Negative experience: This sports centre is great except that the floor of the sports hall should be swept before the roller skaters come in.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym ,swimming pool, football pitches and sports hall. Fabulous cafe with great choices of drinks and food very reasonable price. Give it a try

Positive experience: It looks nice big cafe sports hall they have a swimming pool aswell clean and tidy the nice size sports hall they have a gym haven't seen it yet and a swimming pool lady's in the cafe a freindly and chaty so you can have little laff with them havnt tried the food looks like a upmarket gym

Negative experience: The fire alarm went off whilst I was waiting for my flu jab. Eventually the fire brigade came and sorted the problem.

Fantastic experience: Went to help my 90 year old Aunt to get her booster today at the Raich Carter Centre. Excellent organisation, helpful, organised and friendly. The media were excellent as well, reassuring efficient, clear in explanation and caring

Fantastic experience: I love spending time with my cousin and friends doing swimming and aqua fit with a fantastic frendly instructor called alison . She does classes in the aquatic centre as well. She's full of energy . Best instructor ever

Positive experience: Lots of facilities. Sunday 10-11 quiet in the pool. Cafe closed on Sundays. Visited on a school holiday day. Still fairly quiet. Cafe service a bit slow.

Negative experience: Decided to take my 4 month old daughter swimming, pool was absolutely stone cold at 10am i thought it would have adleast been a little bit warm but it was too cold for myself too get in tried putting her legs in and she screamed with the temperature and she's been swimming before so she's fine with getting in the water think we will stick to our regular pool her legs where turning blue absolutely disgusting temperature for a public pool will not be returning

Negative experience: Staff were ignorant when I explained that I didn't need an induction because id been there before and they wouldn't let me in

Positive experience: They very kindly host Blood donating sessions which really helps a lot of ppl as a lot of venues are much further afield. This venue is a great location & they are very helpful & friendly. There are multiple disabled bays which are right at the front door & makes attending there a lot easier than many other places.⭐

Negative experience: Staff are clueless about how many customers are in the pool and we were not notified half the pool was closed due to swimming lessons. We lasted 10 minutes before having to get out because of lack of space to move/swim and once I complained to reception she said a manager would call to discuss the matter the following day and I am still waiting (4days later) also I have never suffered athletes foot but after using Raich Carter I do now!

Fantastic experience: Used the swimmimg baths: clean, in a good state of repair (minus a few lockers), effective showers and well provided with life guards. Some may have a problem with unisex changing room but all cubicles have locks. Finally, pleasant cafeteria and helpful reception staff.

Fantastic experience: This is a great sports centre. It is easily accessible and easy to find. The staff are super friendly and it's a great atmosphere overall. It's ideal for all ages from toddlers to pensioners. I would highly recommend it.
