasting a clean and well-ventilated environment that operates 24/7, the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, their lack of concern when I misplaced my weightlifting belt, coupled with an air of arrogance, diminished the overall experience. It's disappointing when the service doesn't match the quality of the facility.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. The app that allows you to access the gym and all services doesn’t allow you to cancel, you have to log in through a separate members area that doesn’t send you a password reset email so unable to access this area to cancel. Absolutely no flexibility from the customer service team when the direct debit is cancelled as this is the easier option, just emails threatening to pass on to a collections agency for an unused service.

Negative experience: A gym with no mirrors is like going to a restaurant and eating without cutlery it’s the dumbest idea ever no gym in the country with a free weights section have no mirrors u never gain because you can’t see what ur doing people try use the blacked out glass it’s just so stupid go a see people trying to see there reflection in the blacked out glass to do weights I’m leaving and I’m Sure any one who uses free weights will soon

Positive experience: Great gym - super clean and everyone takes the time to wipe down the machines after without fail. Only complaints are that there are no mirrors in the weights area or anywhere else (not wanting to take selfies lol, just wanting to see if I'm doing things correctly), and the music is way too loud and abrasive considering 99% of people wear headphones.

Negative experience: Rude Male PT staff. Gym equipment broken, NEVER repaired. Been attending this gym for few months now. Learning that the maintenance team is non existent. Broken machines have been unusable for weeks. You can give feedback on the poorly set up app, but is always ignored. The male PT staff are very rude often blocking machines and becoming aggressive when you forget to put one weight back (yet the walls are all scuffed and half the equipment is unusable). This company really need to get their act together. Will not be attending this gym again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Negative experience: Giving 2 stars only for the staff, but the gym itself lacks in space and quality of the equipment. It's always too busy and there is not enough leg equipment. As has been pointed out by someone else here, there are 2 weighted treadmills no one ever uses and that space would be better used if we had more leg press machines. Also, there are no mirrors, which is extremely dangerous and I have been injured because I wasn't seeing what I was doing. To be honest, looks like they're investing all of their money in the city centre unit and neglecting Bedminster. The equipment, once broken, takes weeks and even months to be fixed or replaced, whereas in the city centre it's done quickly. Also, the membership only allows access to one unit. You need to pay more to access both, and that's insane, considering other gyms let you go to any unit you like. They are also going to charge more for our membership without making any changes to the gym itself. This is absurd, in my opinion. The only reason I keep going to Luxe is because it's the closest one to my place, but as soon as possible I will switch to another gym, cause this one is a rip-off and not worth the money.

We apologise that you have had issues with equipment which we are now looking in to as this should be dealt with quickly by our maintenance company. We are sorry this has impacted on your overall experience. Luxe Fitness does not tend to use mirrors in clubs and whilst we are mindful that many see a big benefit in mirrors so therefore don't want to dismiss your point, we feel on balance that no mirrors improves the overall experience for our members. Whilst we understand that members see a benefit to technique using mirrors, we feel that it also has a massive negative impact and increases risk of poor technique and injury. This truly is a preference we have after considering all the pro's and con's. We have made equal investments in both clubs and do not prioritise one over the other. We offer single site membership for £24.99 and dual site membership for £29.99. We believe that this is a fair price for both the clubs. If other operators offer all sites for the price of one, this would not change our pricing structure which we believe to be correct. Our recent price increase which will come in to play from January 2024 will be our first price increase for existing members since we opened nearly 5 years ago and is proportionate to cost of living increases/ It would not be possible for us to continue at the lower price and the business be sustainable. Fantastic experience: One of the nicest gyms I’ve ever been do - both for the equipment and the setting. Everything was newish, good area for olympic lifting (said no plate dropping tho, so a tiny bit limiting). Good showers, good vibes, beautiful building. I only went for a day, but this would be a cool home gym.

Fantastic experience: Came here for the first time today on a day pass which is currently £7.50 for 24 hours. This is a really nice gym and whilst it's not super cheap you definitely get your money's worth in my opinion. There are 3 floors, floors 2 & 3 are mostly for weight lifting with a few cardio machines on the top floor & floor 1 is pretty much treadmills and cross-trainers. They also have spray bottles with sanitizer which you can carry with you and cloths to wipe down equipment. The equipment itself is also quite good, they're definitely not just standard models etc. The guy working around 11:30am on 04/07 was really friendly and helpful. There's also a juice/smoothie bar and classes available. Great experience overall, can definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Great value and good variety of machines but not a single mirror in sight throughout the entire gym, would at least expect mirrors in the squat rack area! Not sure how you can practice good form or safe lifting when you can't see what you're doing. I'm aware of other people who have also mentioned this but there seems to be a reluctantance by the business to listen to their customers, a serious injury waiting to happen!

