Fantastic experience: 24/7 go when you want loads of equipment and upstairs there's heavy punch bag with some ropes and a push weight with marked out tracked lots of carry weights. Vending machine for low cal low fat energy drinks. Added bonus there's a Bluetooth speaker upstairs play whatever music gets you going

Negative experience: TERRIBLE GYM AND ABSOLUTELY USELESS, YOU CAN'T SAY YOU OPEN 24HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK WHEN THE DOORS ARE LOCKED AND ONLY OPEN TO MEMBERS, SAY THE CORRECT OPENING TIMES FOR THE PUBLIC, WHO WANT DAY PASSES FOR EXAMPLE PureGym, TO PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP ONLINE

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Generally clean and tidy, spacious and well equipped - decent range of free weights, squat racks, resistance machines, cardio machines and functional gear. It’s never been too busy when I go. It’s also great that it’s open 24/7 - this does mean it’s not always staffed, of course, but this has never been an issue as entry is secure via access card and there’s plenty of CCTV. Good staff too, Josh and Freddie are both very friendly and approachable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has a great range of equipment and free weight section. Great space upstairs for classes and hiit if you wanted a quieter space during busier hours (generally never gets too busy though). Facilities are good including lockers and showers. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help!

Fantastic experience: I moved to snap fitness from another local gym just over 6 months ago and it’s the best decision i’ve made. I love this gym not just for the range of equipment, but also the friendly management team and community of people who attend.

Negative experience: This poor gym never answers the phone; when it comes to cancelling the contract, it's a nightmare, I didn't have an internet connection, so I wasn't able to email that I couldn't come anymore, so I tried to call, but no answer all calls are made on office opening hours. I did left plenty of voice messages that I would like to cancel my contract; I have been sick for the last two months I can't go out either, I'm paying in advance so when you didn't get my payment means you already suspended my subscription. That is, I can't use your gym. The thing that I don't understand you already suspended my subscription then why you charging me for another two months that I never used your gym , just because I didn't give you a written notice

Negative experience: After 2 weeks I had to leave st.neots and I ask a refund as explained in their policy. Full refund within 30days it doesn't exist and I have to pay for another month. But after having email his manager I got a partially refund. Anyway the policy in your website it's not clear...

Fantastic experience: Great range of equipment, separate training area upstairs with sled push/pull, kettle bells, skierg, rowing machines and punch bag. Great for circuit training and cardio if training for an event or muscle mass. Would recommend. Shower and changing facilities are great, however the shower pressure is a little too strong...

Negative experience: I'm members since Snap open is St neots. Managers changed every 3 month ,toilets never fixed, lockers same. Equipment looks like never see any maintainence,benches need to replace, but staff cover all cracks with duck tape .well done ✔️

Positive experience: I am a new member and really enjoying the flexibility of both the 24/7 and the fact I can use other facilities when out of town. The gym in St Austell was superb newer kit. Done a couple of spin classes which I enjoyed. Couple of machines and a toilet are now out of action so wil be interesting to see how quickly they are sorted just a bit to early for five stars.

Positive experience: Could do with more/heavier bodybuilding equipment ,for eg. upstairs. As not many people uses that area.I mean ,excuse my moaning but I do not go to a gym to skip the rope and pull some elastic cords:)) (bodybuilders will agree). Otherwise nice areas, staff very nice and welcoming . But please add more equipment upstairs as sometimes we need to queue up (the boys) for machines downstairs.

Positive experience: Too small and lacking equipment, definitely wouldn't want to see it during peak times. Went in for a quick workout while it was quiet.

Negative experience: The staff of this fitness club is very difficult to find when questions arise. Phone numbers are forwarded to other numbers. In the summer I canceled my contact, the girl gave me a tablet and I filled out the form there. She confirmed that the contract was canceled, and I thought lightly that it was all over. But those were there. This girl did nothing. I did not receive a confirmation email. They still got money from my card. Then I forgot about it, I thought everything was systematic. but no, they set a fine for not paying. Of course, I paid for everything. Be careful, they so tear off customers or be careful with filling out the form, require confirmation of all services in print.

Negative experience: st neost snap fitness I've been a 1-month member, but my credit card is charged for a full 5 months I would like you to cancel the membership or I'll also complain to the judicial court I'm asking you to help me, or I'm gonna make a complaint to the judicial court.

Positive experience: Great gym. Me and my mate having been training here for a couple of years and have no intentions of changing. Great price. Great range of equipment. As quick as stuff is damaged its replaced or repaired. Good selection of weights and cardio alike. Love the studio for some stretching, warm ups and cool downs. 24 hr access. Really not bad for what you pay. The only reason its not 5star from me is the music! There must just be an ipod on repeat playlist in there as its always the same. I know its really picky but when it comes to music i feel its a big motivational tool. And as i train with another person i cant listen to my own. As soon as the music is sorted its a 5star from me. With Snap being a large franchise now, i would have thought they may have had their own radio station. But again its just a small picky thing.

Positive experience: Great little gym with good membership price, good range of equipment and a big studio. Gym seems to be kept clean. A lot more welcoming since the management has changed. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that I'm not a big fan of the individual changing rooms as they're a bit small, would prefer a large changing room with a bit more space.

Negative experience: Expensive sign up fee (£30) and monthly fee (£34.95) for an under equipped town gym . Much better options are available in the area. Showers and changing rooms are dirty. Lockers were broken. Dull environment. Service also terrible and staff are unhelpful. Receptionist doesn't always answer the phone. I was unfairly charged an additional month when wanting to cancel due to nobody answering the phone. Finally got through and told to email in order to cancel. Asked for additional charge to be refunded and was refused and told nothing could be done. Ended up paying for 2 months of a gym I never used. Avoid.
