Fantastic experience: Met with the gym manager who was very friendly and took the time to go over the membership options. The Gym was clean and well equipped. In a good location and free parking close by.

Positive experience: Showers/bathrooms are gross, the floor tiles are broken and hurt your feet. The shower controls are also really annoying and the shower keeps switching itself off. The gym equipment seems good however.

Positive experience: Its ok for quick work out. Very small could not find any locker or one changing room which is a accessable toilet

Negative experience: Do not go to this gym they take your money and stop you from going to any other gym. If you wanna leave the gym like I want to they don't let you leave straight away they ask for proof that's you don't live at your address have a letter or unemployment or have a medical note or card I showed them my medical card my blue one and he didn't take it as proof now iam wasting time and money trying to cancel My membership I've put them down for finance fraud

Fantastic experience: It is very tidy and clean , the manager is so helpful and very polite, he never refuses to help anyone , loads of equipment here with hygiene. Love this gym , also the timings are perfect for everyone. Must visit this gym .

Negative experience: THERE ARE BETTER GYMS IN CRAWLEY THAT DO NOT HARASS YOU!!! I booked a time to go and pick up my key fob a few months ago when I first joined and the person was not there. I waited in the gym for an hour and decided to go home. Anytime I came at the staffed times that were advertised no one was there to pick up the fob. That left a bad taste in my mouth so I joined another gym and told them I would not be paying for any further months due to not being able to pick up the key fob or access the gym. They don’t take no for an answer and have been harassing me for payment ever since and use different phone numbers to continuously harass me. I’ve blocked around 9 numbers so far. And they keep setting up a new direct debit without my signature. I’ve cancelled 3 of those so far and have reported them for financial fraud. Go somewhere else and save your own time and money:

Fantastic experience: looking for a new gym because my current gym is getting busy, not hygienic, staff doesn't greet you any more, over crowded just dont like it any more. however Anytime fitness has a good price, clean, people are friendly, it has a good shower room and toilet which are clean. yes people might say there isn't enough equipment but i dont plan to do body building compatition so i dont need to have so many equipment. i like the idea its open 24 / 7 and i like it that its not too busy.

Fantastic experience: I had the chance to try the gym when I was on a trip in the country. I was very satisfied with the service. Staff was kind and helpful, the place was all clean, including equipments and sanitaries.

Positive experience: A huge activity sports centre offering all you can want. However for what I considered off peak swimming. It was chaos. I appreciate some lanes to be always closed for lessons. But the pool was awful. It was crammed and over crowded. Lane swimming was too tight. In both medium and fast lanes I was clipping other swimmers even when doing front crawl.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs This place is only after your money. They have a horrible customer service. Staff is inexperienced including supervisors/managers. Lack of professionalism when even writing emails or dealing with clients. There are almost never any staff members present at the club who can help or guide you in case of injuries or illness, we know it is in a gym and it is very likely that a medical emergency can happen at any moment however the times you will see a staff member there will be very few, so don't count on them for your welfare. I also noticed that anytime fitness was deducting direct debits twice a month from my bank account (I have proof) this seemed strange to me as I am just going to Crawley club anytime fitness and I don't understand why Bexleyheath Anytime fitness was deducting direct debits too.  Therefore I contacted  them asking for an explanation and refund of my money since this is unfair and illegal, they cannot do what they want with something as private and important like the direct debit details of their clients. I don’t really know what was your admin issue in order to find ourselves in this position, but I kindly asked for my refund of June and July with a total amount of £71.98 which it took them more than three months to refund even after chasing them every week then when I cancel my direct debits and stopped using their installations the minute I cancelled my payments and told them I was cancelling my membership they told me that wasn't enough and so I had to pay 134.97 for my “late cancellation” even thought I was not using their service for the last three month. Their management is a real circus please avoid them.

Negative experience: Affordable gym in Crawley with 24 hour access. But be careful, their customer service is too bad. You'll have to wait a month or maybe more than that for the entry badge after taking the membership. I mean, if you take the membership today, you will have to wait a month to get the badge, without the badge you can't get into the gym. You will have to pay the 1st month fee for free for no service. All the very best for your fitness journey.

Negative experience: Worst gym, half the equipment doesn't work, lockers are all broken, tied in to 2 year contract, got told to sign the dotted line for permission to use my photo for my account, turns out it was a contract wouldn't let me cancel even with responsible cancellation terms, tried sending balifs to my house,only to lose with all the evidence I'd kept!

Fantastic experience: As with all Anytime fitness chains they are really superb, simply amazing gym with the best variety of equipment for all workouts to suit all types of people. This particular gym is very clean and has the best facilities. Best part about the gym is the staff as they make you feel so welcome and create a lovely atmosphere to work out. They had a nice choice of cold drinks and protein bars and the changing rooms where also clean. The toilets could have been a little cleaner but that’s irrelevant when the gym itself is so good. The staff where so friendly I cannot emphasise that enough and highly recommend this gym !

Negative experience: 30+ Celsius outside and there’s no air con on, there’s 3 roof fans on but they’re on the slowest setting. Good amount of gear but the small size of the gym makes it very cramped. Parking in Asda is for 90 mins

Negative experience: I sent an email enquiring about corporate membership along with a couple of other queries and received an extremely sarcastic response from the “general manager Spencer” along with a suggestion to enquire at another club! Chased twice as questions still unanswered and I am yet to receive a response. I was polite and informative in my initial email but it was evident in the response I received that this club isn’t very welcoming of new members. If this is the ignorant service the “general manager” is providing I think it’s a blessing in disguise and I will look to join elsewhere. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Avoid like the plague!!! This gym is nothing but a con ring! Poor quality equipment everything is always broken and if the equipment isn’t enough the toilets never work and are never clean they’re in the mankiest unsanitary condition ever seen. Staff are rude, snooby and unprofessional they have a tendency to talk down to you. Overpriced and poor quality experience.

Negative experience: Just been approached by the new manager at Crawley - informed that my membership is to be cancelled as he believes I am not a good fit for his club. He informed me that I didn't communicate or speak to him and felt that this was not acceptable to him. Accused me of hogging equipment !!!! & said he had watched me today - if that was the case why didn't he approach me to have a informal chat about what he was supposedly witnessing ??? - then accused of speaking to another member saying I had Covid, again if I had Covid I wouldn't be at the club I would be self Isolating ???!!. Asked to speak with the owner to discuss the managers views, but told that the managers decision to final and he has the final say. If this is how members are treated - when I have repeatedly re-racked the weight plates every time I visit the club to assist the manager to maintain good H&S and member courtesy for helping out, then so be it I will leave the Anytime Fitness Crawley club. No evidence presented to me what so ever just the managers rude and arrogant handling of revoking my membership.

Fantastic experience: Decent gym with good equipment! Membership isn’t expensive and is 24/7, never too busy even in peak times. Love that there is a hack squat as many of other gyms don’t have these. Members and staff all friendly!

The staff is very friendly especially the general manager 'Scott' , he is very friendly and welcoming always, also he keeps updating everyone about the offers and stuff. It's been a year now for me amd over all I would say it's a great experience.
