Negative experience: It says online opens at 6am: this is not the case. Twice now I have been at the gym for 6 and it’s closed, this is why I cancelled my membership before. But I did like the gym so I then phoned to clarify it would be open the next day at 6, the guy on the phone said yes Monday to Friday we open at 6am. However next day at 6, I went to train and shutters down like the previous twice, even when I phoned the day before to clarify. Why not just change the opening times instead of wasting peoples time?