Negative experience: Shame to leave on a sour note… Although they may deny it, I believe the cancellation process has been made purposely difficult to squeeze an extra months payment out of you. Yes it is stated deep in the terms and conditions that a 30 day cancellation notice is required (no idea why), but as I’m sure they are aware this will be missed by the majority of members. With no way to cancel via the app (which would make sense) I cancelled my direct debit assuming this would automatically cancel the membership as I saw no cancel option on the app. Then I receive a text stating the now outstanding fee will be handed to a “collection agency” with extra fees and a chance of effecting credit score if not paid in three days…. Then on top of this the email help line takes 3-5 days for a response. Very clever. So unfortunately Ive had to pay up out of fear. I will leave a star for some friendly staff and clean environment. However the 30 day cancellation period and difficulty cancelling combined with machinery regularly being broken for days without repair and finally how crowded the space is at peak times has left me dissatisfied overall. And luxe… don’t feel the need to reply with the customer service jargon, I just want you to state the cancellation period and way to cancel clearly to future customers.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to review Luxe Fitness. Whilst we appreciate that some members do not read the terms and conditions and therefore join the club without reading what the have agreed to, the majority of our members fully understand both the 30 day notice period and the cancellation policy. Our terms and conditions are only around 8 pages and have a section clearly marked 'cancellation'. We also have a full FAQ section on the website explaining the 30 day notice policy. We are currently looking at how we can tweak the process to make it user friendly but it is the members responsibility to read what they are signing up for before agreeing to the terms. We have listened to members about the cancellation process and will be soon launching our new member area which will be accessible via the app. Members will be able to cancel using this link. In the meantime, members are still required to login to the members area on the website where they can simply use the cancellation button which will explain the final billing date and the membership end date. If a member cancels their direct debit, this will not cancel the membership, only the payment, which may put an account into arrears. We will pass on your positive feedback to the staff who we believe do a great job in the club. We apologise that you have experienced equipment being out of order for longer than necessary which should be dealt be dealt with quickly by our maintenance team. Positive experience: Pretty nice gym and good value for money. The equipment is good enough to get a decent workout in but it is very busy at peak times to the point where every piece of equipment is being used. It's generally a clean and nice place to get a workout in. The staff are helpful. Two key pieces of feedback 1. Almost all the places to do pull ups are too low so your feet touch the ground. I am 5 11 so not crazy tall. An additional pull up bar with overhead space to practice muscle ups would be great. 2. There are two treadmill/farmers walk machines I have never seen anyone use. Given the limited space of the gym this would be better serviced by a proper leg press or another lat pull down machine. Just my observations, I understand there may be a reason for the existing setup.

We do have additional pull up bars on the squat racks which are higher but appreciate that if someone is using these then it may be difficult to get on. Thanks for taking the time to review the club Peter. It would be great to know what equipment we lack so we can make some improvements where possible. We do have over 120 pieces of equipment including a full range of cardio, free weights and functional equipment. Is it that we lack equipment or that we didn’t have what you required? our cancellation process is very simple in that you can log into the members area and click cancel. This will then explain to members what remaining payments are due giving that we operate a 30 day notice period when cancelling. All of this information is clearly documented in the terms and conditions which members agree they have read before joining. I think you may be confusing the words transparent and opaque. I can see that you did not use the portal to cancel your membership and just cancelled your payment method, even though Luxe are very clear that this is not the correct way to cancel. It is interesting on your review that you suggest we scrounge every penny we can but yet you cancelled your direct debit to avoid making your final payment. We are sorry that we did not match up to your expectations and wish you the best in finding a suitable new gym. Thanks Luxe Team

Positive experience: Ok not much choice of equipment which is hampered by people messing around on their phones between sets when all you want to go is get on with a workout but have to queue for the only bench etc, dumbells only go up to 30kgs, no where near heavy enough however it is a nice clean hygienic gym where everyone cleans the kit without fail

Positive experience: A lovely gym, which can get crowded and lacking in space but with lovely facilities and nice and clean. I found this marred by the unfriendly staff (except for one very nice person). This did not feel like a community at all to me. It felt quite 'clicky' amongst the staff. I did enjoy my time here, however I did not enjoy the extra month payment that they tied on at the end. What a nice goodbye! A slight rotten taste in my mouth as i leave to go elsewhere. I still give four stars as the gym is technically excellent (except for minute mat space) and a reasonable price but i did feel uncomfortable at times to be honest. I also found the sexualised promotion a bit odd and out of place but maybe I'm just getting old!

