Positive experience: Decent place. Car parking gets really full, but has 3 hours free

Fantastic experience: I just celebrated my Sons 10th Birthday here today and I have to say the staff and Manager are brilliant. McKensey the manager was happy to accommodate requests and be flexible with the party booking due to external factors. Henry the delegated staff member was extremely helpful and attentive with ensuring everything and everyone was in the right places!! You guys are amazing and a credit to Everyone Active!! All my guests were happy and impressed with your customer service and helpfulness. A brilliant place for Birthdays!!

Fantastic experience: It's like an arcade for toddlers with plenty of games. There is a nice soft play and jumpy things. Very friendly staff as well

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time at Salt Hilt Activity Centre! I went with friends for a fun day out, and the bowling experience was fantastic. The lanes were well-maintained, the equipment was in great condition, and the atmosphere was lively – perfect for both beginners and experienced bowlers. We enjoyed every game, and it was clear that a lot of effort has gone into making the center a top-notch destination. What made our visit even better was the wonderful service from the duty manager, Karima. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Karima truly added a personal touch to our visit, checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and her warm approach made our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a fun day out with exceptional service, Salt Hilt Activity Centre is the place to go. Highly recommend, and a special shout-out to Karima for making it memorable!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time there today and the staff were lovely, it was very clean, toilets were nice and the manager on shift Karima was very nice and checked up on us.

Positive experience: Came bowling at Salt Hill as we had a free afternoon before going to Legoland. No complaints about the bowling at all, it wasn't busy but we had lights and music and had a fun time. The centre was clean and the staff were helpful.

Positive experience: Trampoline park is OK. Medium sized. There's a dual place and a couple of other activities too. Overly strict and pedantic on rules. Kids go to such places to release energy but a lot of "don't do this, don't do that". The lady supervising at the time we went wasn't very nice.

Positive experience: Good activity place for kids! But canteen doesn't offer you much choice!

Negative experience: Unfortunately my family and i were here for the first and last time. Areas did not meet my expectations and this was my first experience here and it certainly was not pleasant! An accident had happened and staff were not to be seen around the soft play and it was unprofessionally dealt with after they had realised. My family and I had high expectations of this place hence us seeing the pictures online which in my opinion was false advertising most of areas were tiny and not looking appealing! We were supposed to have a nice calm soft play session which was supposed to last 1 hour but only lasted 20 minutes due to an accident and we kept asking for refunds which they refused to give instead they gave us a voucher which is unnecessary thus we are not coming again!

Negative experience: Short lady(??) with tattoos and short hair is extremely unpleasant and rude. Horrible reflection on the business, although the other staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff (Lex in particular!) and my child had a great time bowling and trampolining (bowling is open despite what some old google results say). Worth persevering through the terribly clunky website!

Negative experience: We turned up here on a Tuesday with a group of young adults with learning disabilities and quickly realised this place is not as it seems on the website. Trampolining wasn't open till 4, bowling alleys malfunctioned and atmosphere was none existent, none of the arcade machines worked, the pool table was out of order, the cafe wasn't open until the weekend and the staff on the reception weren't very helpful. Very very disappointed and wasted half of our day.

Negative experience: It's OK but very cold inside not good for the kids. And found snot on the slide and green boogers errrh come on at least have a cleaner on the side

Positive experience: Birthday Party Booking Review: My daughter's birthday celebration at Salt Hill Park Activity Centre was enjoyable, thanks to recent refurbishments. The soft play area was a hit, and the facilities were clean. However, there are areas needing improvement. The party room, though functional, appeared worn out and poorly arranged. Tables and chairs seemed very dirty, with extension cords plugged into walls, detracting from the overall ambiance. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to see the room before booking, but I chose it for the soft play area. As for the buffet, it left much to be desired, resembling something out of a iceland store . The only standout items were the neatly arranged carrot sticks and veg platter. The rest of the buffet should follow suit in terms of presentation and quality. Communication regarding bookings was poor. After paying and booking, I didn't receive an email confirmation until receiving a phone call a few days before the event. While I appreciate the call, as a customer who spent £230 on a party, a simple email confirmation with my booking details and food choices would have been greatly appreciated. I would not recommend booking this place unless changes are made to the operation and booking procedures. I strongly believe the website could be updated with photos of the buffet, as it is not up to par and needs to be reevaluated. The staff are great and helpful, but the options are poorly delivered. It's a shame and a missed opportunity for improvement.

Negative experience: We visited this centre today. It was quite bad, not sure why it’s got such a high rating on google reviews. The customer service especially wasn’t great, the staff were behaving like they didn’t want to be there. They were very rude and unhelpful. We will not be going back.

Negative experience: Booked bowling. Turned up just before 8pm and was really disappointed. No music and the bar was closed. Absolutely no atmosphere and so quiet. So glad I only booked one game. If I wanted to go bowling again I'd probably go somewhere else with a bit of a good atmosphere

Negative experience: I waited half an hr on Sunday, so that I would get a full hr session, at half two they made an announcement and absolutely nobody paid any attention to it, it was ram packed with kids,30 mins later still continued filling up! a member of staff stated “there’s not much we can do” when I asked when the previous session would start to leave! Why make any announcement if that’s the case..people were just spending the day there, toddlers wer mixed with big kids in the older childrens soft play, it was an unorganised madness

Negative experience: Poor customer service VPR takes too long and won’t offer refund or exchange Reception don’t even know what day it is never mind what they offer. Very frustrating, will avoid in future

Fantastic experience: I loved this place. I went to the VR center and there were many things to play. Such as many sports games and I especially liked boxing. There is also a trampoline park, escape room and a soft play area. I would definitely recommend this to those who are looking for some enjoyment with friends and family.

