Fantastic experience: Great service from all staff , quality of the food at dinner was brilliant and Spa area was very nice. A very enjoyable stay and good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Bought the one night experience via Spabreaks - this included deluxe room, two treatments, three course meal dinner and breakfast. I chose the back massage and pedicure, the back massage was amazing. However, for the pedicure I already had gel on my feet, which I thought was okay since they can take it off and redo but I thought wrong. Within the 25mins she soaked the gel off and filed the remaining with a regular file and ended up over filing 3 of my nails. She said time was up and I even had to tell her are you not going to oil my nails and she said oh yeah. The next morning my nails were stinging me and red, I went back to the spa and informed them and all that was said was it’s 25mins and she was rushing to get it done within the time. In my opinion, regardless of the time she should have been careful. Also the polish they use during the pedicure is regular nail polish and when the time is up the therapists leave and you’re there waiting for the nails to dry on your own. Apart from that mishap everything was great, from the front desk ladies to the restaurant staff the service was impeccable (knocked off one star due to the pedicure treatment). The food was also great! The room was spacious for standard! The pictures do not do it justice and very modern facilities. Will definitely be back.

Negative experience: A below average eating experience, a small glass of wine is £15.00. Now a parking charge for £100 for being a guest there. Horrid place. Never again.

Negative experience: BEWARE - Absolutely shocking experience with customer service from reception, I gave my registration number to reception as a guest and there greedy ( outsourced ) car parking issued me with a £100 fine some weeks later - disgusting !! and will NEVER stay there again !!

Fantastic experience: We were meet by a lovely smile from Keira, who was very pleasant and informative for our stay over! We had a free upgraded room as part of the package and it was massive,with a lovely view of the race track!!!

Negative experience: Spa afternoon. Disorganised. The younger staff were great but the older ones were not very pleasant. 4 hour spa so give you 2 hours free parking then £3.50 an hour. Tried to charge £2.50 per head service charge for included afternoon tea.

Fantastic experience: This is a proper steakhouse, but they still look after the vegans with a generous selection of vegan options . Professional and friendly staff . A great experience around.

Positive experience: The spa was newly refurbished, however it was really busy on a Saturday with large groups so it's awkward if you're in a couple. The room was nice, I really liked the bathroom however the bed was soft and uncomfortable, especially in the middle where the two mattresses meet.

Fantastic experience: Lovely location, nearby to shops and things to do. So me and my partner stayed for one night. Beautiful hotel and room. Staff very friendly and quick to help. Especially the bar staff and Nina who checked us in (she was so lovely) the room was lovely and clean with such a comfy massive bed, huge shower. We had a free upgrade track facing room which was lovely. We used the spa the following day which you do have to add on as an extra cost but it was beautiful (very busy as it was a Saturday) we also included breakfast which was a help yourself (perfect for me) was deliscious and again fast and lovely service. Only downfall is how expensive drinks and food is in the bar but it is lovely! Gym was also great, small but everything you need great top tier equipment :)

Negative experience: Nice hotel, rooms are ok but service is terrible. Took me a good 20 mins to check in even though there was only 1 guest ahead of me. Check in for that person was complex but they had no second person to help. Then, even though I told them it was supposed to go to master account, because of poor communications, desk agent could not validate so charged me. Once my event person squared away, I had to go back and refund but she accidentally charged again, then had to refund price. With bank fees and exchange rates, that cost me money. When I went to check out at 7am there was no one at front desk. Waited 15 mins until my car came, no one showed up so I left a note. The front desk staff could not have seemed more confused or poorly trained If you want good service, don’t stay here

Fantastic experience: I went there for a conference, the room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Service and food were excellent!

Negative experience: Over priced for what's offered. No room cleans or replenishment of coffee etc. Charge £22 for breakfast but a further £5.45 if you want a latte instead of filter coffee

Negative experience: I am writing this to express my disappointment with the recent experience my daughter and I had at your spa. She treated me to what was meant to be a relaxing day, but unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations. Upon arrival, the receptionist was professional and welcoming, which initially gave us a positive impression. However, the behavior of the spa staff was the complete opposite. They were rude, made no eye contact, and lacked basic professionalism, which dampened the experience before it even began. To make matters worse, when we entered our room, we found residue in the toilet. While my daughter called reception, and this was eventually rectified, it was an unpleasant start to our visit. At dinner, we were seated behind the welcome desk and felt as though we were being rushed through our meal. We were also charged £6.25 for a bottle of water and £4 each as a service charge, for what felt like subpar service.The meal has triggered IBS and I am having a very uncomfortable night. Additionally, both my daughter and I had massages that were far from relaxing. Instead of a soothing experience, it felt as though we were being "beaten up" by the masseuses, leaving us feeling physically uncomfortable rather than rejuvenated. Overall, we are deeply disappointed with the service we received. My daughter had hoped to give me a special day, but we were left feeling let down at every stage.

