Fantastic experience: I go trampolining there it's amazing kind teachers help you out if it's your first day it's very good I recommend a lot if you want to do trampolining then this is for you located in the Hudson place just go in the middle near the register and next to the for sale swimsuits I really recommend to join

Fantastic experience: This is a great leisure center with good, varied facilities, friendly helpful staff and a small coffee shop. I use it regularly for the gym and classes. Recommended.

Negative experience: Has a sauna at hand which used to be open and is still in the building but is not available and hasn’t been for a few years. I believe with the modern day fitness becoming main stream the sauna would be a very good addition but it’s unavailability is disappointing as I know they make enough to keep it running!!!

Negative experience: This place needs a good cleaning! It's disgusting. Mouldy walls, doors frames, floor... Dust and mould everywhere. Smells really bad.

Negative experience: Extortion.... That's all I can say... So if my son wants swimming lessons, needs to pay by direct debit and for set up direct debit needs to pay membership.

Positive experience: Staff are ok, always looks logos and cared for. Lighting outside Is poor in winter months and parking can be difficult

Positive experience: We go here every Sunday for family swim floats and fun, for the past few weeks. Really like it here. Only thing that has put us off a little is that they appear to have a disabled adults group in the cafe whilst we were there and no-one noticed when an older man came over and started harrassing myself whilst I had my daughter with me. Nor did they notice when he got through the locker area and poll side. The lifeguards had to radio the receptionist for them to get the carer. Luckily this only happened once so far and otherwise we enjoy it. The kids pool is definitely warmer than the main pool.

Fantastic experience: got a 3 month membership for £90 , can use gym any time and free to swim at designated times. Can also play badminton and basketball for free in a group. Good gym facilities including boxing heavy bags and a back room with mats.

Fantastic experience: Stunning park with all the amenities on your doorstep staff are very friendly and helpful with outstanding work ethics. However, the new development looks outstanding and I’d advise if anyone is looking for a holiday home this is the park for you.

Negative experience: Today we went in Soft play area. Never seen such a dusty play area... this is absolutely shocking. Dust balls all around. My husband came back with dusts on his hair How it is possible? This place urgently needs professional cleaning service! Health and safety issues ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ do not recommend this place at the moment❗️❗️❗️

Negative experience: I went on the website to look for the price for swimming, couldn't find it. The swimming timetable is not public friendly, as all the times it's available for the public I'm at work. I will use a private pool instead.

Negative experience: Went to soft play and it was grubby, dirty and dusty. Looked very run down. The floor was disgusting around the bin and the tables looked as though they were about to collapse. Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I've been swimming here now for the last 3 weeks. Absolutely loving it. I've done a couple of classes too and I really like them. Everybody is super friendly, supporting and just generally nice. The app is a great addition, allowing me to schedule classes and pool sessions with ease. Plus having a blue light card helped me get the whole membership a little bit cheaper!

Negative experience: I only use the gym, which is not good for lifting weights as there are hardly any of them, there are a million cycles and treadmills nobody uses, stupid membership prices despite being council funded, overpriced cafe, £2 for a shot of pre that you cant even feel, the gym itself is quite small and at 5-6 o clock you will struggle to do your workout because of how many people are there. all the staff are very friendly though and they are very easy to talk to and make friends with, the people in the gym are nice too I’ve made a lot of friends there, even though the facilities aren’t the best and the pricing is awful I still managed to make good gym progress however I would not recommend this gym if your goal is just bodybuilding edit: i’m moving to PureGym because their new opening times are outrageous (they close at 2pm on weekends), and it’s stupidly expensive (£95 for 4 months)

Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre, there are 2 pools one for toddlers and another for the bigger kids. We love the floats and fun swim session. But they also have soft play area for the children. Price is great aswell.

Fantastic experience: Ideal leisure center with gym, soft play area, indoor courts for games, out door courts for games and swimming pool. It follows covid rules and is well maintained and hygienic. Ample and well equipped with all facilities including light refreshments and shower facilities. Plenty of lockers to keep your valuables safe. Very friendly and nice staff makes the environment homely and welcoming. Plenty of parking facilities and outdoor space.

Negative experience: So unbelievably dirty everywhere. Bins were overflowing in changing rooms floor was filthy. Soft play area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. So disappointed

Positive experience: It's good place for training. Have swimming pools, fitness, tennis courts, football field and etc..

Positive experience: Hardly ever able to swim because of swim lessons, unless you're not working and have all day. Pool not the cleanest or the changing rooms. Need a re-vamp The classes are a bit boring (not very challenging) and some instructors not the friendliest. The gym often full of kids using the machines and it isn't that big so waiting for machines often.

Positive experience: This is not lane swimming (see time table screen shot) so don't make the same mistake as I did. There are no lanes just people swimming up and down slowly not in straight lines. Chaotic and dangerous for advanced swimmers. Their programme should say adult only leisure swim no lanes to truly reflect the use.

Negative experience: Whilst this is a good facility, the Management have no understanding of fire regulations. On key event they packed in excessive numbers of audience to the balcony and poolside. This flouted legal requirements. Upon challenge they appeared blazay when in a frustrated tone I challenged them 3 times. It is disappointing and worrying. I shall ask fire service to audit and advise if not possibly train manager s to be responsible. Totally unacceptable, even if they did find me strong and annoying. No excuse in law.

Positive experience: Casual swim in small pool 9.30 on a half term day and we got it to ourselves for an hour which was a nice surpise. Also as son's birthday the lovely member of staff let him in for free. OMG tho those changing rooms are stupidly cold and really puts me off going til warmer days.

Negative experience: Awful inflatable experience for my 5 children, oogly men having to put the children on the inflatable as it's location is right in the middle of the pool. Very very disappointed, and I raised my concerns, all I got was a shrug of shoulders and noone had complained before.... I'll never visit again!!
