Negative experience: You think this is right? Yeah me too.. Zero stars

Fantastic experience: Like to go there because the staff offer good advice always willing to help out with different fitness movements when doing weight lifting, I enjoy the music and the Atmosphere is always friendly

Negative experience: almost all lockers still broken and noone gonna try to fix them for years, you have to carry your bag with you, not recommend this gym

Negative experience: someone who response for machines fix them please, almost all benches broken, chest machine broken for months, one barbell missing for months, leg machines broken (will stay broken again for months)... joke not a gym

Negative experience: the second month I was supposed to have half the price because I was recommended, but they still charged the full price

Positive experience: My first experience with Jetts Erdington was in 2016, where I spent 2 years going to the gym on daily basis and on the fly when I wasn’t in UK regularly. The gym is compact but allows you complete a decent workout while weights and machines just feel good in hand ( gym veterans will understand that sometimes is not the case ) while having the boxing bag and enough space to do some aerobics as sell. The great advantage is the fact the gym is opened 24/7, which reflects on many workouts I was able to enjoy regardless of time of the day. The staff was friendly but follows a bizarre rule that permits entry to people that paid for one-time entry only in working hours, effectively stopping me from working out with my friend, which is a strange, counterproductive approach to grow the business. I cancelled the membership due to relocation. Jetts has a good price to quality ratio and were my favorite in this particular area. Recommend

Positive experience: I have been a member of Bannatynes gym for around 15yrs. Felt it was time for a change and Jetts is different compared to those kind of gyms but really what more could you want? I’ve seen some say it’s small… yes it’s not huge but has everything you need. Cardio equipment and weights equipment is very good. Recently had a refurb and it looks very cool with neon lights and fresh paint etc… new equipment. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. After being a member of another gym for so long I knew the place well and knew almost everyone in there so was a bit daunting moving somewhere new but can’t fault Jetts. Been there now almost a year. It has everything you need for a workout whether that be weights or cardio. Lockers for your items and showers. If you want a top notch gym paying £60-£80 a month then go David Lloyd or Bannatynes but in all honestly they’re not worth the cost. It’s all techno gym equipment at Jetts, plenty of dumbbells & 2-3 squat racks (bannatyne had one) win!! Thanks Jetts for making me feel welcome

Negative experience: It's a tiny gym. Jetts Accrington is good. The manager Glenn seems competent and has a good service. The gym seems skint on money, the parking lines need to be painted, the layout needs changing

Negative experience: Didn’t entertained well

Fantastic experience: Initial reaction only... After enquiring a couple of months ago, getting all the information, without being pressured by daily, pushy emails or messages (that would instantly have put me off!) I finally got up the courage (and yes, for many people, courage is needed !) and booked my free trial day. Met at the door by a very friendly young lady (sorry, terrible with names!) who asked me all the right questions, listened and went through all the necessary details, checking I understood, and then simply let me get on and explore for myself. This perfect attitude of letting me know if I needed help someone was there, but giving me the space to figure out what I wanted for myself, with no pressure, no sales talk, no feeling of obligation, was exactly what I needed. I happily signed up for a membership, and sure, the place is small, but for me, that's preferable, it feels more like it's a group of friends training together and supporting each other rather than an impersonal mahoosive place with scarily perfect people who you feel are judging you and everyone around! Being 24/7 means I can happily go for workouts on my way home from work, which can be anywhere on the 24hr clock, so that 3am wind down from work stress is now available! I'll update in about three months with how I'm getting on, but my initial impressions are certainly good.

Negative experience: I've been a member at Jetts for over 3 years. At the start I told myself that they would fix the problems, but very few have been fixed. The capacity of the gym is very very small. There is a lack of free weights, benches and machines so only a maximum of 10 people can comfortably train at the same time. To make matters worse half of the storage lockers (which it is mandatory to use if you bring a bag etc) are broken. There are no locks on many of them, and on many the mechanism simply doesn't work. Of the ones that do, some have broken doors which can be opened . Recently someone was opening lockers and stealing peoples stuff. So if you bring a bag and clothes, leave it in your car. The 2 changing rooms are good, they have been upgraded but you can't use cold water, which is bad for those who prefer this after a workout. The bins inside are always dirty. The mini weights are completely destroyed, they have been for over 3 years. You can't read the weights on them, so you don't know what you're lifting. The covers are peeling off. They did invest in some nice tools recently, like attachements and an extra bar type. The mirrors have been broken since the start and taped together with duct tape. Embarassing... This gym seems short for cash, they don't really make repairs or maybe its not important to them. If you like to put your workouts on insta, you'll have to carefully position the camera angle to avoid the disrepair, or you'll look bummy lol On a good note, the gym generally has a good and friendly customer base, and the 24/7 365 day a week opening times is great.

Fantastic experience: I used this gym for a few months sadly I can no longer go as I’ve moved away. The staff are friendly and always on hand to offer advice. They have some really good groups on a morning and evening. The equipment is well maintained and everything you need for a great workout. I love the 24/7 opening hours was an definite bonus over the winter months.

