Fantastic experience: A sports complex belonging to the University of Southampton. They have football, cricket, netball, tennis and for sure: many more sports that I’m not even aware of. The reception building has lockers, toilets and drinking water fountains. Booking a slot for any type of play is fairly easy and straightforward via the UoS Sports app.

Negative experience: Terrible system, ever since the old supervisor left the whole place got significantly worse. The new supervisor is inconsiderate and rude. If you're famous, you get to go on whenever but if you're not then they're rude to everyone.

Positive experience: Grass pitches are moderate but they'll cancel any match/training session at the slightest hint of inclement weather. Nowhere near any food places or anywhere helpful really if you plan on spending the day there.

Positive experience: The astro pitch is very good and easy to book but they do have a tendency to cancel sessions when it rains

Fantastic experience: Great place to support your uni team. Go down and meet The Stags and Vixens if you want to get involved with American football.

Negative experience: A few hundred men and women must have attended this facility today! There are no facilities for food and drink with people arriving from an hour's journey or longer and watching or playing for 2hrs! 4 hours with no refreshments isn't acceptable and they would have made a fortune on just basic hot and cold drinks with simple snacks! Avoid or come well prepared if, its a big if, you are informed that there are no refreshments available

Fantastic experience: One of the best places to be at. Amazing facilities that the University has provided with. Friendly support staff makes it even better.

Positive experience: Lots of good quality football pitches. Nice changing rooms. Parking available. First aid available on the day I visited.

Positive experience: Grass fields are in great condition for whatever activity you want to do. Facilities are all in good working order.

Negative experience: Has only one hockey pitch and isn't water based. Hockey railings also aren't high enough Hockey Ball frequently gets hit over the fence and can potentially kill the Tennis players. The Hockey pitch dugouts have been blown away by the storm and no effort to fix it has been shown. American football goals aren't high enough either. Football pitches lack floodlights. This place is located nowhere near the main campus.

Positive experience: To be fair it's covid so it's closed but I had need to enter the building. The sports hall had a leak in it so it was unusable. The rest of the building, that I saw, was okay but a bit tired. Plenty of parking and disabled parking directly in front of the building (and plenty more close by) Disabled entrance too so accessibility is good. Maned reception and the person was friendly.

Fantastic experience: I attended a team building skills day here, run by the army and university... the facilities are second to none... brilliant in my opinion. There was plenty of parking, not particularly easy to get in and out of as on a busy road, site seemed secure. It is very big, so easy to get lost, worth leaving a bit of extra time to find where you are ment to be if you are unsure as I was.

Positive experience: The pitch is great. Football is great. Let me tell you what isn't...... The different coloured lines. The side line on the left is white. The right side is red. There's this other line not quite in the middle. It's so confusing. No moulded studs. It's a 4g pitch so why can't I wear moulded studs. Such a shame

Fantastic experience: Home of the mighty Southampton STAGS Afc. Great facilities with a 4g football, lacrosse and American football pitch. Beware if your an away team though that you are unlikely to leave with a win
