Fantastic experience: Went there swimming with my family 2 adults, nearly 4 year old and 4 month old for swimming. Due to restrictions we had to wait a little longer to get in and get changed, I didn’t mind too much as I get it with the restrictions…but the duty manager Jordan came over to keep apologising, made sure we had a good time whilst in there and when leaving. Also wanted to make sure we would get booked in again as he knew they were busy (and knew I wanted to go back), so called me a few days later so I didn’t have to hold to book us in again! Customer service like this really makes a day out for me! Thanks Jordan :)

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and helpful even with all the problems of covid it's quite small the pool but staff have thought things out very well .

Negative experience: I have been a member on and off for years and have enjoyed the pool but since it reopened following the recent covid restrictions they are allowing up to 16 people in, I was in a lane with 5 others while one very fast swimmer had one lane. It doesn't seem to be adhering to the rules.

Positive experience: The staff are friendly and welcoming and are very helpful. The recent refurbishment (January '20) has helped give the facilities a face-lift.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym, recently refurbished and a lovely indoor swimming pool.

Positive experience: Small friendly gym and pool with sauna. Gets busy in holiday times. Sauna good. Pool a bit small for serious swimming but warm.

Positive experience: Small pool but good for a swim if you've been stuck on a boat for days! Easy to walk to from Oulton Broad. Good changing facilities.

Positive experience: Lovely quiet, most of the time. Pool, not huge or very deep but adequate for a workout or splash around. There is also a sauna. Members can also use the gym. There are aquacise lessons and children's swimming lessons on a weekly basis. The centre has free parking. Downside more family users can make it a bit less relaxing in the summer.

Fantastic experience: Excellent little gem of a gym with cardio/resistance room, strength room, pool and sauna. Friendly staff and a cosy relaxed atmosphere.
