Negative experience: Don’t ever go to this gym is a scammer they will scam you. There’s a contract on it. They will never let you know about it. The gym smells so bad no hygiene at all. It smells so ridiculously bad and people coming in there. They’re very uneducated they very rude

Fantastic experience: as of right now, im loving it. the atmosphere is nice, the people at the gym are nice. everything is clean and modern, i really like the cold water fountain. nice punching bags and equipment. the workers are very nice too, the only thing i would say is to fix the vending machine but other then that its a definite 5 stars. great job

Fantastic experience: I've been with this gym for exactly one year, since last December. Approximately 150 gym sessions. I mostly do early mornings. Very well equipped. Staff is very friendly and keep the place clean and tidy. Gym is mostly visited by local residents, and is helping to build up healthy community. My only negative is that i recently started to do spinning classes, and i noteced that some of the machines need service, however i still give it a 5 star for a change in live this gym has done for me.

Negative experience: I’m Corinne M and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated to say that my email, reporting inappropriate behavior in the mixed lockers room, has gone unanswered for 10 days. The sight of a group of men occupying all the available limited space parading in groups of 5/6 to take pictures completely topless, creates an uncomfortable environment reminiscent of a teenage boy club. What's even more concerning is the presence of a staff member participating in such behavior. On top of that, the defect treadmills that frequently stop in the middle of workouts pose serious safety concerns and has been an issue for months. The lack of response and action from the staff is truly unacceptable. I will be cancelling my membership next month.

Fantastic experience: Well-equipped gym but what really makes it stand out is the PT, Hass. He’s friendly and always happy to help. His classes are awesome - he brings the enthusiasm and motivation you need to really push yourself. His classes are always oversubscribed so you can tell he loves what he does and is brilliant at it. I also have PT sessions with him and the results I’m seeing so far are amazing. He’s taught me so much and I’m loving the progress.

Positive experience: Good service and staff but the opening hours really need to be changed. It’s not a 24 hour gym but they could at least stay open until at least 11 pm and later on weekends.

Negative experience: I bought myself the full package and then she tells me two weeks later You have a time limit 9 Until 4:30 She said there is no time limit from the beginning, isn't it unfair?

Negative experience: Very disappointed in terms of customer services and they way they approach my situation. I was charged the full amount rather than 50 % of the first month when joining the gym . Contacted the gym several times through email and phoned saying I need a refund and they sayings it been issues and the money will come into the found. I waited and no response don’t acted my back abs they gave me the money back and they the énergie fitness group contacted by associates Harlond ground to pay it back I paid it back and still no response in terms of a refund contacted multiple times spoke to staff and including KRIS the manger who’s in charged of the refunds but still nothing waste of time. Unacceptable behaviour from This gym avoid it at all cause terrible service Ps guy all the reviews are fake star rating.

Fantastic experience: I have sever social anxiety and take medicine to help me leave the house. It took 4years of going past the gym to get the courage to go in. The guy at the desk saw how nervous I was and calmed me down. He showed me around and even told me the days he worked so that I could have a familiar face when I came in. I told him I was aiming to go to the gym for a month, and that was going to be a huge achievement for me. For the first 2 weeks I would lock myself in the bathroom and cry, before making myself do the workout. Knowing he was there and I could go to him if I'm having a panic attack gave me comfort. After the first month I started going on different days and times. I was a little more comfortable and knew what I was doing. After 2 months, I no longer felt anxious at the thought of going gym. The guy isn't working there anymore but I could stand on my own two feet. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't still be going to the gym, I'd be at home wishing I could.

Negative experience: Really disappointed visiting this gym when it first opened in 2018 when I was a member it was such a quite gym and not to busy and the prices I paid was only £19.99 and it’s was a phenomenal prices however after recently apply it’s gone up to £32.99 for the same gym and it’s not worth it to busy and less equipment on the floor very disappointed therefore had to leave what a shame if you want something bigger try a bigger gym for a cheaper price.