Positive experience: Reception staff friendly and pleasant. Room was great:clean, modern with excellent shower. The restaurant for dinner: staff friendly, food was very good. For breakfast: very pleasant with a good selection of breakfast items. Spa: blonde lady at reception was abrupt, told us off for being late although we had a slot from 4 to 7. Not what I expect. She needs further training. Element of disorganisation at the SPA, seemed to be overbooked. Other staff at SPA friendly and courteous. Massage excellent. Good facilities although overcrowded and unable to use them all. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would recommend. Also good value for the package. £210 for room, spa including massage and breakfast and free parking. Suggest book with the hotel direct.

Negative experience: My review is in regards to the spa. My mother and aunty were treated to a full VIP day package with 3 treatments, lunch, access to the spa including £30 credit towards products (paid £300 each). Unfortunately when they returned their feedback was mostly negative. Although they enjoyed their treatments, they were not shown around the spa or told about the jacuzzi or where it was. This was disappointing as it is the spas main feature. They were also not told about the £30 credit they have towards products. When we spoke to the manager about this she was not very helpful and couldn't understand that they did not experience using all of the facilities and should be compensated. She was not cooperative in allowing them to return to use the hot tub and offered us a choice of either the products or the jacuzzi. This has not resolved the issue and we are not happy with the service.

Positive experience: I did a spa package with 2 treatments and an afternoon tea. It was amazing, so relaxing and exactly what I was looking for. So many areas to relax and read a book. The mini saunas were a nice touch too. The hot tub is in a great spot overlooking the race course. Both of my treatments were amazing. The sun room was unique too, not experienced that before, something a little quirky! I honestly came away feeling so relaxed and recharged, ready to rejoin the kids! The reason I haven't given 4 stars is based on the parking. I understand charging for parking to stop others using it, but it's a bit odd only including 2 hours free parking for spa guests, when the experience is 3 hrs, plus afternoon tea time. Surely you shouldnt have to pay for parking if you're actually paying for and using the facilities? Great experience overall though!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic stay! The room was a generous size with all the amenities that we needed. The spa was clean, spacious, relaxing. The restaurant food was delicious. What stood out most was the amazing service from all the staff we encountered!

Negative experience: This was our second stay. Reception staff were friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and this was nice. The major letdown was room 123. The ventilation system was very noisy. It kept us awake whistling. So it was an expensive night away, not being able to sleep well. It was a shame.

Fantastic experience: Not many places seem to cater for or even welcome families with 3 kids, but Brooklands couldn’t have been more accommodating. From a call after booking to discuss bed arrangements in the room to the exact right table at breakfast. Huge rooms too! Fantastic.

Negative experience: Booked an afternoon spa experience as a relaxing treat for a Saturday afternoon. Staff were very friendly and really great. The infrared sauna was nice and the facilities were good The website says the spa has "everything you need to unwind, relax and refresh your mind and body." However my partner and I came away from the experience more stressed than when we arrived. The spa is split into essentially 3 areas and I believe in our slot there were about 54 people visiting, so with that number, it became quite crowded, busy and noisy. There were eople taking loud Facetime calls and it was often a struggle to find somewhere to go. There was one point where the sauna, steam room salt room and hot tub were all full. There were communal areas to sit but due to the number of people they just became noisy through a mix multiple conversations, the noise of the corridor and doors opening and closing. All in all, lovely staff who clearly worked very hard. The facilities were good and I am sure at another, less busy time, it would be really lovely. I appreciate it was a Saturday so the likely the busiest time. But the Spa hugely overbooked themselves to the extent where it greatly compromised the enjoyment of the facilities and experience.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your car park on [date of visit]. Upon arrival, I noticed no clear signage indicating that there was a charge for simply dropping someone off. The only visible sign stated that the cost was £3.50 for one hour, which I paid at the machine in the reception area.When I approached the receptionist to inquire about this charge, I was informed that it could not be refunded and was told I was "lucky" to have only paid that amount, as others pay significantly more. I found this response to be both unhelpful and dismissive, particularly as I was merely requesting clearer signage to prevent such confusion in the future.I am disappointed by the lack of transparency in your signage and the refusal to offer a refund. I believe customers should be made fully aware of any charges before entering or using the car park. I urge you to review this issue and provide a solution that ensures clearer communication for all visitors.I would appreciate a response outlining the steps you will take to address this issue.

