Fantastic experience: Neat and clean. Supportive Staff.

Positive experience: Was only there for two weeks for business. Overall clean, but could have used more bicep/triceps specific machines. Also, it would be great to have some proper changing rooms and showers rather than tight unisex cabins.

Negative experience: Downstairs water tap has been broke for about 3 weeks now, one of the toilets upstairs has been out of order for a month or so, all the toilets don't actually indicate whether they're locked or not and now the front door only half opens. Pretty basic gym equipment and a handful of machines, if you come in peak times good luck getting the stuff you want. Where exactly is all the membership money going?

Positive experience: Good little gym. Space isn't massive but they have done well with the space they have. Could do with more cycle machines. Weight lifting downstairs is well equipped though

Positive experience: One of the better pure gyms I’ve visited. Just a shame when someone is on the treadmill, the entire top floor experiences an earthquake (magnitude 3)

Fantastic experience: Been at this gym for a while struggled to keep coming but the staff are what motivate you to keep pushing foward especially Jack great guy to have a chat with and the classes are great including Steve’s boxfit which is a fun class overall good gym with all the equipment you need for every goal

Negative experience: Overcrowded, they’ve become too greedy taking on new members. 60+ people using the gym during peak times is not uncommon and it’s a small gym. Some of the equipment is really basic and in desperate need of TLC. Glad I’ve switched

Negative experience: Usual gym over testosteroned members just makes it not worth joining i hate gyms where people look to see if others are watching them train or chuckling beacuse people are there to better there health it stopped me in my tracks but im one individual so they wont be missing out on a membership

Positive experience: Gym OK but I have been to a lot of PureGym and there ia no Yanga Sports Water which is supposed to be in all PureGym facilities!!! Also missing equipment for example Glute Trainer which again is in a lot of the PureGym

Fantastic experience: Have been going to this gym for nearly 8 months now, and I have no complaints whatsoever. It’s a small gym compared to others in Hereford but has everything you need for a great price. Staff are very friendly and approachable helping you with any advice, especially good if you are a beginner and going to the gym for the first time! The entire gym is well maintained and clean, toilets and showers are always clean. If all you need is the gym, then go here, plenty of cardio and fitness machines, plenty of weight training machines, great value for money and everything you need!

Negative experience: Ok equipment but bathrooms are shared and are always disgusting. No matter what time of day you go.

Fantastic experience: This is the best PureGym I've been to so far. The place is always clean, there's enough equipment for the members max capacity during peak times. To top it off, the staff are some of the kindest, polite and motivational people I've had the pleasure of interacting with.

Fantastic experience: I started going to this gym early September at age 40 due to being obese and struggling with self image. I was very nervous and started going at 10pm, but not once has anyone have me any kind of judgemental look, or made me feel out of place or unwelcome. 15 visits later I've lost 14lb, my health has never been better and It's become a habit three times a week (although still at night, I like the peace!). I feel like I'm making real progress!

Negative experience: Very hot and also very dirty

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms around very good prices no one hogging equipment and it's my second home will always advise people to train here.

Negative experience: Did not use this place . Visited Halfords next door . Do not know how good or bad it is ?.

Positive experience: Great little team where you don't have to pay for parking which is a bonus in Hereford. Friendly staff who are very helpful.

Negative experience: Gym is not cleaned enough toilets are not clean and the staff are not helpful

Fantastic experience: As a multi gym member, this is the cleanest Pure Gym I have been to. I go in the late mornings and the gym is always being cleaned very thoroughly. All the staff get involved, not just the lovely cleaning staff. There is never a weight out of place, everyone has respect for each other by placing equipment back where they found it.

Fantastic experience: Just done a legs bums and tums class. Also did a pump class straight after with Dani. Really enjoyed it will be back next week.

Positive experience: Less variety of equipment compared to other puregyms in the area (Gloucester/Cirencester)

Fantastic experience: Brought a day pass and was able to access the gym instantly and very easily through the app QR code. Loved how all the equipment seemed new and had lots of variety in plates. Loved the functional training area. Plenty of space to do a variety of workouts.

Fantastic experience: Did interaction day today! mark your staff member was very friendly and amazing showed me everything in the gym. The Gym very clean and the equipment is very modern and lots of it.

Fantastic experience: Joined recently after a slump in my mental health and motivation and completely dropping my excercise regime for a couple of months. Was very nervous and unsure as have lost form and confidence and feel out of shape and weak. Have found the space, staff and atmosphere to be very welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease very quickly. Classes are both fun and challenging and equipment is well maintained, clean and plenty to choose from. Gym is open 24 / 7 and simple to access, which is perfect as I work shifts. It's monthly membership rates are good value too and you're not tied into a contract which can be stressful in current changing times. Really glad I followed some of my friends in joining this gym!! Looking forward to slowly building myself back up with the help of this supportive place.

Negative experience: Smallest pure gym I have been in however space used really well, staff keep the gym clean and tidy most the time however one member of staff named Cait refused to help solve a problem with my membership I had and told me “to go train at anytime fitness” was really shocked. This ruined my experience at this gym.

Fantastic experience: A good quality gym with all the machines you'd need to get fit and a wide variety of classes (which I haven't used but from friends who have used them have been very good exercise) it's never too busy and is open 24/7 although be aware you won't be able to use the gym after 10pm unless you've had a night time induction. The best part however, is it's cheap price and that it gives you the ability to pay monthly rather than being forced into an annual contract that you may not actually use
