Positive experience: Ok gym with a decent amount of equipment for its size. Not very clean and Aircon only works in the weights room, not in the cardio room where it's needed most. Staff are friendly and its membership cost is very reasonable.

Negative experience: I have only awarded two stars because the gym membership is cheap. The standard of the gym warrants less. The changing room is always filthy - usually from the rugby matches, but it remains dirty for days on end. I could give some rather grim specific examples... The mirrors throughout the building look like they have never been cleaned. The gym equipment is tired and old - the cables on some machines have been replaced recently (when one snapped in use), but that barely masks the poor condition of the kit (rubber completely worn on grips, frayed ropes etc). There really isn't enough equipment. There is only ever one member of staff on site... sometimes there is no-one. One of the (three?) Members of staff is so ignorant that they never even look up when someone comes in... too busy on social media. One of the treadmills has been out of order for almost a year. If a building could sigh... This gym is worn out, and in desperate need of some money spent on it, to maintain and repair equipment, for a deep clean, and make it look fit for use. I've been a member for a year, but after a steady decline, I've decided to pay a little more, and go elsewhere.

Positive experience: All the barbells are greasy af .more of a soft gym but bareable for a cheeky pump

Positive experience: I've only seen the outdoor playing fields. The grass was too long for kids rugby (on 6/6/21) and the surroundings look a little uncared for. Also insufficient parking.

Fantastic experience: Luke and his staff doing a brilliant job with the boys.
