Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. I agree with customers, this place is dirty and does not get cleaned. Staff at reception look miserable and don't look like they want to be there, very rude and abrupt. Changing rooms smells and the sauna. They had a good cleaner who worked there for few months and they got rid of him. He was good at his work. If you get him back then complains won't happen. Manager needs to find new staff and bring back the previous cleaner who was mint funny and hardworking. These staff are the opposite. Miserable and rude.

Negative experience: Showers old and rusty , changing rooms with old storage boxes like in cheap underground gym , some storage boxes damaged,there is no seats in pool area ,so you have to walk circles between your sauna sessions (there is plenty of foldable seats or benches to buy) gym equipment is ok . Staff friendly.

Positive experience: good until something breaks down then takes an age to fix. also too quick to suspend class booking privledges. often a good reason disability issue or broken monitoring equipment or just no staff to check you in! also some people bring food / phones to the pool and sauna and no one does anything about it!Im not sure the wood benches are getting scrubbed regular either in the sauna. if you lay down some areas smell a bit bum smelly!!

Negative experience: It is very crowded and the equipment is very inadequate. Other than that everything is fine

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for 2 years now and in my opinion this is the best health club / gym in the area. The staff are incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, it's also the most friendly of gym I've been a member of. Equipment choice is very good along with a comprehensive choice of classes. 100% recommended .

Positive experience: Great gym, however theres always something that doesn’t seem to work on every occasion I visit. The Jacuzzi is out of action more times than its on. Changing rooms are outdated and need to be cleaned more than they are!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. The quality of the equipment is definitely up there with the best gyms. Probably more and better equipment than DL where I used to go in Notts. Tricep dip/assisted pull up machine would be the only machine missing. But there’s a lot of extra machines for abs which are brilliant! Staff are really nice and work hard to keep the gym looking tidy. It can get a little busy during peak times but it’s exactly like any other gym during busy times. No gym is perfect. In comparison to other gyms, it’s brilliant, probably one of the best. Parking fines - there are signs near the water fountains, changing rooms, entrance. Just enter your reg into the machine - sorted. If you’re a member, there’s no need to enter it because your reg is put on the system. It’s next to a football stadium and this is to prevent fans from parking at the gym.

Negative experience: i will first start with the gym and the people that work there they are great BUT..... the way they set up the monthly contracts be very careful if you require cancelling your monthly payments in the small print of the T&C they hold you to paying one year a whole year amount up front yes i know i signed the T&C but... having to pay the whole year no matter what for a gyms membership ?? really i had to work away for 5 months due to work in france i could understand a extra months fee but i've had to pay the whole year and personally i'm cheesed off i will add here to the whole time i was there 7 months the sauna was on and off for weeks at a time also the lockers in the gents changing area shocking you've lost my custom forever respect hence this review

Positive experience: The gym and staff are great. The car park is a nightmare and definitely not big enough for the number of members at peak times or when there are classes back to back, although early mornings are far better.

Positive experience: Nice gym but the electronics often don’t work and are not fixed. A number of machines don’t connect to the internet so you can’t automatically record your exercises. Some screens are just blank. The TV connections on the treadmills are fishy.

Fantastic experience: The best place including gym, swimming pool, sauna in Mansfield. Nice staff. Usually busiest time is between 4pm -8pm on week days.

Negative experience: Staff are poor, rude and unprofessional, not enough equipment for the amount of members. Needs improving

Negative experience: very unpleasant and unhelpful staff. Namely, the day after I signed up for the gym, I received a parking ticket. 60 lbs. a day later I took the ticket to them and was told that everything was sorted out and the ticket was canceled. After two months, however, a letter arrived with a fine of 170 pounds. It also damaged my credit score for the unpaid fine. I tried to contact the gym and they can't do anything, they sent me to the manager. The guy doesn't respond to messages and can't help either. Maybe someone had a similar problem and knows how to solve it? I will add that within a few days the fine will increase to £235. But how can I pay when it's clearly their fault?

