Fantastic experience: Brilliant 24hr Gym. Great equipment and fantastic designated spaces for all types of workouts. Huge dumbell selection and plenty of squat racks. Also a great rig in the middle of the gym for all types of functional training. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! Met some amazing friends here. The staff are fantastic – they’re helpful, friendly and make the effort to remember your name. Always look forward to going and smashing a good workout; it’s a great place to lift weights, and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: If you want a place that has all the correct equipment to keep you fit and in peak condition this is the place for you. If you're looking for a place that serves lattes after you've had a jacuzzi then look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Their policy on cancelling is not clear and was wrong. I am not happy with the response I was given. I froze my membership for 3 months when that 3 months was up I was informed so I called and cancelled it due to long term injury and finance issues. They told me on the phone it had been cancelled, today I saw they have taken out a payment for this month. I emailed them and explained which they replied with an excuse that their staff would not do it over the phone. They told me they had! I am very upset over this and has caused me a lot of stress.

Fantastic experience: Only recently joined Jetts Farnborough, and regretting I didn't so sooner. High-quality equipment, friendly staff, and a great workout vibe. The showers and changing room are clean and spacious!

Fantastic experience: Have been a member since opening day, great gym and friendly atmosphere. The team are responsive with feedback and very interactive with posts. Wouldn’t change gyms as enjoy the atmosphere here.

Fantastic experience: I don't know why I did not start training here, sooner! It is spacious, clean facilities, amazing offers, engaging classes and such an easy access. I love the flexible policies in the club! The friend staff here really sorts you out when you need it! Happy to be a member

Negative experience: It was an ok gym but they sold my data ( phone number. Address. Etc ) to Indian Scammers . Some days after I registered I started receiving phone calls from scammer trying to sell me stuff half price .. yeah sure .

Fantastic experience: The facility has excellent, well maintained equipment and friendly, helpful staff which makes for one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at.

Negative experience: Poor Cancellation policies! I have been charged since last 3 months even though not using the gym services! All I learned in a harder way is the Gym membership Freeze means - your account will be direct debited on the day the your membership freeze is lifted. My hard earned money is at stake - had requested the gym management for refund, still looking for a fair resolution - will post more update soon!

Negative experience: Poor cancellation procedures explained by the gym floor team. Although Sam (manager) did sort things out in the end I still think the tiny details should have been made clear to the customer when cancelling their membership.

Negative experience: overcrowded Not enough equipment so you have to queue up for every equipment you want to use. some of staff are friendly but some others are not. Wasn’t a great experience! would not recommend

Fantastic experience: Really good gym. Tend to go later in the evening so it is quiet so plenty of equipment for the times I train. Unsure how busy it can get during the peak times. Free parking in the nearby multi-storey for 2 hours is really handy and makes going regularly a non hassle. Membership cost is fair and the staff are all very friendly.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful, and extremely supportive in your journey. Be it weight loss, strength buildup, getting fit. . . From the very first moment I walked through their doors, as daunting as it was for me, I felt so welcomed and supported. They’re always on hand to answer any questions, and if you sign up for any of the classes (which I would highly recommend), they work with you at your own pace and help you get the techniques right. I thoroughly enjoy my experience at Jetts and always look forward to attending the gym, even on days when I don’t feel like it, because I know I’ll always feel so much better afterwards. There’s a range of equipment that is well maintained and the place is kept clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Jetts. Best gym in town, and great value for your money.

Fantastic experience: One of (if not the best) gym I have been to. Great atmosphere for training, very clean and tidy, low monthly membership cost, and has all the equipment needed to meet anyone’s fitness goals (and they will even consider suggestions for new items if there is something that they don’t have that people might want). Amazing helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable staff, and a wide range of group classes for all (available for a small additional monthly fee). Highly recommended to anyone wanting to make the first steps to losing weight and getting in shape to improve their health, or equally to those wishing to improve their athletic performance for particular sports.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a fabulous vibe based in Farnborough town centre. Blown away by the impressive private showers. Perfect location to get to with ample of free parking in main shopping carpark under cover. Your car parking ticket gets refunded using the token machine on site at the gym.

Fantastic experience: I used this gym recently as a friend got me a free weekly pass to test it out as I was moving to the area. Small gym but I absolutely loved it! Great equipment and although small, I never had to wait around for a machine considering I went at peak time after work (5-6pm). I would love to sign up once they reopen!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Clean and friendly. The classes actually work in getting you toned! Love Sol’s and Sonny powerlift and metcon classes! Dea’s early morning classes gets the job and the showers are heavenly, so I can head off to work right from the gym!!!
