Fantastic experience: Used this gym and pool while staying at the Holiday Inn for work. Been in most days over my 5 week stay and the staff are incredible. Friendly and professional. The bar area is dog friendly and they are very accommodating. Gym is good size and equipment is perfect for what I need. The pool is great for a swim and there is a jacuzzi in the corner but same temperature as pool. Steamroom and sauna are dated but work just fine. They give you a towel to too. Best thing is it was free with my stay. Thank you all, looking forward to coming back soon

Positive experience: Perfect little gym for us local to the area that want to enjoy a sauna and steam room along with a pool. Friendly staff and rarely ever too busy during the day

Negative experience: Closes at 5pm last entry at 4:15 was literally a minute late wouldn’t let me in even though I said I’d leave for 5 got abuse from a blonde woman (staff) took them 17 mins to answer the door

Fantastic experience: Good gym and pool. Not the most modern equipment but they have everything including a good pool, sauna and steam rooms. Good membership options and they also have a small cafe.

Positive experience: adequate but like going back to the 70s. Very old gym equipment. Dreadful ventilation in changing area. Steam and sauna ok although the wood in the sauna looks like it’s been chewed by a tiger! However both sauna and steam worked well and think these was larger than the gym!!! ‍♀️

Positive experience: The ladies on reception is very friendly. The Sauna needs some attention and has a large gap under the door so it not really hot enough also needs some lime scale remover in that area. A little bit of attention and its gona shine

Positive experience: It's a bit dog eared through lack of investment but it's close to where I live and has a good feel to it. Fun fact. This is the club that gave Duncan Bannatyne the idea to set up his own chain.

Negative experience: Only went too swim for couple hours £10 per person, won't be going back in a hurry, far too expensive if u don't want too commit too membership

Fantastic experience: Quiet little swimming pool with jacuzzi, haven't tried the other facilities. Very clean, good changing area although some of the lockers don't work properly. Friendly staff.
