Fantastic experience: I was arranging & paying for swimming lessons at a community pool - never went further than office ! Staff very helpful! My review updated as of Sat 03/09/21. 5 stars more if I could ! My granddaughter & I visited- Lochgelly pool closed where she was to have lessons. All staff were absolutely wonderful - classes were ongoing & she was invited to join . We declined as she is quite shy ? She had the shallow end to herself & was given toys to play with by staff - they couldn't have done anymore for us ! You all deserve your 5 stars - what a great bunch of people - thank you

Positive experience: Today there was an infant photograph session on and we were not told about this at reception. The pool was too busy for our one year old and with no shallow end we didn't stay long. Also too cold today (air temperature not water).
Hi John, sorry we missed this review. Our sister pools at Carnegie and Cowdenbeath both have baby pools, they have a warmer water temperature and shallow water depth throughout.
