Fantastic experience: A safe place for women to exercise.
Fantastic experience: I recently left Body Success due to personal reasons. However, I really do miss it and cannot recommend this gym and the personal trainers enough! I lost just over a stone in a year - this was while continuing to eat pretty rubbish (sorry Jim) and not being 100% consistent with attending classes. I also went from being extremely weak to gaining strength I had never had before and also improved my fitness drastically. It just really shows what I could have achieved had I given it my all. If you’re thinking of joining, just do it. Hopefully one day I’ll be back!