Negative experience: We booked a Spa experience for a Birthday gift, the facilities provided are mediocre, the salt room has merely a salt tiled wall, very uncomfortable chairs and sealed windows with no views, the Hot tub is full most of times where you have to squash next to strangers, not possible to enjoy or relax, once we complained, no mangers are interested in your complaint resolution, their response is that other customers are happy, complete waste of money and ruined Birthday gift except nice decent restaurant meal

Fantastic experience: We stayed here with friends for a weekend away and we loved it, we booked the honeymoon suite for me and my misses which had a huge balcony overlooking the track, as a car enthusiast sitting there listening to all the v8 roaring was great. The room was huge and had a beautiful standing bath in the middle room! The room was clean and spotless, we ordered room service and the food and services was spot on!

Positive experience: We had a fab stay at Brooklands Hotel. Kiera on Reception was so welcoming and helpful and she had personally prepped my Dad's room for arrival with some balloons and the prosecco package. But the thing is... I never asked for 7 glasses... she made the effort to match names with date of arrival and make sure there was enough in the room for us to all celebrate together. That's the kind of attention to detail you don't get everywhere. All staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. We had a room overlooking the track where it was easy to lose track of time watching cars on the skid pan. Beds were very comfy. Room was spacious. Wife and daughter enjoyed the spa. Sunday evening we shared a cote de bouef for 3. It was brought to the table and seared in front of us, at the table. Delicious. Easy to walk over to Mercedes Benz World and through the shortcut through to Brooklands. Location is great... if you're planning on visiting MB world and/or Brooklands. We also walked up by the railway track and along the river to the Hand and Spear. We didn't go any further than that but the walking is easy if you're nit in a rush. I cannot praise the staff enough... genuinely well natured and attentive from begining to end. Why did I take a star off? Whilst the bar and the glasshouse were very pleasant areas to sit, it would have been nice to have a shaded outdoor area, other than the spa, to sit and have a drink. Outside the bar was a bit of a sun trap and was difficult to enjoy with all the family yet it was a shame to be indoors when the weather was so beautiful... a rare occasion, I know. I would 100% recommend the hotel.

Fantastic experience: Everything here feels like it has been geared towards me feeling amazing and so well cared for. The spa facilities are really special, the rooms so luxurious (wow, that bed was the best I've ever slept in!) and the staff all so friendly and welcoming. A particular mention for the two ladies in the spa bar on 09/08/24 at 6pm and the breakfast staff on 10/08. I can't thank you enough for such a memorable stay.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved this place! I booked a spa day with afternoon tea for me and my friend via Groupon. The process was super smooth and the location is literally same place as the Mercedes track. Our time slot was 1pm - 4pm, but we arrived about 12:45 to find the place properly and fill out the consultation forms, which Sophie was really pleasant.We were told the plan when we arrived, as the treatments are booked in on the day, so we had full use of the facilities 1-3pm and then 25min BNS massage along with 25min cranial massage - which was amazing! Facilities include 2 different saunas, steam room, hot tub outside, relaxing salt room, a sunny lounge which feels like you're on holiday. Only thing is, they don't have a pool which we thought was a bit odd. The massages were amazing and all seemed tailored to your needs too, I had Sarah. Both me and my friends masseuses are thai, so you know they are good!! The afternoon tea was great. I don't eat seafood/fish, so they adapted to my needs kindly The place is super clean and will most defintely come back!

Negative experience: We visited for a spa day and afternoon tea. The waiters in the restaurant were some of the most attentive I’ve experienced. The spa was exceptional along with the facilities. What let it down was the obnoxiously rude receptionist on exit Keira. We paid for parking which was an incorrect price and when we queried this at the reception we were ‘greeted’ by Kiera who clearly we were disturbing. Told we shouldn’t have paid at the machine and should have paid directly with them, which we were not told by a single member of staff. She then took it upon herself to stalk around to the machines which had no signs on stating this either ‘oh well they must have fallen off’. We asked if she could rectify this which she huffed and said no it’s nothing to do with us you’ll need to call the parking company. So we asked for the parking company’s information which she told us just to look online and find it with a roll of her eyes. After persistence from another guest she stalked off to the back to get a post it note and reluctantly wrote the telephone number down. After her appalling attitude I asked to speak to a manager who she said wasn’t there as they had gone home sick. After more arguments we then managed to be seen by a supervisor who promised a manager would call me the next day. We are now 3 days after and no phone call. Ruined spa day and a complete waste of money. Long and short, even if the parking is not under Brooklands control, the staff should make sure signage it present.

