Negative experience: My daughter took a class there and everything was fine the 1 star is due to the lady on the front desk CONSTANTLY making us feel like second class citizens for not being a member. Luckily I have found an alternative tennis centre so won’t have to enjoy the unwelcoming front desk experience again.

Fantastic experience: I only play Padel but love playing here.

Negative experience: first of all we booked our appointment to play padel at 8am and the staff didn’t even arrive until 8:30 and we we started playing 30 minutes late. When she saw us waiting the club manager had an insanely bad attitude and was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us. after we finished our game the coach came out and told us to leave. we went into the reception and began talking to them and asking for compensation because THEY were late. the manager than said “maybe you shouldn’t have booked it at 8am” and we were quickly shocked and informed her that it was on their website and she continued to be extremely rude. the coach then came and told my friend to stop talking extremely rudely, and told us to fix the solution we should just leave and never come back in a really bad attitude. I’ve never met such a rude and disrespectful staff where they don’t even attend their working hours on time and BLAME it on the customers. really bad experience would never recommend for anyone.

Negative experience: I recently became a member at this club due to a recommendation by my friend. However, the woman at the front desk treated me and my friend with nothing less than distain and contempt. Her attitude over the two days that I attended this facility was unwelcoming and rude, to say the least. It is a real shame because I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the time playing squash away from this miserable woman. Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable attending this facility knowing full well that the woman behind the desk will consistently treat me like I’m a sub-human.

Negative experience: Been a member at this club on and off throughout the past 5 years, I have brought many guests and also lead to many membership joins, throughout my time with the club the hostility from the woman on the front reception is atrocious. She is very rude and leads one to feel very uncomfortable and out of place. I recently came down with my friend from leeds/Bradford area with the intention for us to join and renew memberships, he ended up taking out a membership but decided to cancel on the second day due to the utter rudeness she portrayed towards him and us. It is a great shame as it is a good club otherwise, good facilities and other staff members are great. Unfortunately as long as she is there at this club it is not the club I would intend to or want to play at again. I live a stones throw away from the club and would rather travel further rather than pay to be a member and put up with her disgraceful attitude. The embarrassment that also my friend travelled 40 minutes to visit the club and sign up with good intentions and positivity to then decide to leave on the second visit due to her behaviour is a let down to the club.

Positive experience: My son does training here. So far pretty good, he's really enjoying it.

Fantastic experience: Great place for Padel, Squash, Tennis and if a member a gym. The bar which can be rented out, has lots of beers to chose from. Good venue to hire for a birthday party or anniversary, wake, christening etc. seating indoors and outside enabling yob to watch the tennis whilst having a drink.

Positive experience: Nice place. Plenty of paking. You can play squash, tennis abd peddle ball.

Positive experience: Nice big place. Has onsite gym, squash, tennis, peddle ball courts. Place is nice n busy, never overcrowded, nor empty. Staff is nice. Adequate parking.

Fantastic experience: Visited here for the physiotherapy, so can't really comment other than the grounds and facilities are amazing. The physiotherapy is great too, depending on who you get. Really helped me after I was knocked off my motorbike.
