Positive experience: I come here to swim and I really like the pool. The staff are cheerful and helpful. The only thing I'm not keen on is the communal aspect . I don't particularly want to be in the shower area with men but that's just how it is. I am so glad that I have joined the leisure centre and always look forward to visiting.

Positive experience: Pleasant pool with nice, well maintained facilities. Water temperature was great and staff friendly. Swim spoiled by the playing of dreadful, loud 1980s music

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff all very helpful good classes decent pool.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff, willing to help in any situation. Friendly and welcoming. Staff manage to create an environment that is enjoyable, nourishing and life affirming. I feel after coming swimming here for 2 years that the staff are my friends. Able to share the good times and the sensitive times. Exceptional.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend going staff use gym in peak times when there isn't enoigh equiment to go around there nothing really in the gym apart form like 4 running machines and some free weights too many people for little space

Positive experience: This is an excellent facility with very helpful staff.

Negative experience: Unable to use their services as they refuse to take cash and I didn't have a bank card.

Negative experience: I had £3 correct money for a swim today. But told it was cashless. I had to leave. How ridiculous to refuse cash. Especially the correct amount. Discrimination against cash carrying people. Won't be attending with my grandchildren again. Will go to Romily or tamedide where cash is welcome. Nothing mentioned on website of cashless.

Negative experience: The place looks dirty, staff unhelpful I only had cash on me and they refused it! Card only.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic swimming coaching, Craig has really brought my son on and has a great rapport with the kids.

Fantastic experience: NewMills Leisure Centre Gym, what's not to like. Good facilities, always clean. Helpful staff to show you how the array of equipment works. Wide cross section of age groups, all adds up to an enjoyable atmosphere. So turn the heating off at home, come down to the Centre and keep/get fit and you'll be warm doing it!!

Fantastic experience: Attended an aquafit session. The pre-recorded video showing the process when using the swimming facilities was really helpful. Good adherence to social distancing by all and overseen by pool attendant and class instructor. Felt completely safe throughout

Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre. Really good pool, very clean changing rooms. Good schedule at the moment. Staff are generally really friendly. Gym really well equipped.

Negative experience: Poor communication, they rang and left a message to call them back. when i did call back they was to busy and said they would call back several times. still waiting for the call back

Positive experience: It’s got what I want here,most of the staff are great. There is one guy who is a pt and just tells people about his life.....he sounds like he should be on Jeremy kyle...loves himself a bit too! Whilst playing football he wanted to start setting up the hall for the next people as we was playing in it. We had to tell him we have paid to hire the hall we can’t play around objects!!!!!!!! Very silly of him to do that! Obviously I can’t name him but sure all the staff will know who I mean.

Positive experience: Last Thursday was absolutely freezing - I'm disabled but can still swim if I don't" knot up" before I get in --the Thursday before that was lovely and warmish ,I was able to do ten lengths -last Thursday I just got down the steps , even in the children's lesson they were complaining
