Positive experience: Went to look at spa etc to join.amazing views, probably some of the best in Torquay

Negative experience: It's not really a review as I didn't go in. I found the day pass to be expensive for just a pool. I would have liked a sauna and steamroom

Negative experience: Avoid! A complete scam to empty your pockets! My partner wanted to join a gym and in the past I had been a member here so recommended it. After enquiring she was invited to go and look around. Keen to enrol she then took my sister the next day to show her so they could join together and the following day they both enrolled and bought membership. For the pleasure of being showcased the venue and taking out two memberships we now have THREE £100 parking fines. When they asked about parking during their visits and signing up they were reassured by the chap who dealt with showing them the facilities and enrolling them (Shaun I think) that all will be ok and once they are members the registration of the car will be recognised and not to worry about it. When taken up with reception they say there is nothing they can do about it other than write is a letter to take to a third party to appeal but not to expect any joy. The Marketing director must be so proud of how new customers are tricked into spending money with you.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I've joined a gym and was a tad nervous. I needn't have been because Sue showed me how to use all the equipment and left me to get used to it. I've been going regularly for two weeks and there is always a member of staff to advise if need be. Very friendly place. Covid rules are in place thus a safe place to get fit.

Positive experience: Very well equipped small gym + swimming pool. Not over fond of gyms so I just use the static bike + then the swimming pool. Very nice to have a coffee etc. after in the Hotel. Beautiful surroundings. Has lovely restaurant with good menu. Good value for money. Staff very welcoming.

Negative experience: Half the equipment is broke and the sauna isnt even a sauna

Positive experience: I like this place, reasonably quiet especially at particular times, well priced for a membership and the pools a decent temp which is a priority for me. Gave it 4 stars because I think it could be cleaned better and more regularly although generally the cleanliness level is OK

Fantastic experience: A gym with plenty of equipment for the standard user, friendly and very clean atmosphere. Very fair prices too. Located in a 19th century crescent shaped building.
