Negative experience: There is no negative star to choose for . My sons and daughters having swimming lessons here for years now . Very satisfied with all the experience and progress of my kids . One day my little one wanted me to watch though need to pick up my wife from work while watching him and it’s getting late just wanted to drop text message to my wife that we will be late to pick her up rushing and it’s an honest mistake forgetting I’m in the watching area . Shockingly as soon as I took my phone on my left pocket sideways downward young instructor name Kyle into my face in loud voice said rudely “you can’t use your phone hear “ initially was shocked because the rude manner portrayed by young rude racist swimming instructor . I didn’t manage to react initially because of the rude manner and I was humiliated and upset , a lot of parents are looking . Even I apologised initially but the way Kyle looked at me still in a racist manner , instead of focusing on kids learning how to swim , racism act I believe so because I’m Asian looking that’s why he think he has the right to humiliate and shout at . So I ask for his name and arrogantly proud of his name , the way he portrayed rude manners that I’m in charge here I’m the law here . I told him you could warn me nicely as an adult and as a parent of one of their student not in a rude manner and loud voice which will get all the attention of all the family and parents of those kids learning . Very argumentative and highly think about himself , even the acting lifeguard /manager (forgot his name ) very nice and well mannered manager or senior staff that day intervene because he (Kyle ) is making a scene , still arguing in loud manner even in the presence of his manager/senior staff member , even lifeguard ask Kyle to go back teaching because he won’t stop (instead of focusing to argue with underdog Asian guy whom Kyle think is stupid that he could humiliate in front of everyone) that’s how I felt that moment , that’s why I’m upset and ask his name . He is more interested to find fault to parents / family like me , He’s not interested why I took my phone from my pocket and didn’t even manage to press any buttons on my phone he’s into you already rudely and instead of focusing to teach his class small kids can you imagine . Few had experience the same thing but might be busy they can’t leave a very bad review and comment on the same young rude , disrespectful, no manner , racist , power hungry male instructor of Caludon swimming class . By the way don’t go book for same day swim class because Kyle is not going to focus teaching your kids , his more interested to humiliate parents and family who’s way older than him no manners at all imagine . So he is the only one in Caludon swimming instructor and staff we experience a very very bad attitude , very bad manners , no respect , he’s the law , and very proud he’s in charge . If you tolerate him continuously doing the manner he’s doing , you will definitely loose student 100% sure . Time will tell he’ll get bad karma the only one who’s very bad , arrogant , rude , racist , disrespectful instructor of Caludon swimming sport facilities in Coventry . I spoke to Adam from reception as well , has very well mannered senior staff member and he promise to speak to Kyle . But unfortunately after a week my son and my wife heard him (Kyle ) doing the same loud rude manner telling off parents . Please please do something about it , you don’t want us parents to lose our trust with the professionalism of your swim instructors . You can’t tolerate that kind of behaviour specially in front of little kids and family member . We’re all adult in professional environment, we could make mistake but it doesn’t mean you could humiliate us , instead of talking nicely to each other so we won’t make mistake next time and constantly follow the rules of Caludon sports facility . We forget why all of us are there for the instructor to teach and kids to learn very important isn’t. Thanks for your time reading this review and very bad experience, unfortunately continously

Positive experience: Good for swimming

Positive experience: Went for an early morning swim. Coolish pool temperature especially if you like wearing a thong swimsuit, friendly and helpful staff.

Negative experience: My son started here last year swimming in level 2 and he did fantastic, he then moved up to level three in November and absolutely nothing since January which is ridiculous so I have had to pull him out as if it was because he wasn't listening then why wasn't nothing said he just wasnt progressing at all

Positive experience: Swimming pool is good and kids love their lessons here. It is always nice and clean but the changing rooms are far too small for the number of kids getting ready for lessons - elbows in faces etc! Needs to be bigger, as does the car park - parking is a nightmare especially if needing to get kids out of car seats. Vending machine doesn't work. Takes your money and doesn't give you the drink, eventually refunds hours later.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only attended yoga & qigong classes here so I can’t pass comment on all of the facilities but special mention to the reception staff who have been really helpful with a few minor issues I had getting started with bookings, they’re a really friendly team.

Positive experience: The center seems OK but we were only here for kids Sunday league games, the grass pitch was very nice and well kept, the all weather pitch fir the 2nd game is an astro turf pitch basically green carpet over sand not 3g so not a nice pitch to play on. The home team coach reff'd both their home games in place of a proper ref and was shocking, their players were aggressive, insulting and very badly behaved both games, to the officials, other players and parents. (U14 cov league.)

She behaves like she has been forced to be there. SHOCKING!!! My daughter refuses to return and I have friends whose kids she has made so nervous they wont return either. This has got to be sorted!

Negative experience: Is nice gym but a little bit tired and little small but is nice swimming pool and good to have a swim in lanes Please let people swim until 22 because like me we're working until late and we need more time and the opening times says until 22 whilst the staff is tidying up we could swim until 22 and leave quickly the changing rooms I'm working as well and I've left when the closing time says not when i want Also when I put a complain and speak with them to finish my contract early because I'm moved and I don't have car every day they replied the membership for a year can not be cancelled so everyone be aware of this is better to try just for a month because for later closing the swimming pool and sometimes early and changing the opening times is not fair. In other gym like exercise 4 less you can cancel the one year if you proof you have moved. Thanks in advance

Positive experience: We play our home games here. The changing room and facilities (closed cubicle showers) are good and always clean. It is a decent pitch but the nets need replacing (holes in).

Fantastic experience: love this place

Positive experience: Only really used the outdoor football pitches and indoor court. Outdoor pitches are okay in dry conditions but a bit dangerous when it's wet. Slight layer of sand on it seems to make it into a bit of an ice rink. Other than that it's good. Gets quite busy with lots of teams of all ages playing on the 4 narrow pitches. Probably best to book at least 2 sections if you're adults and there's a fair few of ya.

Negative experience: Signed my daughter up for swimming lessons, after one lesson will not be returning. Forbidden from watching the children while in lessons, no viewing platform or sitting by pool. Instructor blonde short bob absolutely disgusting attitude, in her words she doesn't care about child's feelings of being worried and wanting her mum to be within view. Not the attitude from an instructor who you are intrusting your children with. Jacob the instructor my daughter had I cannot fault he was amazing, but unfortunately we will not be going back. I now have to convince my daughter she is safe and get her confidence back. She has been wanting swimming lessons for so long. The only person that was distracting the kids from the lessons was the woman instructor and if you read this yes my daughter heard what you said to your colleague!

Positive experience: Good place to do sports! Good swimming pool which gov lessons for the youngers. Lots of facilities think they even have a theatre group on Saturday morning. Good gym etc too. Friendly staff

Positive experience: GKR Karate have two student classes here on a Monday and a Friday evenings 6.30 - 8.30pm and our senior instructor's class on a Wednesday evening . Great venue for all.

Fantastic experience: Lovely sports centre with a wide range of activities throughout the week and weekends. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help you out with whatever you require. The facilities at this centre are first class including the gym, pool, sports hall and astro turf football pitch.
