Fantastic experience: Great place for sports activities

Positive experience: Parking a bit of a pain

Negative experience: Very difficult to get in touch over the phone

Positive experience: Badminton courts need maintenance. Difficult to spot entrance as GPS takes to the other side which is not accessible. Entrance is located between residential properties so very difficult to spot. The facilities are ok, can play plenty of sports. Centre is aging needs some refurbishment

Negative experience: me and my mates went on an open pitch as I needed to get my bag the caretaker shouted at us to go away without letting me get my bag. There were kids that were playing without booking and thats what we were about to do however he shouted at us to go away whilst the caretakers friend and his children played on the astro. This is discrimination we are not happy!

Positive experience: Dropped my child off for an activity. This time I wasn't happy staff allowed children to leave on their own from opposite direction staff was going, unsecured carpark with people coming to collect children from carpark. Staff should stay till the end knowing the children are handed safely over to family . Anything could happen, anyone could be wondering around the venue.

Negative experience: Leaky roof in the sports hall is a death trap. Slipped and hurt my ankle playing football in there.

Fantastic experience: Attended the indoor sports hall on a few occasions to play indoor cricket. It is the size of 4 Badminton courts. Good facility, £42/ hour.

Fantastic experience: Good variety of sport facilities, big parking space. It can be tricky to find entrance when you are first time as it's easy to miss.

Positive experience: All weather pitch. Lots of Floodlights (bulbs?) need replacing. Very dark playing conditions on the all weather pitch during these winter months. Accident waiting to happen? 04/01/22. Update. Jan '24 Beautiful new playing surface laid at the end of 2023, just shame they couldn't have invested the same amount in the lighting. The replacement floodlights since my last review seem well below par, to the point where parts of the pitch are actually dark if you're playing on a winter's evening. Possibly has something to do with light pollution as it's in a residential area. Roll on summer ☀️

Fantastic experience: We have organised a session for students of Gulzar_e_Habib masjid as kids these days are more on gadgets and less on physical activities especially girls are, so it was a really brilliant experience for us as teachers and our students were so happy & time just flew away staff was really friendly and helpful, it was really nice, good quality play area for all age groups without any gender discrimination .

Positive experience: It’s an alright Gym, but it would be too expensive for the small amount of equipment there is. The school students also use the gym so time is limited throughout the week. The good thing is that the hygiene is really good and the environment gives positive vibes.

Positive experience: Been playing footy over here since I was little to present date. Massive improvement from the astro turf carpet type pitch to the new 3g pitch.

Negative experience: Would not recommend attending this centre. Staff member by the name A.Ahmed verbally assaulted and harassed many of our team and decided to make us leave the centre early despite having 20 mins left from a hour booking. Manager Joanna Baker does not seem to reply to complain emails also and does not seem to care about leisure centre either. Overall horrible centre run by negligent attitude by staff members and the manager.

Fantastic experience: Great local sports hall, friendly team, gym, sports hall and football 3g pitches

Positive experience: Decent pitch with artificial grass, HOWEVER the big problem is you can get 1 deflected shot and its over in to the car park which kills off 5 mins by the time you go and get it. They NEED roof nets on the pitch to stop the ball going over.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Come here for Kickboxing training every other Sunday when I can.

Fantastic experience: Great place for families. Always something on whether it's football, fitness related etc. We attend the kickboxing lessons here on a weekend.

Positive experience: Been playing football here for over 20 years. The pitch is 4G. Car parking can be horrendous. Staff seem nice. Never used the gym.

Fantastic experience: Good facilities, easy to get to. Great badminton facilities. Nets go to the edge, the posts are exactly in line with the outer tram lines. Plenty of space around the hall, the floor is cushioned and really amenable for jumpsmash. Separate hall for football, but the hall isn't as nice, and older harder floor. The price has gone a little for the hr booking on badminton, but still one of the best badminton halls around locally.
