Positive experience: Good service

Positive experience: Lovely big complex with lots of things on all 9 floors, the electric gates to the swim and leisure part are very temperamental though and sometimes decide not to open at all.

Negative experience: Jacuzzi’s dirty ,people get in with clothes on makes water murky people eating fruit inside health spa very unhygienic complain they put everything down to religious beliefs so it’s all ok wat a bloody joke !

Positive experience: The staff at the Opthalmology clinic were absolute stars. The building only has one coffee and an unhealthy snack vending machine on the ground floor so tea and coffee have to be carried open topped on elevator and in lift to appointed destination. It seemed very hot and the number and colouring of lifts totally confusingOpthalmology do provide a jug and soft cordial for visitors Probably workers have their refreshment stations.

Negative experience: I have been booking and playing badminton at the leisure centre for years. No one answers the phone whenever I rang in to carry out a booking. Sometimes the courts are not set to play (no nets on) so we lose some playing time. The online booking system does not allow to book multiple courts for a larger group. This has not been sorted although it has been mentioned numerous times.

Fantastic experience: I had a appointment at 19 15 i was on seen on time. Great service and a very good doctor.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Disregarding of women’s only swimming and health session on Sunday’s by reducing hours. Lack of communication and then turned of the lights and demanding us to leave causing havoc and distress. No previous notice given about the changes, left around 20 women unhappy and disgruntled. Very unhappy with the service, I am looking at cancelling my membership and going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful experience. Very poor customer service. Disregarding of Asian women’s special needs for women only sessions. Lack of consultation I’m the whole process with members. Then shutting all the lights and demanding that vacate the premises. Caused a lot of upset and stress for the ladies this evening and especially the paying members. Where it should have been a place to come and relax we have all been left to feel agitated and unhappy. There was 28 women that were affected by this awful experience

Fantastic experience: Came here as emergency dentist appointment, the staff were absolutely amazing, so so calming and supportive and made me feel so at ease, very open and honest about everything, I'm a massive wimp when it's come to the dentist but they settled me so quickly!

Negative experience: Old man in the public showers coughing up and spitting totally Disgusting, I asked him please can you do that in the toilets, in reply he basically said No, it made me sick

Positive experience: Went for my wife's physio on her new knee. Not good going up to come down. Thought it may be nearer entrance to save any pain walking so far!!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and health suite The staff are really friendly

Positive experience: Very clean facilities. Love the sauna and steam room with the spa pool all in one section. Plenty of changing rooms and lockers. Other people there seem friendly which is always a plus. Staff on desk are keen to help you with anything and if you don't need anything they seem happy to be there. Price is good for what you get to use. Memberships seem fairly priced assuming you can go fairly often. 8/10 will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always lovely , friendly welcome from reception and class instructors are fabulous. Steam and sauna are great always extremely hot and they have a cold shower too cool down too. Even in the middle of major refurbishment the gym is still good, be better when complete. Very happy member

Negative experience: Me and my friends went there and one 1 of them went in the lanes and started swimming then 1 other went in a lane whilst swing under water so they kicked us all out of the pool and said if we get out and get changed we will get our refunds as we were only in for 20 muinits then said that was only to get out of the pool and they proceeded to call the police don't go there it has a poor management team and managers

Negative experience: got in then got kicked out for no reason they said if we get out they will give us our money back but when we asked for it they said it was only to get us out also we were in for 20 mins then made us wait so they don’t have to give us our refund cause they don’t have to after 30 mins and manager rang the police because we were saying we wanted our refund back if this happens to you just walk out

Positive experience: Can't really comment on the gym or swimming facilities. As attended, a walk-in doctors winter hub. It was clean, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. It was easy to find/locate.

Negative experience: What a pity, the managers of this place dont take any interest when problems are reported

Fantastic experience: It was a bit unusual I was sent for a blood test, but they didn't say what it was for.

Positive experience: Brought the kids swimming in the little pool, VERY busy and the pool was a bit gross but it was at the end of the day so had probably been busy throughout the day. There are floaties and toys out to play with for free use. There were active lifeguards keeping a keen eye on the pool. Downside is the showers were barely luke warm and the changing rooms look like noone bothers cleaning them throughout the day (floors were v.gross and could have done with a squeegie to get rid of debris).

