Fantastic experience: Very neat Spacious gym Helpful staff

Positive experience: Great rink. Just cold at times... and don't bother buying a pizza before the game, as you will have to wait for the third period before getting one.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff at Skydome Coventry. After an exhausting drive through Storm Bert in my Bentley Bentayga EWB, I was overwhelmed. One of the male staff members immediately noticed how massive my car was and went above and beyond to guide me to an excellent parking spot, ensuring my vehicle would remain safe and undamaged. Not stopping there, he kindly escorted me into the casino, where the manager noticed my distress. They offered me a drink and gave me clear, helpful directions to reach Hotel Indigo Coventry. Their kindness was genuine—no expectations for tips or compensation, just pure hospitality. The car stayed parked overnight without any issues, and I couldn't recommend this car park enough for anyone driving large SUVs. A massive thank you to the Skydome Coventry team for turning a stressful situation into a moment of relief. Your kindness won’t be forgotten!

Positive experience: Good car park. Plenty of spaces and reasonable prices. Good location too. Only reason for 4 stars is the parking bays are a little bit tight

Negative experience: Myself & my girlfriend only wanted a meal together but there's only Weatherspoons if you would like to eat & to be honest l really don't like that place as l have eaten there in the past & for me l wasn't keen on the atmosphere inside & the food was just average. We were only taking a short cut through the skydome to get to the 'Town Crier pub' for something to eat. Overall the Coventry Skydome is not for me as there is nothing that draws me to it with it having only 3 or 4 active places along that short cut walk.

Fantastic experience: I used The Odeon. Staff were great, food was good. Film was good. Happy days, and I'm a Limitless user, so kind of a free trip, no extra cost for the ticket anyway. Happy Day!

Positive experience: I frequently go there to attend Pure Gym for my weekly workout and to watch out new released movies from Odeon cinema. It's a nice place to expend a day out and is located in the heart of the city.

Positive experience: Went for a Wedding Fair, friendly reception staff. A slightly cramped layout, could have been in a bigger venue, so you could see the participants stalls better. But friendly helpful stall holders.

Negative experience: Expensive to go and food is shocking portions size for a large chips got about 15 chips would not eat at this place again staff ok though that is at the ice rink

Fantastic experience: Watched a great game of Team GB playing ice hockey against Lativia. It was a fast game, nerve-wracking to watch and I really enjoyed the competitive but friendly atmosphere. At the store we got scarfs and t-shirts. During the break there was ice dancing that my daughter loved and a game of chance to win a prize. We also had our Sunday dinner at Papa John's which was really well cooked and delicious.

Positive experience: Good rink to watch ice hockey, location is excellent (just off ring road), with parking next door, plus a few pubs around the area. It's slightly dull when inside however.

Negative experience: absolutely horrible spent like £35 to go ice skating and only stayed about 5 minutes i can ice skate perfectly well anywhere else but here I could not do it at all its horrible the ice skates are extremely uncomfortable aswell

Positive experience: Was searched by security, not the type of thing you would expect when going to a football match. It is dated and needs a little bit of love, toilets were a disgrace. Queues were far too ling and the place requires more toilets.

Positive experience: I used the car park and it was convenient to get in to and had plenty of spaces for my visit. Tidy car park and the stairwells had no rubbish, nor smells of urine! Good location and good for the bars and restaurants at the Skydome. I believe there is a discount on parking when you visit the cinema. Check first however. Spaces were fine and typical of modern car parks. There appears to be additional VIP parking in the basement. Not sure how you would book this, maybe check the website if it is of interest. There is no personnel in the car park now as it is all ANPR and cameras.

Fantastic experience: I go to pure gym in the skydome complex its always clean easy access to the equipment totally secure access to the gym free lockers to keep valuable items just need to bring a small lock to secure locker locks can also be purchased on site

Positive experience: The seats are to hard and do not recline. So watching a long film is uncomfortable. I like the feature to select which seats you want to sit in. Clean and good sound, disappointed with the screen as own TV seems better picture. I so find it expensive to go cinema and also adding confectionery on top which is well over priced.

Negative experience: Screens at the back have no heating and are freezing during the winter. No safety on the volume of shows, had hearing problems for a week after one show was far too loud.

Negative experience: Bought tickets in advance to save time. However had to stand in line at ticket office to pay for food then wait to collect at food counter. Better experience at Showcase.

Positive experience: This is in need of some love and attention. Feels like this Cinema hasn't been updated in years. Don't me wrong you still can have a good experience watching the films as the screens and sound is great, but the seats are old and not very comfortable If your sitting for more than 1hr 30mins, and with most films being longer than this now you'll understand lol. Needs some TLC and could be great again
