Fantastic experience: I've never felt confident going to the gym, but this gym is so welcoming! I have been a member for nearly a year now and I am starting to feel so happy with my progress. Ellie- who I do PT with weekly- has supported me in reaching my body goals after having a baby. Her sessions are always fun, with a lot of challenge- exactly what I need to keep motivated. Check out her spin class too- I love it! Tom and Lucy are also friendly and I have to say that the gym is always clean, well looked after and a good range of equipment, with no waiting to use machine. It just has a really great vibe. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years now. The atmosphere is really friendly, chilled and non-judgemental. As a girl I feel completely comfortable training in the free weights section (which can be quite intimidating in another gyms). The staff are super friendly and always make an effort to say hello when I’m there. In particular, Ellie delivers a high energy fun spin class which feels like a party every Tuesday evening

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to AF Halesowen for over 4 years now.. the club is always lovely and clean with plenty of cleaning stations so you can clean equipment when you’ve finished. Staff are lovely and friendly and are always happy to answer any questions I might have. I’ve been having one 2 one personal training with Ellie for just over a year! She makes her training sessions good fun but she makes you work which is exactly what I want! She keeps me motivated and has given me the confidence to try new exercises when I go in the gym on my own!

Fantastic experience: Joined in January after going to another gym and not feeling confident. Unsure about other reviews but I’ve had nothing but a good experience, staff are so friendly. Ellie welcomed me into the gym with a walk around showing me equipment to build my confidence and the manager Tom was just as welcoming. I’ve since been to classes such as Katie’s and Ellie’s and have enjoyed it that much I’ve kept going back which has never happened before! My confidence has grown and I put it down to feeling comfortable. Staff are really welcoming and it’s the perfect gym for me, disagree totally with the negative reviews.

Negative experience: Dirty toilets, unreliable staff, to busy chatting away in office to each other. The lady trainer with the black hair only wants to know if you're a male... Very sad.. manger hasnt a no clue how to run a gym.. limited equipment, very small. You pay for 13mths not 12 or more if u don't hound them down the phone to not to renew your contract... Not worth the price at all but gyms in the area which are a lot cheaper... Fob Is useless as anyone let's anyone in staff don't seem to mind as they wach and don't do anything...

Negative experience: No staff helped me when I had a small problem in gym. I tried to find a staff in the afternoon but no staff. Very disappointed that I pay my valuable money

Negative experience: Small cramped gym with limited equipment Slow machine maintenance And dirty changing / shower rooms Membership prices quoted as per month but your signing a twelve month contract plus months notice to leave All the good review for the gym are from people that have been going a month all the bad reviews get deleted be warned Avoid there's better gyms in halesowen for cheaper As a response to anytime you have seen me I've been in your gym for a year or more the shower rooms are filthy covered in mold and duct tape the gym is small no matter what you say and the equipment is limited The back cable pulldown machine cable broke down for a month The tricep cable pulldown machine broke recently again down for a month Geting some spare cables would be a good idea As I said small cramped gym limited equipment Dirty showers slow maintanance I'm not lying I would recommend new members or people that are thinking of joining take a look at the trust pilot reviews there are better value gyms without the out of date 12 month contract scam Recently the triceps cable machine cable broke down for a month again Honestly I would avoid this place and go elsewherreviewse look at the trust pilot reviews

Negative experience: A complete rip off. Signed one year contract for my son which was supposed to terminate in Sept. Called gym in August n asked if they can cancel to which they replied that I got to wait till September. Called in September n they sent me a link to follow n fill in data. The link never worked. Sent emails but in vain. In October again, they deducted the membership fee. I called n this time lady goes, ur membership is cancelled 100%. I asked y did they deduct the membership for September? She said, I didnt call in time whereas I called them n sent emails. Plz stay away.

Positive experience: Picked up put slow on maintenance. Part from that an awesome place to go to exercise......all families are welcome...!!?

Fantastic experience: Halesowen Anytime Fitness is an excellent training facility with friendly staff and members. It has well maintained equipment and a good mix for people’s differing training styles. When machines do rarely break (it happens in every gym you will ever go to) they are quick to resolve the issue. Overall, a gym with a great communal atmosphere and positive training environment.

Fantastic experience: It's a great place to exercise & the staff are awesome

Negative experience: Terrible gym, machines feel so uncomfortable and unnatural. Lacking in variety of machines for all muscle groups given that there's a lot of free space to utilise. Would not ever use again and would definitely not recommend, unless I did not like this person... Only leaving 1 star because I can't leave any less.

Positive experience: I've been using this gym for a few months now and have used most of the other gyms in the area over the years The private car park and separate shower and changing rooms are nice but At £25 a month just for gym useage if your not doing any classes is a little expensive compared to other gyms in the area some that have three floors of equipment for a cheaper monthly price It's a small gym and nice and quiet though Never seems too crowded there's plenty room for the owners to invest In a few more machines that I think the gym needs the current stuff is quite spaced out to make up for the small amount of equipment there's no proper olimpic style flat or incline bench doing bench on the adjustable ones doesn't feel right at all they are too narrow No cable cross over setup or calf machine I get you can do other exercises on the machines you have but the range of motion dosent feel the same as having a separate machine to isolate that body part there's not much for back excersise yes There's free weights but I prefere back on a pull machine One Smith's machine that's angled ? And just the one cable pulldown machine that has been broken for the past week Not a bad gym overall probably better if you can make use of the staff and classes for the monthly fee

Negative experience: I was forced to return to my home country due to circumstance and thanks to COVID could not go in person to cancel my contract. I have tried to cancel through online communication and have been rudely ignored. I now have a bill for two months worth as it became necessary to stop payment through my bank, and regardless of whom I contact I am unable to receive confirmation that I won't continue to be charged for the service. This is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: In these uncertain times this gym is probably one of the safest places to train! All staff and members adhere to social distancing and clean equipment before and after use. Changing rooms are private too so no worries if your body is summer ready haha.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and easy to fall into. Not overly busy. Some good offers on right now (aug 2020). Everybody will help you if you need it. Just genuinely nice.
