Positive experience: Amazing gym! Love the vibe and the modern equipment is like no other in this area. I would particularly like to reccomend "Mel" who made me feel so comfortable when i foret walked in. Not only is she friendly and approachable she is warm welcoming her knowledge on personal training is fantastic. Book a taster and you won't regret it ✨️
Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN UP! This gym is so small and everything is cramped together there is no space. The weights are always all over the place it looks like nobody cleans there. The toilets are disgusting and always have pee everywhere and the showers are grim! It is like a hot box in there with no air conditioning, machines are always broken. Staff is unfriendly and you rarely see them. It’s always so busy and never any machines available and you have to wait 20 mins for one to become available you might aswell train at home. So expensive for what reason? They will keep you in a contract and before I signed up I made sure to ask a staff member the policies and they said I can cancel anytime without notice. I now have developed a long term injury and have a doctors note and they won’t cancel my membership with over 3 weeks notice?? And when I emailed them about it multiple times they responded once and then ignored me and they charged me again. As a business especially a gym you should care about your member or at LEAST respond to email and not ignore especially if it is medical. This is ridiculous. Guys save your money and go to a different gym that is actually worth the money!
Negative experience: Small gym, extremely messy and unorganised, broken machines half the time, dirty showers, unfriendly staff, no parking , lockers broken, door app barely works. They told me no notice period when i signed up, and as ive tried to leave theyve then said its 30 days, they didnt get back to me for over 3 weeks. So now after i wanted to leave instead of just leaving ive had to wait 7 weeks!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Novo for the past year. I normally train outside of staffed hours; after 10pm or prior to 6am. First positive for the gym was that when I wanted to try a day pass, I was able to purchase one online and use their Key app to access their gym outside of staffed hours. This way I could try the gym at my own convenience, around my work and family commitments. Most 24 hour gyms would only allow a trial during staffed hours! The gym equipment is high quality. Plenty or cardio equipment that all serve a purpose (no junk/gimicky machines). Strength equipment is mainly from Primal Strength; very high quality. A good mix of machines for all muscle groups. There are plenty of squat racks, there’s always one available at the times I train. Similarly, there’s a large number of cables - I’ve never had to wait. The free weights area is a little small, which I imagine could get cramped/there could be a wait for the benches, but I’ve not experienced this myself. Other members are respectful, I’ve never had a problem with anyone whilst at the gym! The private showers/changing facilities are great. I do agree with another comment, however, that the showers can occasionally have an unsanitary smell. This may be because of my attendance outside of staffed hours and therefore there being a period of time where the facilities are not cleaned? I feel the membership cost is of good value, for what’s on offer and for my needs. During my time at the gym, the gym equipment had been updated/improved and the layout of the gym has been improved, which makes me feel that management are keeping members’ experiences in mind and try to improve the gym. I’m moving a good few hundred miles away, so I’ve had to cancel my membership. There’s a 30 day notice period and the procedure is to send an email to the team. I received a reply within an hour to confirm my membership would be cancelled in the time frame I expected. Overall, I would definitely recommend Novo!
Fantastic experience: So happy I found this gym. Has great equipment and is 24/7. The times I go it is never busy, which I love and the staff are friendly. Always keeping the gym neat and tidy.

Fantastic experience: It's a very nice and incredible gym, the staff is very friendly and happy to help you with the use of the rights or with any questions or problems. I recommend it I get incredible pleasure from training and visiting this gym. I would like to draw your attention to the equipment and the comfort of the gym, I am just delighted. If you want your workouts to be incredibly enjoyable, you will definitely like this gym. Also, if you do not understand English, it is not a problem for Ukrainians and other nationalities who are fluent in Russian or Lithuanian, it is Anastasia who speaks Russian and Lithuanian. I am very satisfied with the service and cleanliness in the gym and other rooms of the gym. The gym also has saunas with infrared light and massagers.

Fantastic experience: I joined Novo Welling June 23 What a great Gym. I love the positive vibe, a very friendly atmosphere. Equipment, there is such a wide range of equipment to cover all of your fitness needs, for upper and lower body. Cardio area does not dominate the space like main stream gyms. It does get busy on a Monday/ Tuesday evenings, but everyone is aware of the need to share the space. There is a good blend of male and female users, a lot of youngsters, who are more than willing to interact with more mature members. I frequent at different times and I have never witnessed any trouble. Of an evening there is a nice feel to the gym, many regulars who are willing to share tips and advice, which creates a motivating environment. I am a newcomer to regular gym use, over the last year I have never felt intimidated by experts, who have been working out for many years. I feel very much at home. The Sauna is good, but could do with being bigger and more comfortable, also needs to be available when gym is not staffed. Showers, are modern single cells, temperature has been problematic through winter months, but management seems to have this in hand. Of late water has been satisfying piping hot, good mirror area to look after grooming requirements. There is a full time cleaner who is constantly cleaning throughout the space but always taking into consideration of users. Another positive, Personal Trainers are not preying on members for clients. The gym has been open for a year and they have already identified the need to adjust layout of equipment and to prioritise what trying to users really want, this makes me feel confident that changes will continue to evolve as the gym ages. Final words Marcel, what a guy, we all love him. He creates a positive environment. He is so attentive to detail, if there is a fault on equipment he is proactive in sorting out repairs. He is so approachable, you never feel he down plays any concerns you have. He is always eager to help and wants your workout to be of benefit.Personally I feel he makes this gym a safe and enjoyable environment for you to achieve all of your fitness goals. Music, come on guys let’s have some variety, some 70’ & 80’s soul would go down a treat