Fantastic experience: Great place for athletes to come and cut weight in sauna

Negative experience: Not enough equipment, not a varied enough range of class types, far too many people, car park over flowing at all times.

Negative experience: A really bad experience today. Not enjoyable at all. No steam room , no jacuzzi, no hot beds working. Staff have not got a clue Not really worth one star Paul Guy I suppose a refund is out of the question

Positive experience: Best gym I've ever been to. However, I'm only giving 3 stars because apparently they've just changed their rates and now I can't use it through work benefits via Hustle! I am certainly not happy about this at all because now there's only one gym close to me I can use and the rest are 20+ miles away as I live in the countryside.

Negative experience: Visited the gym on 1 day pass for £18 gym and pool looks good however tiles in sauna need cleanining Nobody at the reception informed me about parking charge got £100 parking fine. I used to go to this gym a lot but wont be coming back.

Don’t throw your money here ! 1) Restrictions for teenager : very low time allowed to use the gym and the pool for teenagers. 3) Changing rooms are always disgusting, not cleaned , need minimum 2 cleaners 5) car park policy is ridiculous in this gym in Mansfield . Expect to receive every day fines! And wait for months to fix this problem! 6) Pools are most of time not working, probably for keep the expenses down . Also the things are broken, like the sauna door , the seat and various machines. Is not a relaxing place , is a stressful place

Positive experience: The facilities are pretty decent, staff are friendly for the most part. Its not worth £18 for a day pass though. Monthly payment is fair @ £36, but they nearly double the first payment with 25 pound admin fee. We all know admin fee these days is nonsense just a cash grab. This needs wavering or setting to something reasonable for the little admin that's actually done

Fantastic experience: I was originally concerned at this is the most I've paid for a gym membership but after my first session I was so pleased with the availability of the machines and the additional extras Including the pool and sauna :)

Negative experience: My autistic and I, normally go to the swimming pool one every two month, the price used to be £10 which is OK for the 50 minutes of swimming for him, then the price to £14, and. I found it a bit deep, but OK, now today I went and the price is £18. Sorry but that way to much for 50 minutes, there is no special price for disabled, what a pity. Forest pine Swimming pool is more affordable, sorry but will not come back there.

Negative experience: Two stars for the friendly staff and people that go, but this gym has signed up far too many people to grab the money meaning it’s impossible to get on any classes and impossible to park there!

Positive experience: The gym is great and treated with respect. Sadly some people crowd the jacuzzi for hours, and take up space in the pool, walking and gossiping side by whilst strolling up and down the pool. About time these issues were addressed.

Positive experience: Members using the male changing rooms need to be aware that we have a thief among us,this morning June 2nd some tea leaf helped themselves to a selection of toiletries out of my bag whilst I was in Sauna,don't get caught out like I did use lockers provided with a dam good lock on,nice to know some of the people who share the Gym floor with us will also steal from you given the opportunity.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, no security during sessions, very unkind and unhelpful stuff also very unprofessional and lacking of knowledge of their service and TOS itself. Discriminating families with children as they claim that children ''cannot stay at jacuzzi''. My children cried because they weren't allowed to attend the session I paid for and Instead of spending this time with my family and get relaxed I got more stressed as well as my family members! AVOID FAMILY SESSIONS GUYS!. ps. this isn't about the money, this is all about unprofessionalism and directress/disrespect.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped, and has a swimming pool. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and approachable - more staff know me by name here after 18 months than at my old gym after seven years! There is plenty of natural daylight which I like. A great selection of classes with excellent instructors. Plenty of car parking.

Negative experience: A complete shambles. No professionalism, no contact unless prompted, area managers both on leave at the same time, inexperienced, young managers who don't have a clue and show this commensurate with their age, poor adherence to covid-19 regulations, staff preferring to sit around at reception rather than being in the gym ensuring customers wipe down equipment after use. Managers and staff sat chatting on reception, bad manners and never smiling! Worst gym in Mansfield