Fantastic experience: I’m in there 6 days a week and Ive seen a change mentally and physically. The personal trainers there are really helpful too, if your looking for a change and want to better yourself I recommend getting in touch with the personal trainer Hassan. Amazing at what he does.

Fantastic experience: Good quality gym. Overall the equipment is quite new, the facilities and boxing area are amazing. The staff are quite good. If you go here, ask for Hasan the best personal trainer you could ever have.

Would highly recommend Hasan, knows everything and really helpful. Understanding my needs and targets and showing me new techniques for efficiency and maximizing the gains. Fantastic experience: Energie Fitness is a great local gym that supports my physical and mental maintenance. Everybody at the there is so welcoming and friendly all the time. Although all the employees are superb, Hasan is a stand out staff member that has passion, motivation and knowledge that surpasses what you could imagine from a PT. Fantastic experience: Very hygienic and well equipped gym. Staff are very friendly. Trained with Hasan who is one of PT's. Couldn't recommend enough!! Before training with Hasan turns out I was only pushing myself 70%-75% on my workouts. Since working with Hasan every workout has been 100% and I can see it in my results and haven't looked back since. Not only does he have a good knowledge of exercises, but also willing to give recommendations on diet, lifestyle as well as keeping you motivated. Best PT I've trained with!

Positive experience: A nice atmosphere for most gym-goers to enjoy, however could benefit from having one more bench/one more squat rack. Most of the personal trainers have also been helpful, especially Hasan who greets every single member who walks in with a welcoming attitude.

Fantastic experience: Énergie is a great gym with fantastic staff, I’ve recently started having personal training sessions with one of the PTs Hasan and he’s absolutely amazing. He’ll drive you constantly to push beyond what you think are your boundaries and strive for more. Even when I’m getting to those last reps and don’t think I can carry on he provides the motivation to keep me going. In my first 10 sessions, I’ve lost 4kg within a month and 4% of my body fat. I know with Hasans continuous help that ill be able to achieve the goals I want and without his motivation, guidance and belief in me I wouldn’t be working as hard as I do.

Positive experience: I joined the gym a couple days ago. The staff seem to be friendly enough. The atmosphere in the gym is good.i haven't yet really needed the staff for anything yet because ive decided just to use the treadmill for the next few weeks and they are straight forward to use. So far the staff have just let me get on with things myself.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at this gym since it first opened in 2018 and have always enjoyed feeling welcome by the team. The standard of quality and range of equipment is second to none in the area, and the classes are always well run, professional and effective. Special shout to Hasan for giving me that extra push in Monday evening's class - a great addition to the team!

I have trained on and off for over 10 years and Hasan is by far the best PT i have ever worked out with.Very happy to have him to help me in my progress as well as the rest of the staffs great customer care. Fantastic experience: This is fantastic gym offering great value for money, a friendly atmosphere and high quality, well maintained equipment. Hasan (one of the personal trainers) in particular is a credit to the gym with his boundless enthusiasm and experise. He is an advocate for natural body building and fitness which is rare these days and most welcome. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer .

Negative experience: Dust central.staff all on their mobiles, allegedly under new ownership or management, yet to see her In response to the owners rude response to my constructive criticism. I belong to another energie fitness and this is a club I have used as I work local to this branch.I do not doubt your staff do not recognise me their faces are in their phones and I let myself in when the door is open. I’ll be sure to publicly post the pictures of the lumps of dust that are blown in my face while doing my ab workout in social platforms. Clearly on the defence mate. It’s a shame it wasn’t taken in good spirits. Love jake

Fantastic experience: I had 10 sessions with Hasan the personal trainer and I loved every minute of it, he is a very professional very passionate and above all is such a good guy not only did he help me in the gym but also outside of the gym with food and nutrition as a result of his guidance I have in 2 months lost 6 kg. Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly staff and great atmosphere. Most fun and happy environment for me and my brother Steven. All staff go out their way to help Steven with all his special needs especially Zubia who has aided him in classes and while training qround the gym solo. Chynna is the most fun chilled manger making the gym and safe and comfortable place for us all. Oltian and Sean have made Steven feel so happy and safe at the gym and also encourage his goals!! Best gym in Chingford!!

