Negative experience: Tried to book classes today that I have attended for weeks, (when only 5/6 turned up) to find no space available as they have been filled with free pass holders. Cancelling both our memberships as its pointless paying over £50 a month to subsidise freebies for others. Good luck paying the wages on free pass holders.