Positive experience: My Wife and I and our 2 year old Son stayed for 2 nights celebrating out 10 year wedding anniversary, overall we were fairly happy but there is room for improvement. Firstly given Brooklands is a 4 star hotel, I would have expected to be offered help with taking luggage to our room, instead we had to ask for a trolley and loaded and transported it ourselves. Once in our room we realised we didn't have a bath, we didn't request this and so asked if we could be moved, we were told we could moved to the room next door but would have to come and collect a new card, again I would have expected someone met us and assisted with the move. Later that evening when running a bath for our child, we noticed there were no bath robes or bath soaps, shampoos etc. We requested these from reception and they were dropped to our room, although we were told noone was picking up from housekeeping so we were offered partly used soap bottle refills intended for the shower, these were never replaced the whole time we were there. The following morning we left to go out for the day around 9.40, we asked reception that our room was made up before we returned later that day, we came back around 14.00 only to find our room still hadnt been attended to, so we had to call reception and ask again, we then had to leave the room which wasn't ideal when travelling with a child. In terms of the food, overall the quality was really good, we ate in the restaurant for dinner, although we were a bit unhappy as we intended to have the Cote de Boeuf for 2, which is sold by the 100g, only to be told the 700g steak had just been sold so they only had a 1kg left, this was too big as my wife can only manage small portions of food and we didn't want to buy something, which worked out quite expensive, only to waste it. The waiter didn't really explain how the steak portions worked very well and the menu didn't explain there was a minimum weight or what sizes were available, it just indicated it was sold by the 100g so I think this needs clarity when presenting the menu, I also think the restaurant could have made an exception and cut a small piece of steak for my wife who didnt end up eating at all and I ended up having a ribeye which was the only single steak option. The manager was accommodating and offered Spa access as a good will gesture, but we would have preferred to have a nice meal as a family especially because it was a special occasion. I Also found drinks on the pricey side and a service charge was automatically added when in the bar area l, which meant paying more than £8 for a pint! We also on one occasion requested some ice for the room and we're told it would be £5! Aside from this, the breakfast was really nice and the staff were really friendly, we also stayed for Sunday lunch which again was really good quality and the staff were exceptional, really friendly and accommodating, so overall we had a mixed experience but think with a few tweaks the hotel could be a true 4 star experience. I would rate as a 3.5 if there was such option.

Positive experience: Visited for a spa day and afternoon tea. Receptionist was lovely, the waiter was amazing (even though he’d only been there 2 days), and the male masseuse was great. The spa receptionists let the place down and kept giving off weird and dismissive, borderline rude vibes whenever we spoke to them. The afternoon tea was incredibly budget for the price. Half the sandwiches were stale, the egg mayo had been sitting out too long and you could tell, and the cakes were all soggy. Also when you pay a reasonable amount for afternoon tea, you don’t expect to receive a cupcake as one of the 3 cakes.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have visited the Brooklands hotel numerous times and it never disappoints. We stayed for one night for our anniversary, check in was smooth and we had a lovely surprise being upgraded to a track facing executive room which was lovely and spacious. We booked a package which included access to the newly refurbished spa, bed and breakfast and a 3 course meal with a glass of prosecco which was very good value for money. The bed was one of the comfiest beds we have slept in and the room had everything you could need. The spa is very modern and definitely benefited from the upgrade, only thing I would say is there is now a charge for the meditation room which there wasn't on previous visits. My husband managed to get a cancellation for a massage while we used the spa facilities. Breakfast was lovely, a great variety of food and everything was hot! The set dinner menu had lots of options and a few dishes with supplements. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely return to the Brooklands. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Brooklands for one night before our visit to Mercedes-Benz World. The hotel was clean and well kept. Great decor. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a lovely family room that was clean, well kept and over looking the track. The beds, pillows and quilts were very comfy! A wide menu was available in the restaurant. Delicious food. Great service too. A wide range of food for breakfast. A lovely place to stay.