Positive experience: This is a great pool, a good amount of lanes and the staff are great. Weekday evenings are generally pretty busy, and I do think that the general public can feel like a bit of an afterthought with the various swimming clubs taking priority, but the staff are great and it’s reasonably priced. For me, having two evenings a week (mon-fri) without clubs would make all the difference.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, my mother who is 85yrs old and with a bladder complaint, had an appointment for 9am. Doctor still had not turned up at 9.35am, no explanation from anyone just not good enough. Because if it had been the other way round they wouldn't have seen her

Positive experience: Great facilities, pool and gym can be a bit crowded at peak times. I prefer to go after 6.30pm when it starts getting quite in the pool (lane swimming). Check membership prices if you go to the pool a couple of times a week as it may work out cheaper than paying at the door. Membership includes the gym and sauna (can get busy) and classes, and a personal trainer twice a month (I think).

Positive experience: All ameanaties with one roof, satellite of the art, only found my self in the first floor. Escalators possibly for OAP's medical accessment's.

Positive experience: Friendly receptionists, Gym was clean, lost 1 star as someone had peed on the toilet seat. Need more disabled parking or they should be checks on the cars without badges in.

Positive experience: Decent setup at St Peter's leisure, swimming, gym, and a host of other activities to have a go at. Car park needs more "family" parking spaces

Fantastic experience: Visited Occupational Therapist for my son. Once past the gatekeeper on reception the team were lovely, patient and understanding with my son. Great team lead by Dr Hannah.

Negative experience: This place is getting bad! The pool is constantly full of hair balls and plasters! Went today Sunday the 17/11/2024 and the water was merky and the pool floor was disgusting, on the back of this the sauna and steam were over filled with young men, all laughing about putting to much menthol oils in the sauna and steam room. The wrist bands haven't stopped them letting their mates in one bit! Definitely gone down hill in the last few months and the staff don't deal with any of it!

Negative experience: I took a membership on March and could only go to gym for Three days, Due to My very tight work schedule I couldn’t continue , and want to cancel the membership, now they want Me to pay for three months, because of the contract. This is unfair to pay for the service you are not using.

Negative experience: If parking was free like it should be then I will change my rating. Until then it's staying at one star. Why do I have to put my car registration in? It was printed on my display ticket. Is it so you can't pass the ticket on if there is time left on it? That's just petty.

Negative experience: Terrible Customer service! Asked for the assistant Manager to discuss the bizarre rule banning all teenagers from entering after 5:00pm. This makes it impossible for my son to go gym since after school he has training. The Manager Verbally abused me and was Extremely rude . Would Not recommend!

Negative experience: Very bad experience here at St. Peter’s after they Made a New rule banning all Teens from entering the gym after 5pm making impossible for most teens to get a workout after school When my father came in to speak with the manager, she Verbally abused them and shouted horrible things Unbelievable!

Negative experience: Been going for almost a year now had no problems until recently when they banned all under 16s from going to the gym after 5pm. I read the email that was sent out to customers regarding this and felt it was sugar coated and not realistic. My parents came to speak witha senior member of staff and was responded to with screaming and shouting.

Negative experience: Went to this gym for almost a year with no problems until they suddenly decided to Ban all Under 16s from entering the gym after 5pm. After many parents came in to speak with the manager, She was extremely rude and began screaming and swearing at them. Multiple Parents are furious at how rude she was. Would not recommend this gym to any Teen Lifters

Negative experience: I have just gone to reception to check in and yet again the woman on the desk is rude. No hello, no please,thank you nothing. The only words she spoke was the password for the gym. I like this gym and over the years I have stopped my membership and gone to other gyms because of rude reception staff. If this happens one more time I will cancel my membership. I didn't even use the gym today, I wrote this review in the changing room and walked out as I am really angry.

Positive experience: A very difficult building to get into by car. The building is clearly signed on the RHS but the entrance to the car park is on the LHS , down a ramp, under the road into the car park. Not clearly signed.

Positive experience: I don't get gyms at all. I mean I'm expected to travel to a gym and pay good money to run on a machine? No. I'll run to Asda, buy a pizza, run home and enjoy the reward. Gyms make no sense.