Positive experience: Very good gym equipment are decent the gym is laid out well got safe lockers for your goods the staffs are very friendly and their also trainers aswel so if u don't know how to use the gym they helpful they do fitness classes aswel. The people that goes there are friendly no one in your business every one there for one purpose to get fit only bad thing I can say is the gym can do with a bit more equipment for body building but then again it a fitness gym il definitely recommend checking it out

Negative experience: Pushy sales! Went to enquire as I needed a local gym. Was greeted by a female who was insisted on “signing me up today to save x amount” then told me extra fees required for a card so about £40 just on a initial sign up. The direct debit contract and the things you have to do to cancel just in case something was to happen. If signing up to a gym requires fees and a long list of policies that should be a red flag! A gym should have the option of monthly or a 12 month contract if YOU want it. There slogan is workout on your terms more like ours.

Fantastic experience: I love this place AND the people who work there. They are helpfull and nice . The gym is always clean , equipments are fully functional and you will find everything for a good exercise . The price is good and the most valuable part is that this gym is 24/7 ,you can go any time and do your portion of activity .

Fantastic experience: All the gym instructors are helpful and take any needs into consideration, such as Ben helped by giving me some physio exercises to help my leg recover, which he didn't have to do! However, I Didn't get to use the gym as much as I wanted due to illness got in contact and they have frozen my account which is perfect for me. Was recommended by a few friends who are all happy with service.

Fantastic experience: great gym for to help with losing weight and making gains i highly recommend, this gym has helped me get fitter each day and the intensity builds up over the days even though the gym is a bit expensive the support is great and you don't get support quality like this in some gyms like I've tried such as Olympian gym near Osborn infantry school or the Erdington leisure centre which is new but that one hasn't closed down the one which is next to the library in erdington high street has closed down but the recent one near hearts road is new but is not for me so as for me as of now i, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this gym for training and motivation go train make some gains meet new faces and friends and don't give up i encourage anyone to not give up on their goals because you can do it if you believe in yourself self defeat is not an option if your feeling pain just fight it we all are fighters by heart so keep fighting you know what they say. Fantastic experience: A top gym with very knowledgeable, experienced, educated trainers. There’s no pretence, a friendly welcoming vibe & a lot of hard work & sweat! Highly recommend the Team Fit Camps throughout the week to keep you motivated.

Negative experience: It's all about staff who working there. Nothing about people who try to train there. If staff is cold they turn up heating no matter what clients want. So you sweating only to be there not from your training.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of Jetts family. The reason why I am saying family is because everybody is treated like a family. There is a lot of motivation and support main credit has got to go to Mr Georgie because he friendly. I would recommend this gym to everyone as you would get the right advise and support needed. Why not try it you will not regret.

Positive experience: Very tedious staff, sometimes helpful

Negative experience: WARNING! My boyfriend cancelled his membership with Jetts in Erdington over the phone in Feb 2018, and since then they've taken a total of £400 out of our account :( They will not give us our money back simply because the membership was cancelled OVER THE PHONE. I am so upset and can't believe what they've done. Please be warned they only want your money and can't be trusted with cancelling memberships properly. I thought I was okay at checking my bank statements regularly, but this just slipped through the cracks. Keep an eye out everyone they might do this to you too !!

Positive experience: It is smaller than expected but staff is really nice and it's very clean and new. They keep a limit of people signed up and I've not seen it overcrowded so far. Staff is always happy to help and provide some guidance. On top od that there are many free group classes. Overall, satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Jetts Erdington as a client of Carlos, and have been thoroughly impressed so far. The gym is kept clean and tidy with excellent equipment and facilities. Jetts offers a welcoming non-judgmental environment which is a vital aspect for me as a complete beginner! In particular, Ben made sure to give me a great start with a thorough induction, making sure I was completely confident to use the equipment by myself. PT Carlos has also been fantastic to work with over the last few weeks, working together to form a plan to help me achieve my goals, pushing me to my limit and supporting me along the way. I am really pleased that I am already seeing and feeling amazing results and look forward to many more training sessions to come!

Fit and strength Camps are excellent with a great tribe family who support each other to become fitter and better versions of themselves. Would highly recommend joining the jetts family.

Fantastic experience: Top facilities equipment and staff, always willing to lend a hand and some advice. Own classes as well as group sessions mon-thurs 8-9pm with one Saturday morning at 9am also, all of which will help you get the results you need. Highly recommend gym ‍♂️

Negative experience: It's fine, but not somewhere I'd want to train regularly. I came here on a three-day pass, but only actually came on the one day because my overall feelings about the gym weren't that positive. The man at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, but that was really about as far as the positives went. The gym was smaller than I was expecting - it still had most things I would want to use, but in brutal honesty it was just not an atmosphere that made me feel comfortable or welcomed, which was disappointing given the price bracket of membership. Aware that probably a lot of this is subjective rather than objective; objectively it's probably a great gym, if it's what you're looking for. But personally I found it very overpriced for what it was, and much preferred 24/7 Fitness in Fort Dunlop, and my regular gym easyGym in Birmingham Centre. Overall this isn't somewhere I would look to return to, but again aware this is a subjective rather objective view.
