When someone mistakenly put essential oil on the sauna oven causing it to spark, George immediately took control of the situation, shutting it down safely and ensuring everyone’s well-being. Positive experience: Eden Fitness offers a gym and spa combo, but the price feels steep for what’s available. The gym is located underground, consisting of small themed rooms, which include two functional areas, a cardio zone with a few stretching mats, and a small weight room. There is also a spacious and well-equipped studio for classes and boxing and dance practice. The equipment, while a bit dated, is functional and varied, and covers most needs. However, the gym’s size is a big drawback. With only one squat rack, one bench press, and a few benches, it can’t handle too many people at once, especially during peak hours. Given the high membership cost, the limited capacity doesn't quite justify the price, especially when there are larger gyms nearby with newer equipment and more space for the same cost. The underground location, with no windows, doesn’t help the atmosphere, making it feel a bit cramped and closed off. However, the spa is a highlight, adding value for those seeking relaxation after a workout. The gym also shines in its class offerings, with a well-distributed schedule throughout the week, making it ideal for those who are into fitness classes and cardio. Overall, Eden Fitness is better suited for people who prioritize classes, spa access, and cardio over weight training and equipment variety. Friendly reception staff and good class options make it appealing for a specific crowd, but others may find better value elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Eden fitness is an excellent gym. Staff are alway friendly. The classes and instructors are very good and varied. The classes are of a very high standard. The facilities are always clean and staff are on hand to help. Central located in ealing and bonus is it has a pool and spa facilities to relax after your workouts

Negative experience: My two friends and I visited Earling Eden Fitness to swim, and the gym trainer with beard told us we were taking up too much space. The pool having seven lanes, we only used two for the three of us. Before that day, the swim coach yelled at us to leave the pool, saying, "Don’t you see we’re starting a session?"Rather asking calmly. We’re paying around £70 per month for this kind of treatment, which is not worth it at all. Their facilities are decent .Their customer service is terrible and they are extremely rude.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2022. I was out of the country for 8 months and rejoined recently. Eden has always been welcoming, has enough of everything to provide a good work-out and very nice spa to ensure a relaxing sauna and steam at the end of your work-out. It’s very clean and the staff are always there to assist! I have just referred my cousin and was given a nice referral package as well! Definitely recommend for those who are thinking of joining!

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! Eden is a nice looking gym but a bit small and can feel cramped when it's busy (like weekends / after working hours). It's super convenient for me to get there and back and so I signed up. It's a huge stretch for my budget as I'm a student, but I thought it's worth it to feel good. Early into my membership, by no fault of my own, I was injured by one of their machines. I was still within my legal 14-day 'cooling off' period, so I decided it's best to terminate the membership as I wasn't sure when i'd be able to return. Considering they talk so much about 'customer care' and 'valued members' etc, I thought from a human-perspective they would accept my leave (Especially since I highlighted the fact I had every intention to return after recovery). But no! They completely dismissed my legal right to terminate the contract. I received no sympathy or apologies for the negligence that caused my injury. I am genuinely disgusted with the lack of customer care. They are now trying to charge me £95 as an 'admin fee' for the situation which is just insane. They have caused me so much stress and anxiety by completely dismissing my needs & safety, and demanding I pay for facilities that I physically cannot use. The situation is still not resolved. I am really sad this has happened as I was looking forward to returning when I can.

Fantastic experience: Eden Fitness is a fantastic gym. The range of classes and instructors is excellent, there is always a class on when I want to go - the morning sessions are particularly good before work. The equipment and facilities are great, and the pool area and changing rooms are high quality, clean and a pleasure to use. Membership is reasonable and staff are friendly - I would highly recomend!

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally do reviews, but I just have to say that I have used a lot of gyms in Ealing and I can honestly say that Eden has the best facilities, pool, helpful friendly reception staff, instructors and classes, and I would definitely recommend it .

