Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Charlie highly enough! Since I started training with him, my experience at the gym has completely transformed. Charlie is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he also brings so much positivity and motivation to every session. Positive experience: Excellent heated pool, Sauna, Steam room, jacuzzi and the gym is good as well. Staff are polite as well and they have a bar and pub with tv’s that show football when it’s on.

Fantastic experience: I have had an Amazing experience at the Village, the gym equipment is up to date and the hygiene standards are good, it's always clean which is important to me. I thoroughly enjoy using the sauna and steam room, after a session my highlight is relaxing on the loungers in the solarium. All of the staff are very, very professional, it's nice to be greeted by friendly faces, who are always their to support you with any queries. A further bonus to the membership is the discount on drinks and meals in the vibrant restaurant, with again really welcoming staff. A great place to meet new people and look after your health.

Fantastic experience: Great gym to join. Members afternoon tea on 20th August was wonderfully organised thanks to Julie, Lindsey and Jon. It's free for Members on a monthly basis and lovely way to make new friends.

Negative experience: The gym and swimming pool are fine. The problem arises from the absolutely awful customer service. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had when discussing a complaint with any business ever. Really disappointing and means that I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Love the pool, steam and sauna. Loads of classes to choose from. It was easy to join and the staff are really friendly, Tiffany, Leah and Sofia :) loads of parking and a Starbucks. Yay

Fantastic experience: My name is Gurdial Singh and I have renewed my membership last week and Julie who works at the gym desk helped me and told me what’s i need to know she was very professional and she told me about the towel as well and codi the young girl who works in the swimming pool area and looks after the saunas and steam room and clean it at least 3times every hour I think they’re very professional so it’s great to have them around So thanks for everything you have done for me Mr Gurdial singh

Negative experience: Terrible service lockers never seem to work and the locker bands are never in stock or sorted out . the changing rooms are always dirty . Gym is always packed out with the weights all over the place . Over priced will be taking my membership else where

Positive experience: For a hotel gym this is outstanding but as this review is just for the gym I think 4 is fair. Lots of cardio and machines but i struggled to find enough free plates for the leg press and also found that the machine layout was very ad hoc and combined with it being pretty busy i felt like there was room for improvement. The staff where friendly and helpful though

Negative experience: When un the gym with the kids. Small IQ people swearing. I can understand their mentality because of small brains Need to get the staff to stop people swearing even when a colleague walks past doesn't say any thing.

Positive experience: I recently visited Village Gym Walsall and had a great experience overall. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, offering a variety of equipment and classes to suit different fitness levels. The staff is ok ish. However, I did notice some clients (90%) not picking up weights after finishing their workouts, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there were instances where cleanliness was overlooked after grooming activities. Despite these downsides, I would still recommend the gym for its solid offerings. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I have mobility problems and use the pool twice a week. Without the support and encouragement of the Leisure Services staff i couldn’t use the facilities. Without exception they are welcoming and professional, ready to help me in whatever way they can.

Positive experience: overall good gym and facilities....just staff needs to be little bit more friendly and smily. their young staff should get customer service training

Negative experience: This is a very nice and top class gym. The only downside is the staff who are very rude and inconsiderate. They have no manners and etiquette in speaking to members when asked for assistance.
