Positive experience: Decent gym, seems mainly focused on free weights. The strength machines are Technogym, but the older series. Largecstudio for spin etc, clear timetable. Reception smells.bad as does the upstairs area with lockers and showers. Seems like no ventilation

Fantastic experience: Have been a member here for a month now and absolutely love it The receptionists are always so friendly and always welcome you with a smile. The bathrooms are always clean and tidy, and the equipment is well maintained, while having everything you need to build your perfect physique. It even has a standing hamstring curl machine, and an arm blaster both of which I use weekly! I actually can't fault anything about the gym itself. Even parking is great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me

Fantastic experience: Recently went for a quick tour/trial and quickly signed up the same day!! Really nice, clean and well equipped gym. Incredibly friendly staff and members too

Fantastic experience: great club, Suzi & Jake the managers are a credit to the gym, they really do support myself and other members with our fitness goals!

Negative experience: The reception area absolutely reeks. It's not a short term problem, it's been like that for months despite complaints (you'll see other reviews mentioning the same). The problem is, many of the machines are in this area. I feel sick coming in and out of the gym. Gym is also getting dirtier and dated quite quickly - some of the treadmills are wobbling, the water fountain water smells horrible, machines are regularly out of service. They need a real revamp.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities and staff.

Positive experience: So I have been a member of snap fitness for a long time and love the gyms. This place is as you would expect an array of equipment, tidy, clean. However the treadmills here are a nightmare. Some pop up to sign in kept flickering up I had to try 4 machines before I could get one to work and then it was very distracting during my run. They had a few punch bags but no hanging mount. So you have to fashion your own (good luck if your not 6ft and reasonably strong). A mount is like 30/40 quid and would make a huge difference. Also don't hit the bag to hard or the chains come lose and turn into a spinning blade of doom. Injury waiting to happen Not my best exsperince of snap fitness feel this place is letting the brand down. I am glad I am only in town for a business trip and this isn't my local

Fantastic experience: Best gym around! Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Staff and PTs all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help but make you work in the many classes they put on throughout the week!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Members are all friendly and accommodating. Very friendly staff who are willing to chat and help out with anything you may need. Toilet and shower facilities very clean, comfortable and warm. Nice selection of kit. Would love to see this gym with more machines though!

Fantastic experience: Great gym and great staff! I've just joined for a month while I am back home from uni and they have been very accommodating to that. The equipment is great and the staff make you feel very welcome. I lost my member card and they were so helpful!

Fantastic experience: Of all the gyms I've had, I loved this one the most. There is a bit of a sulphur smell in the reception area which is a tiny bit off-putting, but not enough to lose a star. Everyone is very respectful (even the gym bros), mostly people clean equipment after they use it and the vibes are great. Even during peak times, you can usually get on the equipment, easy parking.. and the staff are totally great. Love this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym to train at, as it has a lot of great facilities to hand. It is hygienic throughout the building which is a great aspect and has very welcoming and friendly staff. Should definitely try it out if your not sure as the staff will help answer any questions or concerns you have. 5/5 start

Fantastic experience: Good value for money, nice range of equipment and friendly staff. There's generally one piece of each equipment but outside of the peak hours it's not too busy so normally you can use everything you planned to. Only issue is parking when it's really busy but again, this isn't normally an issue. Overall I would recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since the club opened. It is by far the best gym in that it is never over crowded. Staff and members are polite and friendly. There is always plenty of room to workout both on the gym floor and in the studio . Excellent value for money too.

Positive experience: Really great place! The staff are really friendly. Jake gave me an induction, although I'm a regular gym goer, it was a good chance to get familiar with the gym and he clearly knows a lot! He taught me a few new things and tailored the induction to me, even though I wasn't originally keen on doing one. I'm afraid I'll give 4 stars because it's a little pricey and I wish there was a small sauna - maybe replace one of the showers for a small sauna? Roberto said it would be costly to make/run etc...

Negative experience: The center was nice till I left it. They keep on debiting money. I have contacted them and they told me it will be refunded but it’s been months still they don’t care.

Negative experience: Clean gym, not too overcrowded. Polite staff. Could use more equipment, overly inflexible cancellation policy. Management has woeful communication skills.

Negative experience: I enjoy it here. I'd love to see more equipment though. The gym is extremely limited. To the point where you can find yourself waiting around a lot. 1 Lat pull down machine 1 Free weight squat rack 1 Leg press 1 Barbell bench etc The gym has a ton of available space which could be used for more equipment which would really change the game for this gym. Comparing the price to TheGym or PureGym you're looking at paying around £25 per month more for a very similar experience. My review of this gym may change in the future if investments are made towards equipment. This gym reallllllyyyy needs it.

Fantastic experience: I have joined numerous gyms in my lifetime and i can honestly say that Snap Fitness at Bagshot is the best i have experienced so far! From the very second i walked in to collect my pass i felt important and welcomed. I had my induction with Nat who was patient and clear in his instruction. My first class was with Becca and she was brilliant. Taking into account just how unfit i am both were respective of this but also pushed me a little further than i would have done myself. The atmosphere is great and there are clear guidelines to comply with COVID.

Negative experience: I have tried to Cancel my Membership since March of this year and here we are in October and money is still coming out of my Account! I even went down there and spoke to them months ago and it still did get sorted! I have now spoken to Danni again and she assures me that she has Cancelled my Membership this time. We will see! Shocking Firm. Shocking experience! Would definitely not recommend!

Positive experience: Quick comment to say that the instructor Rebecca who does some of the classes is fab. She encourages and motivates, without pushing you too far and suggests alternate exercises to take into account injuries etc. Each class has lots of different exercises so you never know what's coming next. Thanks Rebecca.

Negative experience: Winter outside but is blasting out cool air in the weights area, no heating whatsoever - even the heating in the hand dryers in the toilets have been turned off. Facility is new and clean, moderate amount of equipment.

Positive experience: They have everything you need to work out. It's clean and has a good energy.

Fantastic experience: Great small local gym

Negative experience: My family (3 of us) cancelled our memberships all at the same time. However, they only cancelled 2 of the memberships and left mine running for some reason, continuing to charge me monthly even though I filled out a 'cancellation form.' I now have a massive bill for months when I thought my membership was cancelled and now a letter from a small claims court solicitor demanding £200. Wish i read the other reviews on here regarding this place. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS.

Negative experience: Overpriced, bad contracts and small for the cost

Positive experience: Love this gym, I am quite large but feel at ease working out here. Brilliant facilities & love the virtual workouts. Only minus is I've been attending the sessions but they have me as a no-show on the virtual scheduled classes so now I am blocked for 7 days. Argh! I am sure it will be easily fixed.

Fantastic experience: Went for a free session to check gym out and really liked it so joined. So far had two sessions there. Really helpful staff, informative, knowledgeable and helped me with the app being the technophobe that I am and explained everything I needed to know and helped me again, on the app to book my induction. Friendly and always ready to help. Very nice gym, clean and welcoming. Has a really good vibe. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Joined gym this month and within my 14 day cooling off period, I needed to cancel for a personal reason. They informed I have to email a central email to inform which I did and then I was asked to call up to give a reason why I’m cancelling. It’s just poor service and given the runaround when I’m well within my rights to cancel. Avoid