For someone who's always found all the weights and machines a little scary from a distance, Evan did a great job in demystifying the equipment and showing me what's best to use for my particular needs. Negative experience: I don't recommend this club. becoming its member you fall into bondage. They change the rules as they want, but do not make concessions to their clients. even after a year, you must notify them a month in advance to terminate your membership. and naturally there can be no concessions on terms. They'll rip you off every penny. And the club has also introduced fines for not attending classes, despite the fact that you pay for membership. Don’t expect loyalty and good attitude, that’s definitely not what you find here. MOREOVER, my password appeared in the data leak after I quit my membership. So, you can’t rely on your data confidentiality as well

Negative experience: Am really confused with some of the reviews but some are really old which is understandable back then the gym was ALOT better. Thing is the latest reviews some are positive & some are negative. When I 1st joined about 3/4years ago it was good. I come most of the time for the jacuzzi it helps with my health with the chronic fatigue syndrome & muscle problems & pain. It's the closest gym with a jacuzzi near me. The jacuzzi is now less then luke warm where in the past it was really hot. I am wasting my money it seems, I am looking for a new gym with a jacuzzi that works as a proper jacuzzi. A jacuzzi is meant to be a hot tub, it's awful completely... I actually told 1 of the guy's a staff standing by the swimming pool who was starting to walk off that the jacuzzi wasn't hot & he told me wait for 15mintues and I went back into the jacuzzi watched him walk off doing nothing and I thought maybe he would go and increase the heat somewhere or some how. Nothing happened after 15mintues the temperature didn't change at all. This was in January... If the temperature isn't going to be hot why don't they warn people?? This was winter and was freezing cold outside. This gym is going down alot & it's going down quite fast. The reason am giving it 2stars is because the staff are respectful & nice towards me. I also notice those using the gym's towel they look old & rusty. Time they got new towels. People have been complaining so many times when I went to the jacuzzi about the temperature. So I know that many people are not happy because they didn't pay for a nearly totally cold tub of water!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym - Being a member of Eden Fitness since 2014 is enough to say Eden is by far the best Gym in the area with Advanced Equipment’s and well trained Professional Trainers. The Managemnt and staff are very warm and welcoming people. The spa and swimming pool ara is the only place you can get relax after a long day work. I also want to thank Davide, Sue and Juliana who I join their classes every week. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workout.

Negative experience: I remember this place as a quality gym, with loads of hazardous things like missing tiles or unscrewed sauna bench unfortunately needs a refub asap… shame. I don’t recommend this gym to anyone!

There are so many varied classes to choose from as well as clean and appointed equipment! I also like the option of being able to do classes online if you can’t make it in! So flexible and love the variety in classes including HIT, step, pump ,Cardio, yoga and now spin! Amongst many more! Also the steam sauna area is great by the pool for a little relax and unwind! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Eden Fitness for nearly a year now. After living in Dubai for over 20 years I wanted to go to a high end gym in the Ealing area. Luckily I came across Eden Fitness. For me the facilities are great but more importantly the staff give you the 5 star treatment which for me is what you pay for. Recently they have just added spinning classes to their schedule which are brilliant and very well delivered by all of the instructors. The PTs seem very personable, although I haven’t had a PT myself. After being a GM in high end sporting facilities you can see they know what they are doing. Above all the atmosphere and ambience is great and love coming to the facility. A special mentioned has to go to Michelle as her bubbly personality and incredible customer service shines through. I would recommend anyone in the area to try Eden Fitness out as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Thank you all to the Eden Fitness Team. Andy Meech

Negative experience: Avoid Eden fitness . Was recommended by my friend Gerrard creed Joined the Eden fitness gym, pool, steam, and sauna, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The facilities, such as the pool, steam room, and sauna, were quite nice and provided a relaxing atmosphere. However, I must admit that the gym equipment seemed outdated and in need of an upgrade. There was leak a few times and short dryer was not working many times , maintenance will take a long time to fix any issues, even showers was cold a few times, sauna door was not fixed for more than month , even the steps where you go to the changing room is damaged, this took ages to fix , Towel are not provided free of charge they charge £2 , I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff from the membership department. I encountered some rudeness and unprofessional behavior, which left a negative impression on me. When you ask the front office about membership freeze they mention email , I have asked for a freeze for month they seem to charge a £20 fee for freeze beware , not been told by front office / only by email ,the membership manager is so rude her name is Poonam Bedi . I did mention why is £20 fee if you want to freeze for month she kept saying read T/C , it seem they want grab money not to care about guest or their feedback. Eden fitness seem not care about their guest , as in the email when I complained about the membership manager Poonam Bedi , and emailed me back saying the (Kate finance manager) said will terminate my membership. If you complain they will be rude to you or terminate your membership; Eden fitness gym in need of improvement in many areas, like the gym equipment, pool/ sauna and changing room / , I hope that the management can address the issue of staff behavior to ensure a more welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all visitors.staff is very unprofessional and rude . Kate Boydell did a search on me on google after I mentioned about the complaint, search on me on LinkedIn, which is funny, . emailed me saying she will terminate the membership. For no reason .

