Fantastic experience: What a surprise! Fabulous garden area. Great educational areas for children. You could easily spend a full day here with children. Lots of child friendly areas. Cafe excellent with a good choice of food. Absolutely loved the museum of various modes of transport! And all this is free of charge. Did leave a donation in their bucket- they deserved it. A must visit if in the area.

Negative experience: Small pokey gym with broken and missing equipment. Active Luton who run the service ignore requests for repairs and replacement of the equipment. Site Staff are not available to help and just keep the office chairs warm. Good athletic track. Not enough classes available. This site used to host Yoga and Spin cycling but not anymore. Disappointed member.

Positive experience: They have the only track in luton which is good, small gym though and they don't let you use track equipment unless you become a member of the running club as well as member of the gym.

Fantastic experience: The gym is quite small but has a good range of equipment available. The track is well-maintained and the facilities are good. There was a PE class being held here for homeschoolers before the pandemic which was excellent. Hopefully there will be some more now that restrictions have eased.

Fantastic experience: I can't comment on the Athletics Centre but I will about the park. This is a beautiful park. So much space to walk around. Near the golf course and considering it's near the motorway it's very quiet. Great to take a picnic, the kids can run around and use some of their energy. There's even a pond at the far end of the park. They've sculpted the dead trees into animals. There is a play area. There's also a centre to walk around. Just one thing please if you take food etc please take your rubbish home with you, the council shouldn't have to clear up after you've been there. It was a lovely day, sun was out and nice to see so many families having fun

Positive experience: A good gym although a little small; not much equipment. Lots of free weights though. Ventilation is poor, but manageable if the window is kept open. The running track is of outstanding professional level.

Fantastic experience: Good local facilities and great staff. Offer a women's only session in the gym which is good if you're uncomfortable or nervous about getting back into exercise. Fit 2 Push is a wonderful class, twice a week, that helps mums get back to getting fit. Definitely recommend!