Negative experience: Used to be a great hotel, now is close to a budget hotel. Cleaning every 2 days, I got a tuna sandwich as room service as it was the best they could offer at 10h30pm. Unfriendly staff at reception, better at the restaurant. Massive decline

Positive experience: I removed one star only because of small details, but in general this is a lovely place. The rooms are a decent size and clean. Minor issues in the room were, part of the bedsheet looked like it had been untucked, one of the bathroom towels looked like it had been thrown on to the towel shelf above the toilet, so looked a bit messy, the toilet seemed to be low in water pressure and the mini fridge had a bit of an odour. The bed is big, and if you like a soft mattress this is the place to stay. There are floor to ceiling windows letting in a lot of light. However only one bedside socket to charge your phone, the other is on the opposite side of the room. The 1907 restaurant is great. Food is delicious and well presented, and really not that unreasonable in price for the type of restaurant. Drinks are where the bill adds up, 4 (lovely) cocktails were £66. We did request to move from our table by the window as it was wobbly. I was told they were all wobbly, which was not a response I expected, but we did it moved to a smaller non wobbly table away from the window. Service was good, over all. I have eaten here before and also stayed at the hotel, but not for some years. I would definitely use both again.

Fantastic experience: We booked a bed breakfast and evening meal stay as we were visiting to Museum . Hotel very tastfully decorated ,clean and staff and service were great. Only complaint I would have is when we went in for our evening meal and were given the menu for the package deal we were told if we only picked inclusive things of the menu ie ones with no extra charge we would be charged £4 each for service....I found this very annoying. You don't expect to have to pay a service charge when you are paying for a stay and feel this should be stated in the booking . Also drinks are ridiculously over priced

Fantastic experience: We came to the 1907 restaurant for breakfast to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. The staff were really nice & brought him a plate of flapjacks with 'happy birthday' in chocolate, it made the visit extra special. The food was all really good & tasty. The only negatives were the toaster needed adjustment as it kept burning the toast & my son wanted me to try the pancakes from the machine. We went to the machine about 15 mins before the breakfast ended but the machine had run out of mixture & the staff wouldn't refill it

Fantastic experience: Omg just came out from my massage it was amazing . Honestly I call her the lady with the magic hands. Her name is actually Sally and I feel better after her magic hands massaged my body. I can't thank her enough. I would definitely come back just for her magic hands again. Thank you Sally.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I was surprised by my family for my 30th Birthday here at brooklands hotel. Honestly Davide and his whole team made it extra special for me. From the minute I walked in to the moment I sat down, they looked after us all very well. We had the new area outside to ourselves! open rooftop was just a luxury and with a beautiful day just made it perfect. Food was exaptional too! We will definitely be back with the family! Fantastic experience: A day at Brooklands spa. Amazing experience, the new facilities are brilliant but disappointed not to be able to use the meditation room without having to pay for Prosecco and tea. In saying that everything else was perfect. Treatments my Manisha were first class and Ella’s help on explaining comfort zone products meant we both left with a bag of purchased products.

Fantastic experience: This was my third time at Brooklands, and I think my favourite so far. I absolutely love the refurbishment of the changing rooms and the spa area. The various saunas/steam room/salt room are all fantastic and felt very luxurious. A special mention must go to Manisha who was absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the spa. She was so kind and friendly, a real people person. I was with her for a few of my treatments - pedicure, body brushing and scalp massage - and all were amazing, I felt like a new person when she was done! She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I will definitely be returning, and will ask for her directly.

Positive experience: Sunday spa visit. Friendly greeting where we were shown around the facilities. Spa bath on the balcony overlooking the racetrack. The spa bath was lovely but could of been a tad warmer. Lovely area to sunbathe. The new spa area with saunas, steam room etc was very nice as was the sunlight therapy room. I was disappointed that the relaxation room with the waterbeds is 34 pounds extra to use for a limited time slot. We had dinner in the restaurant as part of out package deal and this was superb, great service and lovely meal. All in all it was great and I would return again.

Fantastic experience: Hi, excellent throughout. Your receptionist was very helpful, truly lovely. Your rooms are spacious, clean, dreamy beds, great showers. Nothing missing really. Bar area was attractive and the staff very good at what they do, service, margarita mixing, all super. Would recommend, might even return! In case we needed an excuse to visit Weybridge.