Fantastic experience: Luxe gym is a small unique gym. The classes really push you and exploring different exercise routines. Staff a very friendly and welcoming and Jade is a great PT and instructor. Jades circuit classes on a Thursday are amazing and she will always give you friendly advice and ways to do different workouts for better results!

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a few years, great gym with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. I've found gyms to be intimidating in the past, but not here! Positive experience: Been coming here since 2019 always thought it was great value, friendly staff and decent choice of equipment. However in the last 6 months general maintenance and cleanliness has declined drastically. Equipment frequently out of service, lockers broken, insufficient cleaning and this has only exaggerated the annual problem of January busyness. Much of the focus seems to have shifted to the new city centre Luxe.

Positive experience: It's a good, clean gym with really friendly and helpful staff. Overall good value for money. However the major downside is that it is way too oversubscribed. I understand gyms are busy during peak hours, but its become absurd now. Even non-peak hours are rammed. There isn't an area where people can use free weights without a bench, maybe remove the two farmer carry treadmills since these go unused? Also the music for the classes on the ground and second floors are incredibly loud and has caused me multiple headaches. But overall I do enjoy the gym greatly! Oh, and also maybe put some foam on the corner of the pillars on the ground floor (the ones next to the treadmills). I'm always terrified that if I slip I would smash my head against them!

Generally at this time of the year we have large fluctuations with existing members returning to the club. We will look at the usage numbers and see if this is an area that needs addressing. Following your suggestion, we are going to look at removing one of the Hiit Mill X treadmills which will allow us to create a bit more usable space in the upper area. It would be good to chat in club about your feedback regarding treadmills as we are legally required to have 2 metre clearance behind treadmills and it would be good to hear which area you feel may be a safety issue. The staff are the sweetest most helpful staff, its compact… buttt… the choice of music is… I don’t even recognise any of the songs playing and sometimes it’s extremely loud, to the point where I can still hear the gym’s music while I have my earphones on the loudest… pls pls update the music taste and play something new, its so repetitive … I have ADHD and this makes me feel overwhelmed when I’m trying to focus… thanks

Negative experience: wouldn’t recommend if you’ve been going to the gym for over a year, says they have a “wide range of dumbbells” they only go up to 30kg, not only that the gym itself lacks heavy equipment for more experienced people, the bench’s are rock solid, changing back to pure gym made me realise this. out of the month that i attended this gym there was an alarm going off my whole session this happened 3 times. and the 30 day cancellation notice which basically forces you to pay for an extra month, would extremely advise to stay away from this gym.

As we have not had a fire alarm go off for over 8 months, we can only assume that the alarm you refer to was due to a member leaving through the fire door. We apologise that this happened so often and disturbed your session. We will try and make sure members leave through the correct door in future to avoid this happening again. We clearly state in our terms and conditions that members are required to give 30 days notice when leaving the club. I can see that you agreed you had read the terms before joining. It is a common misconception driven by members who fail to cancel on time that giving 30 days notice means you pay an additional month. Those who pay an extra payment are those who cancel with less than 30 days notice or cancel their direct debit which is not the correct way to cancel. We will review our terms and conditions to see if we can make the cancellation policy much clearer to avoid this happening to other people joining the club in future. Positive experience: It's a great gym. Gets a little busy at times but what gym doesn't. Been coming here a while and my only issue is the equipment breaking. Lat pulldown machine has been broken for the past couple of weeks, it's not the first time and there's only one of them! Appreciate some equipment has been replaced, treadmills and rowing machines but the cable machines break a lot, might be time to replace them. Also started spin class recently, the bikes were disappointing. Seem more like something my gran has hiding away in the under stairs cupboard. Given spin is popular it would be great to see some more modern updated spin bikes. Aside from that, I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Negative experience: Tried the gym in February on a monthly rolling contract. Didn't like it after 2-3 visits so cancelled my direct debit and haven't been back since. Now is May I am getting threatening emails and texts from them saying I have unpaid arrears that they are going to pass onto a debt collecting agency. Try to call them to talk about it and they don't pick up the phone. Use literally any other Gym in Bristol

Fantastic experience: Erik Virag is a great instructor. His classes are amazing. I always leave his classes feeling so energised and fantastic. He has a really wonderful vibe and you always feel comfortable in his classes. Definitely always willing to give advice and help you wherever you need or want it. Fantastic experience: Finally an affordable 24/7 high standard club with all the equipment you need. There are free group classes with PTs and free virtual classes as well. The team is really nice so as the members, there is also a juice bar where you can get protein shakes, smoothies and coffee as well, honestly the best gym I have been to, vibe is 10/10 well done!