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gym in the whole welling, bexleyheath, dartford area. They have all the latest equipment and this equipment are well maintained. The set up is amazing and mostly available. Luxurious shower and sauna facilities are also included in the membership. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Big shout to manager Marcel a very good coach and extremely friendly. Always pop when the form is wrong and you can ask him about any exercise, he will show you how it’s done. Overall my experience from this gym has been really good, and has very good vibes, wants you to go even when you are being lazy.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym from the start. Good equipment and a lovely atmosphere. The people who work in the gym area great and always there to help if you need it. At one point I wanted to cancel and then reconsidered as I enjoy it too much. I would like to say Thankyou to the current staff, also marcel for helping when needed.

Positive experience: Great gym in Welling (it was needed in this area). Nice lighting, atmosphere and vibes. Clean and well maintained. Very good equipment with multiples (inc 4 squat racks which is more than any other gym I’ve seen before). The staff / team are really nice and friendly. I get great workouts done here at any time of day. Love that there is a sauna! Slight cons- there is no studio room for stretching / classes etc and no facility to leave bikes in the venue. There’s no car park but plenty of places just a couple mins walk away so no biggie. Overall I enjoy going to this gym and would recommend :)

Fantastic experience: This is a very amazing place to be. The equipments are safe, very easy to use and quite modern. The environment is clean always and the staff are very supportive. The fact that the facility has a sauna that operates during week days for safety reasons combined with the fact that the gym is open 24/7 makes it a very effective and efficient facility. Fantastic experience: There’s multiple things u can say about this gym and they are all pros of being a member. From the equipment to the friendly and youthful staff. The equipment here is amazing. From plate loaded machines for the real gym goers to the cardio machines for the ones that want to keep their lifestyle healthy. I’ve been at novo gym since it opened, and from then on I found myself making much more progress. And the recovery facilities, the infrared saunas and massage machines that help with an intense leg day after math, the gym gets better and better. The community here is filled with smiling faces and hard working people. I highly recommend people to join. I wanna give the manager Marcel a big up, the best manager there is such a calm guy, and easy to have a laugh with.
Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have ever been a member of the equipment is great the staff are friendly and it’s such a great community of people. I definitely recommend becoming a member if you aren’t already.
Negative experience: The gym equipment is good, but the facility is quite cramped. Unfortunately, the toilets and showers are extremely unsanitary, with an overpowering stench of sewage also where the sauna and some lockers are. Despite charging premium prices for a 24-hour gym, the standards fall short. They also don’t have classes so you price really doesn’t reflect the use of the gym, the premium is the sauna but you can’t use it when it’s not staffed hours so anytime after 4pm and you don’t want to go down there anyway because it absolutely stinks. The customer service is lacking, with slow response times and the need for multiple follow-up emails. Overall, the experience does not match the cost.
Fantastic experience: Hands Down the BEST Gym in the Area, Equipment is top notch, Great Facilities like the Sauna, Good Environment and Music, Staff are very welcoming and friendly, I have had many great interactions. Shout Out to Marcel the Manager for always providing Great service and helping anyone who needs assistance along with his team. They are constantly keeping the gym clean and holding it at a high standard for the members. I Most Definitely recommend this Gym. Overall Amazing Gym
Negative experience: Disgusting the toilets and shower room… is mixed for women and man. Smells disgusting, dirty, not ventilation… Very expensive the gym for this service that is primary. I hope the manager reports to the boss and change ASAP
Negative experience: For the high price you pay compared to other gyms, the bathroom service is horrible, disgusting, the system is hateful when people leave paper and don't flush the toilet because access is bad, the smell inside without ventilation is disgusting… For this reason, their prices are high, just out of necessity, but this gym is horrible due to its shower and bathroom facilities. You can check with the other gyms in the area yourself. Hygiene is important and even more so in these places. I hope that a good reform for this is taken up as a suggestion, we are paying a lot for all services within the gym. SUGGESTION

Positive experience: Good equipment but it’s so loud in there. Definitely avoid it you have sensory issues- couldn’t even hear my own music on AirPods. lasted 20 minutes and had to leave
Fantastic experience: My first visit to Novo gym was last Tuesday for a taster session . Met Sam on my first day and today who was very attentive, knowledgeable and informative and always interact well with The gym members. The gym was very clean, well organised and not crowded at all.