Positive experience: Shame about the advertised spa. Only half the experience were available Had to pay for two room when the family rooms are huge for three adults. The hotel allowed other families to book one room for three adults. Annoying

Fantastic experience: My friend and I spent the afternoon at Brookland’s Hotel Spa. This included a 50 minute treatment of which we had facials done. Plus we had an afternoon tea. We had a friendly greeting and were shown the spa facilities and given white fluffy robes for the day. It wasn’t over crowded and managed to use all the rooms easily. We were also very pleased with our facials. Ella and Grace were are therapists and they were both excellent. Spent the whole time either on our face or the head/shoulder massage. This led up nicely to our afternoon tea. This was a delightful array of sandwiches and sweet treats. Which we couldn’t eat all so could take the balance home in a box provided. We left feeling refreshed and definitely wanting to come back. Thank you for making our day memorable.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely overnight stay at Brooklands hotel this past weekend, we were given a room on the second floor at the back, with huge windows overlooking the LG building which made for a unique experience. As it was the weekend it was quiet and peaceful and we also had a view of the sky and hills. The room was an accessible one for wheelchair use so lovely and spacious with wet room, lovely shower. Bed was huge and comfortable. Everywhere extremely clean. We were checked in by Nina on reception who was excellent, so friendly and warm. The spa was newly refurbished and beautifully spotlessly clean. Various saunas, a salt room, jacuzzi on the balcony and an unusual sun lamp room! We had a 20 min treatment as part of our package, head massage and skin brushing, both great in gorgeous treatment rooms, very relaxing. Delicious breakfast, fresh and plenty. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade to Smart TVs in the rooms as ours was free view. We had hoped to have Netflix to watch a film. Otherwise a great stay. Mercedes Benz world is worth seeing and we did the driving experience of G Wagon which was really fun.

Positive experience: Room was not ready, despite being told we could book in from 3:00pm, and it was a track view room (just around the pillar/column), 1 small biscuit and 1 chocolate drink between both of us.....Otherwise great room, nice place and could walk to/from our evening at MB World! Enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience: We actually book the hotel for a spa weekend date but missed the part where it was stated that our voucher is was for weekdays not weekends. Still went ahead to book our room and paid for spa facilities which includes, sauna, jacuzzi and meditation room which my partner and I really enjoyed. The breakfast was a hit for me, well organised settings and not crowded.. Really did enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Fantastic experience: Had an event at Mercedes Benz world so this was a great hotel to stop off at for the night. Rooms are spacious, pleasant and clean with access to a well equipped 24hour gym Got the bed, breakfast and dinner package which was good value. The star for me was the hash browns at breakfast. Probably the most crispiest hash browns I’ve had to date!

Negative experience: Booked for a birthday spa retreat weekend. Nice hotel and rooms with track / carpark view. Very disappointed in the spa. The spa was undergoing refurbishment and we were not made aware of this prior as we would have booked for another time. Upon arrival to the spa we were made aware they were doing refurbishments and therefore would not be able to get ready in the spa as there is no changing rooms therefore we would need to collect towels and robes and get ready in our room. Whilst a bedroom had been made available on this floor to use as a changing room and bathroom it was too busy therefore if we need the bathroom during the spa visit we were requested to go and use the one in our room. The spa isn't huge anyway but due to the refurbishment there was very little of the spa open and the hotel did not limit the amount of guests in the spa so guests were queuing to access the amenities which were open. The facilities available during the refurbishment were the hot tub, 2 small saunas which accommodated a max of 3 people each and a sun room. Apparently there is a relaxation room with hot beds but there is an additional charge to use this and had to be booked well in advance of the visit - something else we were not made aware of in advance of our visit. The hot tub fits about 8 people comfortably and there was a queue of people on the loungers next to the hot tub waiting their turn to have a 20 min soak. The two saunas are tiny with glass surrounds (max 3 people), which people again queued for on the loungers next to them. The sun room is nice but didn't get to spend long in there as all the beds and chairs were taken. We had massages booked which were great and the highlight of the experience. Spa's are supposed to be relaxing however queuing is not a relaxing activity and then having fellow guests stare at you and willing you so they get their turn in the hot tub / sauna is also not relaxing. The food at restaurant for dinner was tasty and I would recommend. The hotel would have gotten a 5 star review but for the disappointment which is the spa.