Positive experience: Overall decent gym but this place is tiny. Fine for average Joe, but if you serious about lifting weights look elsewhere. Gym and lockers clean.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever!! Although closing time is 10pm, the staff switches off the music 1h earlier, and then starts cleaning and locks the toilet at 9pm as well. 2 times a week (cause of yoga classes taking place in the same room) there is no music so the place is more of a church than a gym. Avoid!!

Positive experience: I'm having fun there , nice gym , fresh equipment , but the only thing which disappointed me , is one of the staff's member black guy , he came in knocking my door in shower room , he was so rude , he said "what are you doing , you spent ages here, hurry up man !! " in such unprofessional way , i litterally had shower for 20 min , at that moment i had the envy to quit the gym because of him , i cant beleive how can he use that attitude with clients , please train your staff on how to deal with clients in a professional way , thank you

Positive experience: Beautiful establishment, extremely clean, with polite and helpful stuff. Great choice of classes and machines available. It does not get too overcrowded which is beautiful. The only downfall is that I cannot access it whenever I like, I have to wait for a member of stuff to open the door for me. What is the point of those damn fobs or PIN codes??

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since the beginning and only stuck to weights and kept to myself.(still do kind of) That said started going to everything from roughly 3 months ago. Classes, Empower and being consistent about it. At first I definitely lacked confidence but over time there has been a positive change to virtually everything and I'm eager to keep pushing myself further so I'm very grateful to this gym location for providing knowledgeable classes, motivational encouragement whilst being drill instructors who want the best for you. Highly recommend the following classes: Spin, Circuits and Box Blast though I haven't attended a class that has been "bad" or a waste of time and I can guarantee you'll leave feeling tested and better for it in the long run. I've genuinely got nothing bad to say about Energie Fitness, sincere thank you to Chynna, Zubia and Oltian for the classes over my period of time of being here. Lily is amazing too, circuits are a killer.

Fantastic experience: OK, well I went to another gym but they wanted me to pay by direct debit for a Month! Aaaand they charged £50, which they would take twice even though I would only be using the gym for one month. So, in this gym a very very kind lady called Zubia said that I could join by paying bank to bank for one month, sorted! The gym was well stocked with equipment I needed to use, the staff advised me when needed and the showers were GREAT! I cannot fault this gym, I loved every minute of my time there, the other gym users were also friendly. I even locked my bag in a locker one time and the staff broke the lock for me. I recommend this gym throughly.

I have tried most classes but spin is my favourite Suzette is a fantastic teacher her music and style of exercise is great and she works you hard. So come and join us because she is really good. Negative experience: The worst customer service ever. Stay away from this gym

Fantastic experience: Energiesfitness Chingford is a great gym with excellent facilities. The team of PTs are all down to earth and create good relationships with the local community most of who attend the gym. There always there to help. Great classes available throughout the week! My favourite would be the HIIT Yard Fighting Fit, it’s a killer.

Positive experience: It is a nice, small and compact gym with adequate facilities and loads of classes for a great price! Be careful if you may need to cancel, even if specified clearly in the confirmation email you receive when you join saying that you can cancel at any time, 1 month notice is needed and you will only find this out after you cancel the direct debit with the bank! Email them beforr cancellation to make sure everything goes right!

Negative experience: I called the gym for enquires and the lady I spoke to was rude she said she’s a personal trainer... but her attitude on the phone was very unprofessional but I will go there next time to see for myself

Positive experience: Good new gym, much better than my previous one in Chingford with better equipment for a lower price. Could do with some air con though as it can get very warm when doing cardio.
