Fantastic experience: Amazing This is a special place ...its a ladies only gym run by female personal trainer's The girls are so welcoming and helpful They are amazing at their jobs and I am really happy and confident with my body and this leads to positivity in all aspects of my life Kirsty is the name of my personal trainer she is incredible and has helped me achieve things I didn't know I could gorgeous girls I couldn't be more pleased with my new body and mind set Thank you so much Kirsty and the girls at l13 studio xx
