Negative experience: Just looked up prices for membership and Ross is nearly twice the price of Gloucester memberships. Get in line with reality!

Negative experience: Visited to use the sauna and steam room facilities, when we arrived we were told the steam room was out of order as it had broken again, we could only use the sauna and not the pool as there was a swimming session on. The sauna was lovely so was the showers however if only one thing is working it should be at a discounted price.

Positive experience: Good little pool with the added bonus of a sauna and steam room. On a time limit entry so you need to have a set time to swim if you want a sauna too

Fantastic experience: I went there today for the first time and all the instructors were very kind, every space was very clean and well kept. The gym was very well made and spacious. Would Recommend!

Positive experience: The staff are very good at teaching children in their swimming lessons even when they are not very confident. Would of given a higher rating but the pool is very basic and the changing rooms could be cleaned a little more often.

Positive experience: Too cold. My granddaughter only lasted 20 minutes and wanted to get out. Even the swimming coach commented on how cold it was.

Fantastic experience: Excellent loxal pool. Water not too cold, not crowded because you need to book. Lane swimming or family time sessions.

Negative experience: Not the best gym to begin with; lack of machines, people stand around chatting rather than working out, basically the same size as a home gym but trying to cram loads of people in it. But trying to cancel your membership is a whole ordeal. I gave my one month's notice back in July and they confirmed my last payment would be in August. September comes and they try and take the money out of my account, so I get in touch with my bank to stop that from happening. I then get harassed by emails and letters saying that there was a direct debit failure and that they're charging me an additional amount for the said direct debit failure. I had already been in touch with the center explaining that my membership had been cancelled and the last payment was confirmed for August, but they then did nothing and I continued to receive emails and letters saying I need to pay for a membership. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I now travel from Ross to Gloucester for my gym and it's so much better. 100% worth the longer drive to go to a proper gym.

Fantastic experience: very well organised clean and great covid measures in place, the swimming pool is manned by a lifeguard and was great to see people able to swim again deffo going to be going again and on a regular basis

Fantastic experience: We've been going to the open swim since it opened from the final lockdown, 2 of us and a 2 year old, it's brilliant, the staff have everything covid safe. The changing rooms are cleaned regularly, would reccomend going.

Negative experience: Don't bother with the free pass, they want an induction before! Waste of time. I'm sure people know how to workout without inductions. There are very good gyms out there don't expect an induction, il be going there!

Negative experience: Came for a 7 day trial, when i arrived was told i couldnt use the gym without an induction which i found insulting. Im an amateur athlete and have trained 6 days a week for the last 15 years i dont need to be shown how to use a cross trainer. I later found out i could of bought a day pass on hustle website which would of allowed me to use the gym without an induction...the staff did not inform me of this. I was allowed to use the pool, which was grotty and in need of repairs. Will join else where

Fantastic experience: Hadn't been here since I was 6yo now nearly 50 took my little 8yo and we had a fantastic time plus they got the gym and a sauna and do kids parts too

Fantastic experience: Reception girls very friendly and gave a warm welcome, gym instructor was very helpful and very welcoming as were all the people working out, first impression is that it's a very clean facility pool looked good and the changing rooms were very clean, would highly reccomend visiting to anyone who has never been

Negative experience: I went today to join but the young girls was working there I found but of unfriendly and not good customer service. So I decided not to go there again.

Negative experience: Although nice new changing rooms and reception the pool was in dire need of attention. The tiles were old and cracked, there was a line of dirt round pool level, the pool itself was not very clean even my 12 year old granddaughter remarked on it. Cleaning had not been done for some time. I'll not be going again soon.

Positive experience: Great friendly staff, good atmosphere and clean conditions. My only gripe is the selling of chocolate bars and fizzy, sugary drinks from the vending machines. It's a health centre and healthier snacks should be offered.

Negative experience: Had to change my review as when I was a member they claimed that I didn't attend my pre-booked sessions and wouldn't let me book any more before I'd pay the fines. I'd attended all of the sessions I booked and when queried I suggested they look at the CCTV on the dates that I'd allegedly missed. They said they would, but they never did and so I cancelled my membership as it was deemed useless as I couldn't book any further sessions. A shame really as the member of staff who dealt with the issue seemed to have no intention of resolving it. I'm happy for a manager to contact me about this issue to clarify any aspect of this review.

Negative experience: Rather yellow tinge to the water and brown lumps floating around

Fantastic experience: 1st time of visiting this pool. Lady on reception was very welcoming, she explained the procedures and where everything was. Pool area was clean, showers were clean and hot. Plenty of lockers and lifeguards swopped on a regular basis. I saw a lady testing the water in the swimming pool and the area around the pool being scrubbed. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: Fab children's swimming lessons

Fantastic experience: My son goes swimming here every Sunday and the changing rooms are private booths with locking doors, there are hairdryers set up in front of mirrors for after swimming or after showering. The whole leisure centre is regularly cleaned and there are 2 cold drink vending machines and one hot drinks one in the viewing area upstairs with a huge selection of flavoured teas and different coffees and hot chocolate, you can even select how strong the hot chocolate is. There is also a spacious and well equipped gym that I'd love to try.