Negative experience: Website stated upgrades during date period, but failed to state it was closed. It also didn't update Google to reflect operational hours. Due to unclear information on operational period, I paid for a day pass to try out the gym that today. It firstly shouldn't have allowed me to pay, secondly I would have tried another gym if there were clear information. Waste of time and effort which could have been avoided if Google was updated to reflect operational hours and website was crystal clear. Looks like I won't be joining this gym.

Fantastic experience: Its been many years since I stepped into a gym, today was my first session at Novo and the staff are really friendly and helpful and showed me around the facility and how the different machines worked and the different zones they have setup. I really enjoyed my workout, there is music playing which is great and its not loud, all the machines are new and everything was working and I didn't have to wait for any of the machines i wanted to use. All in all, a great experience and I'm so happy to have a local 24/7 gym I want to use!

Fantastic experience: Top class gym in the area. Recommend you sign up, get the app and book in your times either for classes or sauna. Otherwise, it's a high quality place to get in your sessions early or late in your daily grind at your leisure. Signing up is as easy as buzzing in and talking to the reception.

Fantastic experience: Such a welcome addition to Welling, and love how modern and thought-out the space is. It’s amazing how much they fit into and transformed what used to be a Poundland! We’ve never had a gym here as long as I could remember, so the convenience factor alone (and the fact it has classes and is 24/7) makes it well worth the price. To the negative reviews - who wants to be travelling to the next town over to go to the gym… not me. My only downside is how dangerously close it is to the McDs Hope they keep up the good work, I’ve been enjoying it so far and the staff are friendly too.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the classes almost daily at the gym. It’s great for those that don’t like working out alone or just need that extra push. Some classes are 30 mins which is perfect for people that want a quick workout. The PTs running the classes are doing a great job. The external instructors for Yoga and Dance are also very good

Positive experience: Enjoyable new gym.About time we had a general purpose gym in Welling. The gloomy interior is handy for people who are not conventionally beautiful. The focus is on the steroid gym user but these are early days. The changing rooms could do with some modifications. A snug sauna is available.

Positive experience: Brilliant gym, only a few negatives: 1. The Water refilling station isn’t cold enough. 2. Needs to be a bench/seat inside the changing/shower rooms. 3. Privacy needed for Cardio section, a lot of passing footfall and cars looking straight in. If these are fixed I would definitely give the gym a 5

Fantastic experience: The Novo team have absolutely smashed it with this gym! Value for money is incredible, 24/7 access, insane range of equipment, fabulous sauna, friendly Fridays.. the list goes on!! Every little detail has been thought about; toiletries in the shower, the lighting sectioning the place into zones, free water station, there’s even diffusers on the hairdryers! Would recommend to anyone looking to step their fitness up a level!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, not joined yet as still a member at another gym. Had a free trial and done a push workout, chest and tri’s… so used all the free weight benches for chest and the rope pull for tri’s. There are loads of machines and can’t wait to get back in there to try all the machines out. Looking forward to try out the new Sauna at some point. Oh yeah and there’s a studio in there for classes, which could be an opportunity ignite PowerWave Welling!?

Fantastic experience: It’s only day 2 for me but so far so good. I’ve never seen so much equipment (coming from Council run sites) so would be keen to know what half of them do or can do for me! Also need a few more sanitation sites as I am only aware of the one (although there may be more I just haven’t seen). Also, is there anywhere I can top up my bottle? Only minor points raised, the gym itself is impressive and I’m sure it will be perfect for my needs. Edit: after a couple of weeks I’m now settled. Found more sanitation facilities and the water fountain. The gym is very clean and I’m a happy gym bunny!!!

Fantastic experience: Facilities and equipment are fantastic. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful. It would be ideal if the windows at the front by the cardio equipment were tinted to provide a bit more privacy whilst exercising. The water tap is not overly cold either but I'm splitting hairs. Overall a fantastic gym.

Fantastic experience: The gym is the epitome of exquisite, don’t let these bums distract you from the greatness of this gym, they’re just brokies - you’ll probably recognise me when you go there. It’s worth the price compared to a cheap gym group where all of the equipment is being hogged by pigs - “Oink Oink”. Nevertheless, if you live nearby it’s worth it for the price.

Negative experience: Unsatisfactory Sign-Up Experience with Misleading Early Bird Offer My attempt to sign up for the gym was met with disappointment due to a misleading early bird offer. The gym's marketing tactics raised questions as the banner advertised exclusive benefits for early bird sign-ups, only to find out that it was already full even before the sign-up process began. This left me frustrated and feeling deceived, as it seemed like the gym was using bait-and-switch tactics. Adding to the disappointment was the perplexing pricing structure. At first glance, the monthly fee of £39.99 appeared reasonable. However, I was taken aback to discover an additional joining fee of £15. To make matters worse, VAT charges were applied, resulting in a higher overall membership cost than initially anticipated. These hidden fees and charges left a sour taste in my mouth, and I began to question the transparency and honesty of the gym's pricing model.
