Fantastic experience: Fantastic swimming teachers. Especially Malcolm.

Fantastic experience: My child is doing swimming lessons here, the pool is small and the instructors are very patient with the kids when teaching them, I haven't used any of the other facilities but they all seem very popular

Fantastic experience: Swimming lessons here are amazing. Fantastic staff. Special shout out to Mal, Owen and Josh who are excellent . My daughter has been having swimming lessons there, from a young age and they are friendly and brilliant at what they do. Definitely recommend Morriston Leisure centre for lessons.

Negative experience: Did not like this place at all, small pool very dirty, communal changing, no keys for lockers and member of staff on reception not able to answer questions, total waste of money

Fantastic experience: One of the best freedom leisure centres. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have indoor basketball /badminton courts and outdoor pitches(football /rugby)with ample lighting. Indoor halls for small events also available. Good swimming pool with bookable lanes available. Ample free parking available . They accept card and cash.

Fantastic experience: my first time her today and it was awsome!!! im only 16 and i loved it here the staff was great and so helpfull as it was my first time i went up to the counter and got sorted out there they showed me where the gym was inside and i was greeted with a lovley man who showed me around the gym it was clean and everyone in there was respectful and nice and everyone cleaned the machines after they had used it as i left after being there for about 1 hour and a half about 3 staff said hope u enjoyed and they was so nice deffo coming here agin what a gym this is!!

Fantastic experience: The Gym is busy but absolutely spotless and modern, Gym staff are always available to help and support members when im at the centre tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for about 3 months now and always had a really positive experience with the place and all members of staff, the gym is nice and layed out really well with plenty of room and the staff are always on hand and more than happy to help with anything you may need every time I've spoken to a member of staff here I've always walked away happy and they are always really upbeat and seem really happy with their jobs and they are also really polite and welcoming phoned up earlier to give a compliment note on one of the members of staff and the manger was really greatful I'd recommend a membership here to anyone they also do a lot of different activities well worth a visit

Fantastic experience: Went to a party never been before that staff were friendly place was nice enough

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Went to join, no flexibility at all only policies. Expected to pay 7 pound per person to use it for the first day. Didnt offer a visit too. We went and join The Simply Gym down the road.

Fantastic experience: It's quite a small leisure centre compared to others in the Swansea area, however we were visitors and only introduced to the main indoor area. It also has a gym area and a swimming pool with changing facilities.

Negative experience: Not quite the standard of service I'd expect.

Positive experience: The standard of hygiene is perfect, the booking in is easy and simple, can't go wrong at all would suggest this to anyone trying to start back and get fit, it isn't the biggest sized gym but it works great, the staffs very polite aswell and people inside

Positive experience: Plenty of activities to choose from and an outside all weather pitch for football. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Negative experience: Anyone can go there, play anything, workout or yoga. Although You won't get a good deal on the membership with cash but you can with debit card. Just because of that it gets a 2 Star.

Positive experience: Attended a childs inflatable party in the hall.well organised and structured.only downside,felt we were rushed out of area after inflatable left down but otherwise,clean,friendly and inviting .

Positive experience: Not bad. Not good either. Could be better but anything could be better. The swimming pool is a bit small compared to other ones and the gym is rather cramped and not much equipment is available in there. However, the gym halls are pretty good and there are many activities going on here and it's also available for booking and party reservations. Morriston Comprehensive School also use this during school time.