Negative experience: Well, just like numerous people on here, the cancellation process is simply stupid. They claim it's a simple process. If so, why are most people complaining about it? Listen to your customers. Add a cancellation button. People don't want to email someone to cancel. It's not 2005. And also, charging an extra month when cancelled due to a 30 day notice period on a rolling monthly account is criminal. People are cancelling for many reason, like relocating. They're not going to be there for the next 30 days so it's just a way to eek as much money out of your former customers as possible. I think it's disgusting and I would strongly recommend looking else where in all honesty.

Hi Ryan, Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree with you that it is no longer 2005 and that needing to email to cancel is outdated. We agree with you that it is important to listen to our members and this is exactly what we done when we launched a new member portal in December 2021, which allows members to log in and click cancel. It’s a new streamline process which has made things much simpler. I can see that this process was in place when you recently cancelled your membership. We appreciate that we have some reviews (around 10%) from members who are unhappy with the club and on all of these reviews it is in relation to the final payment owed in the 30 day notice period, which they agreed to when joining the club, or alternatively, our responses which materialise following email exchanges because we won’t waive the fees owed. As a business you can try as hard as possible, but it’s impossible to avoid one star reviews, as some people will rate you down no matter what we do. The only way we can change this, is by not charging those members who don’t read the terms and conditions, the final payment they owe. As a company, we will not do this as this would be unfair to all the members who do read the terms, and do find it easy to cancel and who are happy to pay the subscription they agreed to. We are not willing to compromise what we do for the few that choose to ignore all the information we provide and yet expect us to bend over backwards when they refuse to pay. We do everything we can at Luxe Fitness to try and make it a great experience for our members and we think the other 90% of our reviews reflect that. We genuinely do listen to our members and we do try and implement change wherever possible and hopefully from each good or bad review we can learn something about either the club or the members which can help us improve in future. Fantastic experience: Luxe is by far the best gym I've been a member of, its smaller than most gyms but that makes it more friendly and the staff take the time to get to know you. There is also a great range of classes, I definitely recommend Ryan's Boxfit and Adam Kemp's HIIT Step is brilliant and a real challenge, Adam is also a fab personal trainer so definitely check him out if you're looking for that bit of extra encouragement, you won't regret it! At the very least join this gym!

All I wanted was to enquire about the membership but I have now found a gym that actually answers the phone. Also, the tone of the person who is responding to the negative reviews has also put me off from signing up - try being more professional and less catty.

Negative experience: Such an awkward way to cancel, if you don't spot it in the FAQ's you just won't know how. You have to cancel by leaving feedback. If you cancel your direct debit they will threaten with messages such as: "As we have not received payment yet on your overdue arrears of 19.99 we will forward this to our collection agency in the next 48 hours" Im fine to pay this, but just a suggestion maybe have a "Cancel Membership" button so its actually user friendly. The gym is also very cramped, with everything squished together, they have around 6 benches in the space of where only 3 should be. It doesn't take many people to actually make it feel over crowded. Your responses to others also seems incredibly unprofessional, calling customers liars even though they are giving similar feedback. Been to many a gym in my time, if you think yours cannot improve, then you need to start looking at other gyms as examples. Response: The vast majority if the times i went was off peak, as i work from home i went during work times mainly, and have been there so little this year as it simply felt unsafe running 3 feet away from someone breathing heavily. Simply said a Cancel button is more user friendly and cannot even take that advice on board. I am a software developer, never in my life have i heard of cancelling via feedback but as with the other replies you will just discredit it. Pretty sure exposing my information does not follow GDPR (again very professional), I made no complaints as i put up with it and it was the nearest gym at the time (I have since moved more in the centre where better is available), I just got around to leaving a review and seen others had similar issues. Didn't say you don't have a big building, the biggest area can be cramped if you have too much in it. Like I and others have said, treadmills super close to each other, 6 benches in a space where there should be 3, people are also forced to use the bench space for things like curling as theres nowhere for them to go and this is just some of the space issues. Not going to name other gyms, but theres 2 close by with the same if not more equipment and actual space to use it. And as for you saying "fail to read" etc. my issue was nothing to do with the 30 day cancel period if you had "read" my review. It was how you cancel, and the messages you send. Response 2: Glad you've updated your response to something more professional and taking the advice on board, for that alone ill increase my rating. Respinse 3: seeing youve now deleted all responses to this post to cover it up, ill put it back down to 1.