Negative experience: New joinees please note - ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE FOR 6/12 MONTHS MINIMUM AND YOU CANT GET OUT OF THEM. The marketing person who signed me up told me I could end my membership with a 3 month notice anytime (3 months it way too much but thats not the biggest issue here). The gym itself won't state the 6/12 month inescapable contract in the welcome email or the follow up one which gives more information on how to put your membership on hold etc. It's hidden away in section 6 and 9 of their terms and conditions - WHICH THEY KNOW NO ONE READS. It's ridiculous - deliberately obfuscated info to make it harder for you, the customer to know exactly what you're signing up for. Underhanded stuff - go somewhere more honest with their patrons.

Negative experience: I've joined this gym for less than one month and have to cancel the membership. The personal trainer George came around to us complaining saying the gym is closing at 10:30pm he always tells us to leave. I am paying a lot of money to use the gym and I do not appreciate how he spoke to me he was disrespectful, rude and he was passive aggressive. I have never experienced this sort of behaviour from a PT member who works at the gym. I am a young adult who attends this gym and the staff looks at young people in the different type of way and treats young people badly in a disrespectful manner. For the amount of money I am paying I want to get a full work out. I work late hours and I go to the gym in the evening as it fits in with my schedule. On the website it states that the gym closes at 11pm and before I joined the staff informed me it closes at 11pm which is misleading advertisment because they make you finish at 10.30pm! It needs to be updated on the website. I did inform the receptionist who was unprofessional and argued about the reason why it closes at 10.30pm. I did not attend swimming so I had no reason to be kicked out that time, if I was in the swimming pool that's a different matter as I know it takes time to change. It only takes me 2 minutes to collect my gym bag from the changing room after doing a work out. Hannah the lady at the reception desk gives me dirty looks all the time I walk in which makes also makes it a unpleasant experience to be at attending Eden. I had enough of the dirty looks from her and George. I brought my friend as a guest to do a work out session with my group and Hannah was following us around the gym to see if he was a personal trainer which he is not. Hannah then was speaking to George and both of them was staring at us and giving dirty looks. Eden gym is very tiny and it does not have all the equipment. It is definitely not worth the money. The pool is okay but it is still tiny for the amount of people that goes in there it gets packed up fast. The jacuzzi is really not good. There is many gyms around the Ealing area that are bigger and better worth your money!

Negative experience: The pool is always way too busy to use with no swimming etiquette from guests and no lanes The PT induction I was sold when joining was about 10 minutes long and he just showed me how to use a couple of resistance machines and a bike then told me it was finished. I thought he was joking. I complained about this via email to CS and got no response. The weights area is very small so if it is busy you are going to be within inches of someone else. The classes music is way too loud. Loud enough that If you are near it and you have headphones on you can't hear your own music.

Negative experience: The convenience of this gym attracted me to join. In spite of this, if you are looking for a much better value and better facilities, please go elsewhere. There is an excessive amount of nosiness & unpleasant behavior among members. One particular member invades your personal boundaries, excessively loud & is overbearing. Most members lack basic Spa and Gym etiquette which impacts your ability to shut off and unwind from the hassle and bustle of life. A key feature of the gym is its exclusivity and ability to attract professionals. In reality, you are surrounded by an average clientele group. If you are interested in joining a club with like-minded members, you may wish to consider joining another club that offers better standards and higher quality. To develop this club, the manager should consider refurbishing the gym area and adding more staff to the spa in order to supervise unruly members more effectively.

