Negative experience: Opening yours say 5am-10pm but is extremely inaccurate

Negative experience: Pros - Big Facility, Reasonable Cost, Visually Nice, Good equipment standards. Cons - Poorly Managed, frequently opens late, significant number of non-equipment technical issues (such as lights not turning on, access doors/barriers not locking or unlocking, broken hairdryers, alarms going off all the time) Special mention - I can only speak about the men’s changing facilities as that’s all I’ve used but, the cleanliness of the changing areas and showers is unacceptable. I understand and appreciate men aren’t always the cleanest but these are cleaned as rarely as fortnightly, and I know this as I’ve been everyday for 2 weeks and seen the same rubbish on the floor, and the same muddy patches off peoples shoes. I once saw the cleaner clean the showers by chucking a bucket of soapy water into the shower area and then walking away, nothing physically wiped or scrubbed! The yellow film that accumulated all over the shower floor as a result did not make for a pleasant showering experience

Positive experience: Teething problems aside… timetable is different to website… alerts and emails totally confusing and incorrect… Classes on Harrogate that don’t exist… act and getting into order springs to mind !!!

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym great value for money and good atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Value for money for Harrogate and the staff are lovely and helpful. Even in lockdown did their best with limited resources. Unlike Nuffield where I was a member which is overpriced and unhelpful staff ( unless you are 20 and they fall over themselves to help) Only thing here need a few more class instructors for a bigger class timetable

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym , great staff always willing to help and show you how to use the machines. Always able to get on the equipment very friendly atmosphere would highly recommend.
