Positive experience: Went to watch a cup final, lovely day and expected a lot of cars, main car park full but overspill o.k on grass, luckily, not wet else would be a bit boggy i would expect. Didn't use main centre as was outside next to football pitch, a lot of comments on long grass in goal mouth, did look quite long along the goal line. My team won so not too worried.

Fantastic experience: I do an over 50's class on a Monday and a breath well class on a Thursday afternoon, and both classes are great if you suffer with copd and to just get out and meet people. Instructors in both classes are A++

Positive experience: Standard council sport centre. Hired a badminton court at a reasonable price grabbed my racquet and played badminton.

Negative experience: Absolutely dreadful pitches, dangerous to play on, complaint going to Suffolk FA as games should not be allowed unti the pitches are safe, even the ref has complained!

Positive experience: Good value for money. As a 76 year old it's good in the early mornings as all seem to be older,in the afternoon seem to be a lot of unsupervised youngsters! Very rarely is there supervision and people using the weight area can sometimes monopolies the space. Always well cared for and clean

Negative experience: Height restriction barrier at entrance to the sports centre car park caught me out this evening having not been to the cycle track for a good while. 'IF' there was signage (will double check tomorrow) I was more focused on safely turning left into the entrance & negotiating the cambered entrance whilst also conscious of numerous runners/pedestrians. Ripped my roof rack & bike off my car roof - Damages in excess of £750:00 to roof, tailgate, rear light cluster, bike carrier & bike. Why can't the new? height restriction 'gate' be open during working hours to cater for cyclists who are visiting the sports centre to use the cycling facility??? I am sure I am not the first and will not be the last person to suffer such an expensive mistake. Will dump my car on the grass verge next time rather than cause an obstruction on the junction or approach whilst unloading.

Positive experience: Tried out gym as got a I card and wanted to see what they had different to the gym I use.

Positive experience: The changing rooms are good showers work but one of the grass pitches is extremly dangerous but the other two are fine.appart from that all good.just been there this morning very poor had to wait 20 mins to open the changing rooms the showers are cold .waste of time wont b going again

Fantastic experience: Staff are all friendly, today I was at the gym and a young lad who works there was giving an induction to a very elderly gentleman. He was so polite, patient and warm to the man and treated him with dignity and respect. The place is clean, the staff are always smiling. I have never enjoyed attending a gym but I look forward to going here and don't have any anxiety about going alone.

Fantastic experience: At the time of writing this is the only council run sports centre that you can play Badminton at in Ipswich. Three of the four courts are available to book and the centre has good measures in place for covid compliance.

Positive experience: Went to watch football,not sure who should cut the grass on the pitches but the one to the far right was a disgrace,far to long for an important football match esp as it was raining during the game.