Negative experience: the gym is good but quite often not worth the money you pay. they have constant issues with the sauna. is either broken and closed or part of the seats are broken. they have one of the 2 doors broken, with a sign "do not use " for months now. and is just a door. as member you pay 75£ a month, you would think they have the founds to maintain it. Also, as previous comments below, their shower is often not working either. Another thing: cancellation policy. there is zero flexibility on that one so be aware when you join. I heard people complaining about it in the changing room but I though they were overreacting. I was wrong. they wont help you and waive the charges even though you need to move far away from the gym in emergency,no matter how long you have been with them (and we are talking years). they even ask for a month notice when you just want to freeze the membership. way too much hassle. plenty of other clubs out there worth their money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for over 10 years now and it’s the best gym I’ve ever used. I’ve used many other gyms in my life and none of them compare to Eden Fitness. The staff are amazing , very helpful and friendly, everywhere is so clean and facilities are incredible. The classes are so good and me feel great. I brought my friend here for a week to try out and he loved it too and he is definitely thinking about joining in the near future and recommends this gym to all his friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Juliana for several months and as a novice to the gym, she put me at ease and helped build my confidence. She was attentive and helped me gain a solid understanding of how to navigate around the gym and how best to achieve my goals.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Ealing by a country mile. Good equipment and facilities but what clinches it for me is the very friendly staff who are always willing to help. Their personal trainers make every session fun and while I work with Julianna , who is brilliant , they all seem to be very knowledgeable .

Fantastic experience: Very good gym. Known Eden for a few years, left for a couple of years, and then came back as I really missed the variety of things on offer. Mix of classes, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, well-being treatments, a place to relax and has a feel of community. Everyone gets to know each other. Everything is there to make you feel better if you had a bad day, and keep on top of your health. No excuse! Fitness instructors and PT are good as a whole. If I can named one or two, George is a great PT (HIIT class workout & cardio). Well prepared classes, reliable, good communication, friendly, always ensure people have a good posture, encouraging and motivating, nice guy, makes it fun, pushes people but listen if they have limits with their movements, caring and really want his students to enjoy it, always happy to answer questions or worries. Efficient service and he will value your efforts. Would recommend as a PT to anyone wanting to get results in their fitness routine. Another very good fitness instructor , Dean on Mondays and Wednesdays. Good Pump classes and Total Body conditioning. Tough classes - very efficient. Well prepared and always checking posture, wanting you to succeed in your efforts. Motivating, full of energy!!!. I would recommend his classes too. This approach to classes motivates me a lot, and having good instructors is key to keep to a good fitness routine, and George and Dean give us this motivation to keep going as hard it can be sometimes. They really make the use of exercising time really efficient. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic, it is a pleasure to come to with excellent standard of cleanliness and quality. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The classes are wonderful as well. The gym equipment is very good. If the gym is looking for suggestions for improvement on an already excellent offering, mine would be to add a higher variety of weight equipment and machines for more diversity and choice.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a long time, this is one of the nicest and cleanest gyms I've been to in London. The staff is so friendly, they always go above and beyond. One of the best things about this gym is their spa, I love going to the sauna after using the gym, it's so relaxing. Oh and the yoga classes are amazing too :)

Fantastic experience: This gym is truly expectational and the standards are very high. The customer service is amazing and I always feel valued here. I was signed up by Poonam and she took amazing care of me and any membership issues I have encountered. No other gym in the area has compared to this. Don’t believe the bad reviews. people will find anything to complain about.

Positive experience: Been coming for years, on the surface a really nice quiet gym. The Pool/Sauna/Steam area is the reason to come here which is really nice but despite increasing the price of the membership they no longer heat the Jacuzzi which is always cold. The gym is TINY for £85 per month and can easily get crowded and is missing a lot of basics, if you’re more into weight training I wouldn’t come here. Loses stars because the sales culture is just awful here, Poonam is generally unpleasant to deal with. The gym sells itself and I imagine she does nothing but lose prospective customers being unprofessional. They tell you the gym shuts at 11 but after signing a year contract you find out it actually shuts at 10:30.

Fantastic experience: This is my home from home and my sanctuary. I love it here. The staff and instructors are wonderful and the members are lovely. Great place to train.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Eden for many years. It has all the facilities you could possibly want, and then some ! I Feel very welcomed and comfortable. The team are kind helpful and friendly. George is great in making you feel at home and I enjoy his classes. He has a good sense of humour Instructors have such passion and energy for what they do. Great personal trainers of which I can mention Carlos. All and all feel very lucky to have this place close to home.

