Negative experience: Introduced parking system with fees without a proper notice to customers. Very unfriendly.

Fantastic experience: Nice size pool and nice and cold for exercise. Really friendly staff.

Negative experience: This pool is honestly a joke. It's very clean as far as public pools go, and people there are generally nice, but: - In the past 2 weeks, my sessions were cut short for variety of reason. Out of 7 sessions 5 of them were cut short. It's easy to gloss over some of these things as a student I don't have to pay, but if I had to, I'd go literally anywhere else. - the availability changes almost hourly. I booked a session on Monday for Thursday believing I could swim for 2hours, only to check in the morning and see that they've closed the session up completely, so I only had an hour. This was "planned" - (some) of the staff were ridiculously rude about this. Hat tips to the one guy that was nice, but that was one out of 5 instances. - this is **not a training pool**. You are not allowed to do any resistance workouts or drills with equipment (fins, paddles, snorkle, parachutes, ...), so if you want to train, this is not a pool for you. I'll return bc it's free for me. But that's literally the only reason.

Positive experience: opening hours are not clear at all. inconsistencies in notifying members of the availability is extremely frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Oxford University pool. Decent monthly subscription as a non student. Big pool divided into slow medium and fast lanes. Always plenty of room. Floor to ceiling glass on one side. Bright, airy, plenty of showers and excellent changing facilities. Enough parking, but limited on Saturdays with other sports around the pool

Positive experience: Staff are very average ( a little grumpy) and pool itself was quite dirty on the floor but all in all not a bad leisure complex. There is a 25m swimming pool inside and hard courts outside with a cage around them.

Fantastic experience: Great service, incredibly helpful always get a smile or hello from staff they allowed me to book twice on days where slots are available. Good app works very well and a good atmosphere!

Negative experience: I asked to view the facilities before I join and the rude and arrogant receptionst treated me like I was an alien or crazy. She is a middle aged brunette who even asked me to take off my shoes before I go to the swimming pool area. Everything was wet but she didn't offer shoe covers and had to seek for them. She is a reason not to join. Swimming pool looked nice but the gym horrible and tiny.

Positive experience: Could do with more shows for the children to use after lessons.

Positive experience: Very convenient time range but limited to members only, sadly for short term visitors! Especially since there is no alternative in Oxford.
