Fantastic experience: Great studio and classes!

Fantastic experience: My Saturday ritual is coming to do the Warrior class. Class is great, instructors are full of energy and all the staff are super nice and helpful. Love this place!

Negative experience: Absolutely appealing customer service! After a class I wanted to take a shower as is my right, I jump in all good at first then nothing but cold water I ask a lady in the changing room to ho tell them there is no hot water and I wait naked and cold for an update from the staff ...who couldn't care less After a while with shampoo in my hair I step out in my towel to go see what the hell is happening just for me to find a staff member in the changing room too busy with the towels to give the person waiting any updates !!! And when I asked all they said was "oh it happens with so many classes " it happens !!! It happens !!! And you never thought to fix it or at least put an effing sign ?? Or is that too much to ask !!! No communication no customer care no apologies!!!! To hell with you !!! I can't even get a refund for the classes I already paid for ! This is the first and last time I try to shower there and after my last paid class I am never coming back !!! Too many better places that actually care about customers I also took 2 classes so far and in neither did the instructor show any individual care to anyone or any single posture correction

Fantastic experience: Nice place, very humid tho so be prepared to sweat a bucket. Instructor also seemed like he really cared about beginners. Felt like a friendly environment ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Friday Rider classes with Louise set me up for the weekend. Louise is an incredible instructor.

Fantastic experience: Honestly such a good facility. I do the Rider classes and the environment the instructors create is top tier. Amelia is unreal and such a friendly instructor. Nice clean changing rooms and showers, can’t recommend enough :)

Negative experience: I was made to feel really unwelcome by the receptionist on my first visit here. I had left my water bottle at home by accident and asked if I could get some water ahead of the class. The lady at reception said they only sell coconut water (which seems really odd as that doesn't hydrate you) so I asked if I could get tap water instead, and she said that they don't provide that. Funny that they brand themselves as a high end studio and then don't even have water facilities or sell water bottles? It's a shame as I did end up enjoying the Warrior class and the instructor was great, but the whole experience was ruined by my thirst and the rudeness of the reception staff. Will not be coming back again.

Fantastic experience: Lou’s Rider class is amazing. I went with someone who’d never been to a spin class before and they made so much effort to ensure he understood the instructions. The whole atmosphere they bring to the room is lovely.

Fantastic experience: Rosie has the best spin classes! Always had the perfect music and is as equally motivating and educational. I’ve only been to a few classes and my form has improved so much - the best!

Fantastic experience: I can’t get enough of this place and I am particularly obsessed with Lou and their spin classes. Their energy is unmatched and taste in music is impeccable . They always care so deeply for everyone in the room, making sure each person is comfortable/supported at all times without being over the top. I truly haven’t seen anything like it before at a studio and it makes such a difference to the experience. They have me LOVING working out and for that I am so grateful. A true gem .

Fantastic experience: I'm really loving it! In a middle of completing the offer pack of 15 days for £40 and I am hooked up. I wish monthly membership was at least slightly lower though... highly recommended to anybody who can afford it!

Fantastic experience: The trainers are all fun and professional. The facilities are excellent and they spent time and effort over the pandemic to improve the space whilst keeping up great online classes. Through these confusing lockdown times their communication with members has been excellent. It’s been so great to be back in class with the trainers because no matter how well I’m you think you’ve kept up over lockdown, it can’t compete with the workout you get with them in person! Try it out!

Fantastic experience: I've recently had a baby and was unable to keep up with my fitness throughout pregnancy due to sickness. However, I had been told that the hot yoga classes were brilliant, so I tried it out. I was quite worried for my first class as my fitness isn't what it used to be but I'm so glad I went. The teacher was brilliant, she spent time explaining the techniques (something which I didn't have previously from another gym studio) which was a huge tick in my box. All staff I saw welcomed me which is lovely. Overall, a brilliant experience and cannot wait to attend another class. I may even try another class.

Negative experience: I have recently discovered 3Tribes Borough. In spite of no air con in the barre studio, always manky mats that no one cleans, tiny changing room, a steep price tag, the amazing instructors, like Tori and Stephane, made the classes absolutely worth every penny (alas, looks like neither will teach here any more). A note to the management: you price yourself as a boutique high-end studio, yet there are no disinfectant sprays and cleaning towels in the studio for those of us who want to exercise on a clean mat, rather than on the one where someone has just sweated before. Not to mention, we are not really supposed to clean before ourselves. Also, a few times there’s been a lady doing barre class with a disturbing eczema situation on her feet (wearing no socks, peeling her infected skin on the mat). It’s scandalous that the mats are not cleaned after each class, especially when we have cases such as that. Very disappointed. Looking to finish the current membership cycle and find a better studio.

Negative experience: Firstly, I have been using the studio for years and have spent thousands in memberships and passes. The teachers at the studio are amazing! Which is probably why I've put up with the shockingly poor membership management. I won't go into the boring details of doubling billings, classes being used that weren't used and emails from staff that make no sense when trying to resolve. The mens change room is the size of a closet and has no ventilation which means your hot class carries on while you shower and get dressed. One would expect a bit more as it's not exactly a cheap place to do yoga. I don't believe my expectations are that lofty but the place is going down hill. Brilliant teachers, great classes unfortunately the studio is let down but it's lack of client service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing floatation Tank experience! The staff were so helpful and lovely. The studio is clean and I felt so so relaxed after the float! You have to try it! Highly recommend. X

Fantastic experience: The best hot yoga studio in North London, soon to be London! (can't wait to visit the new Borough studio!) There's a very special culture here and the teachers are amazing. I have been to a lot of yoga studios in London and many other cities and the staff working here are some of the most knowledgeable and friendliest. Great Yoga, Great Team!

Negative experience: Signed up for a session that was cancelled at short notice with no explanation. Won’t bother again.