Negative experience: Very overcrowded since the refurb.The gym is small and gets very stuffy! Heres what you get for £85 a month - limited machines / space available when classes are happening (not ideal if you plan to go after work hours) an underwhelming selection of dated looking machines which look like they are ready for the dump , Tiny swimming pool ,sauna and steam room which are usually out of service and a lukewarm jacuzzi.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in West London (by a long way). I've been a member at various gyms in Ealing and around West London and this club stands apart. The personal trainers are highly professional, focused and produce consistent results for their clients. The staff are courteous and polite. It's never too busy in the reception area and there is always someone on hand to help. The atmosphere in the gym is always positive, other members are friendly, considerate and show good gym etiquette (e.g. They put their weights back when they are done). The membership reflects a wide cross section of age groups. The pool, steam room and sauna are a great way to relax after a workout. For families there are kids swimming slots on Sunday and swimming lessons for children and adults.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with the warm welcome my partner and I have received from staff upon joining Eden Fitness. The swimming facilities are great and I have yet to try a class but it doesn't seem too difficult to get into classes, unlike other gyms nearby. The people I have met so far at the gym have been very welcoming and kind and it seems like the kind of place that people don't leave. Quite busy at the moment but then again, it is January.

Negative experience: I have never experienced such horribly poor service. Almost three weeks have passed since the incident, but there has been no apology or reply to the letter. Therefore, I open the letter to the public. What would you do if you were in my position? Dear Sir/Madam On Saturday August 6th, I used the swimming pool and afterwards went to use the sauna and jacuzzi, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working properly, during this time I was waiting for the problem to be fixed. As I was now relaxing after finishing my exercise, I was wearing a face mask, someone then came to the jacuzzi to do what I would hope to be a routine water quality test. As I was about to ask him about the jacuzzi, he looked me up and down and proceeded to rush off to the pool phone. I expected him to have reported the partially working jacuzzi. However, to my disbelief, the same member of staff charged towards me and accused me of ruining the jacuzzi water, due to my facemask I had on, vindicating that because of the facemask they now had to remove all the water from the jacuzzi as it was “unhygienic”. I was completely taken aback by his tone and mannerisms, for then another member of staff to come and join in with him yelling at me. All the while this was still happening in front of other people. When I signed the contract to join, I was aware that Eden’s “commitment” to me, a paying customer, would be that I would be respected at all times. This experience has demonstrated that this is definitely not the case. The 2 members of staff then continued ordering me to leave and throw my facemask away and accusing me of going against Eden’s policies. I then asked to see these policies as I had previously not been made aware of them. The members of staff continuously belittled me and accused my facemask of containing “hazardous” chemicals. This is another point in which Eden has really failed to gain my trust. To employ employees that have not the faintest idea of products used for aesthetics in a place that sells their own products is absolutely absurd. I can assure you as I did them that all the products that I place on my face will not have any “hazardous” chemicals in them. To make it even clearer with the situation, the facemask did not come in contact with water, including the essence that was a part of it. After completely ruining my mood and embarrassing me in the middle of a public space, I got out and went to change my clothes. I went to the reception desk where I found the 2 extremely bad-mannered staff members and again asked them to show me the policy in which it states I can not use a facemask. They couldn’t find it. Still there was also no apology or any sense of remorse. My main problem here is that if it was really an issue of hygiene, Eden has a lot to be worried about. For instance, the gym is severely lacking in a good ventilation system, the smell of sweat is astounding. The pool has clumps of hair floating around in it. I’ve personally seen far too many people enter the pool without showering and worst of all, men going into the pool, jacuzzi and using the spa facilities in their underwear. This is an unbelievable number of reasonable problems your staff should have and that Eden does have policies against and yet why are they not policing this. Instead, they are screaming and punishing me for something that they can not prove to me exists in their policy, I do believe this was a form of racism I had to deal with, I assume they saw an East Asian lady and thought that I would be an easy victim. Eden was a place I went to, to recharge and look after my mental health. However, I can definitely say that this experience has been traumatic and I will not be returning to Eden. Please cancel my membership immediately. I would like a full refund including the last day I was there (6th August). Kind regards

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym in Ealing.Good range of classes and equipment

Negative experience: Just phoned to enquire for day pass, they initially said they did not have any and passed me onto a supervisor. The supervisor then came up with a magnificent price of 30 pounds which sounded like a rip-off….. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me by ripping me off since I told them I was visiting. They basically hung up on me when I said it was ridiculously expensive without justifying the reason for this price, spoke to Michelle, poor customer service on her part.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym! Wonderful staff, full of friendliness & encouragement! Just such a lovely atmosphere.