Our cancellation policy is very simple and all members need to do is email the club or leave feedback on the member app, and one of the team will cancel the membership for you and confirm cancellation in a return email. We have a comprehensive FAQ section on our website which explains very clearly for someone looking to join the club exactly what the cancellation policy is and how to cancel a membership. We have this on the website so people looking to join can make an informed decision before they join. Before a member can complete a sign up, they are asked to read and agree to terms and conditions, which also explains the cancellation process. As you have pointed out the process could be made simpler, and in December 2021 our new system will allow members to click a button to cancel their memberships. Positive experience: Been going here for a couple of years. It's really good value, great equipment. Expansive 3.5 floors. Very busy at peak times but open 24hrs so you can work around it. I enjoy the Les Mills spinning class, it's a good stepping stone for those who wouldn't normally join an instructor-led session. They seem to have removed most of the floor space on the top level, leaving room for one or two mats. It would be great to still have that area for stretching or floor exercises. Music is often very loud, and with most people wearing headphones this just seems unnecessary. Staff members have videos of their bums on a constant loop on the screens. Slightly odd. Small points, all in all a great time!

Positive experience: Pros: Very good GYM at quiet times with good location and carpark. Good variety of weights and equipment. Excellent yearly membership price. Friendly staff and members. Cons: Very limited space to work out during peak hours. Some equipment are really close to each other (eg. treadmills) and some are not necessary and use space, especially for a small gym (for example the biceps machine you can use the cable machine or dumbbells and the leg press machine you can do a barbell squat instead). Wish there were more benches, cable machines and power racks. Otherwise all good.

Fantastic experience: Iv not been a member that long but in the time iv been there I have Found the Stuff to be Very friendly and helpful and all ways happy to help And other members to be really friendly 2 iv made some new friends at the gym to I would Highly recommend anyone that is thinking about trying a gym to try this 1 100% to be honest I was in 2 minds in going I was a cubby guy and worried that I will be out off place but I was made to feel right at home from day 1 the Toilets and Wash area Kept clean and we all work together to keep the quipment clean and help the fight against c-19 if you are thinking about going to the gym this is the 1 you need to look in 2 100%

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few other gyms in Bristol before but definitely this is the best I have been. First of all, the interiors look great, great refurbishment. The space is great, a lot of privacy and social distance. The staff is super friendly and professional. The gym is full of equipment and its very clean. Just great!

Fantastic experience: Luxe is a beautifully designed gym with a great mezzanine studio. Its clean and friendly with good music. The staff are keen and attentive too!

Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym itself is really nice and there is plenty of equipment. It's also 24 hour which is useful.

Positive experience: Decent range of equipment and always looks clean and tidy. Can get a little hard to get on certain equipment during peak times but for the most part a solid gym and a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: I already really rated the gym, he was super clean, music great, equipment great, staff fantastic and it had a great atmosphere. Also the smoothie/shake bar is a nice touch. But on top of that I contacted them when I needed to freeze membership because I was near the end of my pregnancy and again when I needed to unfreeze which is recently now I’m cleared to go back and the customer service and speed with which everything was dealt was impressive !!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with great classes. Highly recommend Tim's posture class. A combination of stretching, strengthening and movement. Tim is physiotherapy and PT so he brings a lot of awareness to your body. Totally worth the early morning start.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym u got a spray and a piece of cloth to clean any equipment before using it and it is open 24/7. The only down side there is no induction to show u around u have to discover on your own.

Positive experience: Nice gym but not for your serious fitness person or for people above average height (bad weight-machine design).

Fantastic experience: Such a nice gym and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Everything is really clean as well with great covid protocol and the smoothie bar is such a treat!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Luxe Fitness Gym since it opened. The facilities are really good and the staff are very friendly. I also prefer using Luxe as its a very modern interior and feels like a nice space when working out.
