As a member, as well as our first-class facilities, you can enjoy state-of-the-art Pulse equipment that tracks your progress through your membership card and get fitness and nutritional guidance from our expert Personal Trainers.Then, come rest day, leave the treadmill behind and make the most of our thermal spa experiences to revitalise your body and mind. Available from 6:30 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and 7 am to 7 pm Saturday and Sunday.