Positive experience: Thank you Chloe, Ella and Elizabeth for making our anniversary amazing and relaxing. Me and my husband really appreciated and loved the stay, from the friendly staff, from the fantastic and clean facilities, we will definitely be visiting again! We feel very relaxed and comfortable! Nina at the front desk was also very welcoming and lovely, always willing to assist us and always smiling. We did wish there was a pool and proper sauna rooms; as the sauna rooms were boxes on either side of the spa sitting part on the balcony, sitting 3 people max, but would have loved a steam room and pool too! But the hotel is currently under construction, would have also been nice to know in advance! But above all, thank you to the friendly staff and lovely facilities! Thank you Brooklands Hotel for a lovely experience! :)

Positive experience: Agree with your Make it Green policy but think the bed could be made daily & tea & coffee topped up daily. Disappointing & doesn't feel like a "make it exceptional' experience. Food excellent & staff very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful located spa, lovely and quiet. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The afternoon tea was delicious. Grace and Emily the therapists were amazing, perfect pressure and very relaxing. Celeste the receptionist in particular was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel and spa - perfect place for friends and couples to relax for the afternoon. The sun room in particular was very unique and relaxing with delicious cocktails. Look forward to coming back again - thank you for a wonderful day

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent stay, had great service and a restful time. We particularly liked the cocktails in the bar, and the live music to accompany Sunday lunch. My wife commented on the quality of the breakfast and the selection, and we left feeling relaxed, even though we didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities. We will be back for sure!

Negative experience: Review of Brooklands Hotel and Spa: My recent visit to Brooklands Hotel and Spa left much to be desired. Despite being regular patrons, my partner and I were disappointed on multiple fronts. Firstly, the spa was overcrowded, with the meditation room not available and no prior instruction to book in advance. Additionally, the steam room was out of order, further limiting our experience. What added to our frustration was witnessing another guest receive a free upgrade, something we've never been offered despite our loyalty, having stayed at Brooklands Hotel more than 8 times. This lack of recognition made us feel undervalued as guests. Sadly, this experience has led us to reconsider our loyalty to Brooklands Hotel. The overpriced services coupled with underwhelming customer service have left us feeling bored and unappreciated. As such, we have decided not to return.

Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel with great spa facilities. They have a hot tub overlooking a race track which is great in the summer months, not as hot as I would want for the winter months. They have two saunas with speakers inside which is a lot of fun. The spa treatments are amazing and the staff are very helpful and professional. The rooms are lovely, I had a room overlooking the race track. Breakfast has a lot of options along with dinner.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I had the best time in the hotel, the room was amazing and the staff on reception, especially Iryna. Food was superb and the staff also very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, lots to choose from. And finally we visited the spa today. Celeste was very friendly and helpful. Thank you and we will be back soon

Fantastic experience: Great hotel with fantastic room that could accommodate our entire family with beds for all. This made it great for us compared to having it have 2 rooms at a Travelodge or premier inn and was perfect for the birthday of my youngest boy

Fantastic experience: 2nd stay here and it's still as inviting as the 1st time. The reception staff are so helpful and the restaurant staff friendly. I stayed in a room with a balcony so I can watch the track during the day and sit in peace at night! It's so green here, lovely location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms have the most amazing smelling toiletries! The spa is obviously a big attraction to the hotel. It was quite busy when I went for my treatment. Mixed crowd, groups of friends and couples. There is a large car park so plenty of parking. Remember to enter your reg into the tablet at reception or risk a very hefty fine. There isnt much to not like about this hotel. The only thing is the balconies aren't very private but, I do look forward to staying here again.

Positive experience: Only used the Spa, very friendly, had a great facial, only one outside jacuzzi, changing room small so can get rather busy at certain times afternoon tea as expected and enjoyed, parking could be an issue but on the whole a pleasant afternoon had.

Fantastic experience: First visit was excellent, all the staff were fabulous, especially Elizabeth who did my massage, i felt she really listened to my body and tailored the massage accordingly. Also Esther and Celeste in reception and Alexis in the sunshine room which I really enjoyed, the meditation room was also excellent apart from my husband’s snoring :) Would definitely come again

Fantastic experience: Very good hotel! Nice room and very pleasant staff. Ate in the restaurant which was also very good with plenty of choices even though we had booked a package. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Another fantastic stay. I think this was our third or fourth visit and every time really has been exceptional. Very friendly and informative staff always happy to help. Clean and tidy room and a very nice atmosphere throughout all of the hotel. I would reccomend Brooklands hotel to anyone and look forward to staying again.