Positive experience: Attended for my nephews birthday. Clearly, the screams and shrieks are testament to what fun was had. The only downer was the food - this could do with some improvement.

Positive experience: Good soft play for children. Does get super busy though! Cheaper than other soft plays and they have a trampoline area which is good too (have to pay separately for a session)

Fantastic experience: I don't normally bother reviewing things but I had to say what a brilliant day we had today. We brought our daughter who has quite complex special needs to the centre to meet some family; we did soft play, bowling, had lunch, did VR and trampolining, and she laughed the whole way through. It couldn't have gone better, I was so impressed with the staff who were great all day and couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't really expecting much when we arrived but all of us left having had a fabulous day, and I just wanted to say thank you.

Positive experience: Think the site that everyone active use is severely outdated. The price for 1 game is quite expensive per person and it would surely make more sense to fill out the lanes by the hour instead of by game that way you'd actually get everything booked out properly. Update your pricing to be better suited just like pool tables - price/hour. Also sort out your website's functionality and simplify the method of booking.

Fantastic experience: Did the Jurassic Island escape room. Great fun, highly recommend. The banter from the staff was exceptional. Such corkers as “I’m sure you’re all very accomplished, but you’re lacking a little common sense today…”. Brilliant. Give that woman a pay rise!

Positive experience: It is a great venue for kids to let off steam. A bit of a pain, though, when exiting, as you have to turn left on the dual carriageway and a long way around to head West. It's not great if you want to turn right!

Positive experience: It's a nice big soft play area but in the section where it's for younger kids 0-3 older ones were constantly in there and their parents didn't do anything, it should be manned abit more tbh I see kids that don't even know each other hitting each other a little baby got stood on cause of older kids again in the small area its a shame.

Fantastic experience: We went on Friday evening and the place was nearly empty. After 6PM there is no cafe open so those who are looking for a busy place and want to drink or eat shouldn't go. We enjoyed the quietness of the place. The facilities are clean and well looked after.

Positive experience: Used the soft play, in my opinion there is not enough seating for observing adults and not enoughy supervision. There were lots of bigger children charging around knocking over smaller children (even in the toddler area). These children should know better and their parents were either not looking or not bothered but when I see my five year old go flying as well as smaller children it angers me.... some staff supervision would help. Parents were also letting their children into the play frame with food and drink this is disgusting and dangerous.

Positive experience: This place is like more concentrated on locals than someone outside. Despite having nice free carpark in front, this place isn't big. Got a few bowling lanes, jumping, softplay, and party rooms. Understandably, bowling, you have to book in advance to be able to play . But jumping and softplay could be accessible without prior booking and on 1 bill.

Negative experience: Really terrible staff who completely lack any common sense. 1 kid in trampoline area, but cannot allow any more kids in the area until next hourly slot, apparently due to health and safety, and they need to keep track of the kids………..there was only 1 kid there ‍♂️. First and last time visiting this place simply due to poor attitude from staff.

Negative experience: We came to salt hill park soft play area on 10th december 2022, We have been to this play area before on saturdays too and my kids always loved playing until 8 or 8:30 which is the closing time for soft play on saturday. On 10th december we came like usual and staff was busy in watching England and France football match which was completely ok. My kids were playing in the play area and they were the only children in play area. It was 7:40 when one of the lady from staff came and said that the play area is closing now so you have to leave. I have an autistic child which was very disappointed and didn't want to leave. The staff wanted us to leave before the usual time because they wanted to be done with cleaning and wanted to enjoy the match which is very unprofessional. I dont mind them watching and enjoying match but telling us that the play area is closing before its regular times is very unprofessional !!

Negative experience: You only know how good a place is when something goes wrong. There seems to be a distinct lack of staff training and a massive lack of urgency in trying to get problems resolved.

Negative experience: Soft play is small but adequate, food is terrible and overpriced, and service/staff worse. Run by teenagers. Very disappointed after a 50 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: One of the best softplays in slough and the best part is the space and the rates for softplays/trampoline etc for the kids.its definitely affordable...my kid went there for the first time and enjoyed each and every sec. She was not willing to leave the place at all .it's worth going there atleast once... I miss such play areas in Maidenhead .....5 stars to the service

Fantastic experience: If your coming to get your covid jab beware that you may struggle with parking if its busy. Though the have plenty, they have closed the overflow that was near the entrance. Other than that, it's well run and really well organised. In and out within 1/2 an hour.

Positive experience: No walk in vaccines today, 13 Dec, despite the NHS website saying they do. Partner had a good experience here for his booster and my day wasn’t ruined

Negative experience: Went there this morning (Dec 13th) with my wife for an over 30 booster jab, after PMs announcement. After checking the NHS website we went there just to be sent back, since they don't do over 30 without appointment. I don't know how to blame for this...

Fantastic experience: I had my booster here as a walk in. Nurse Priti did my vaccination and she was the best! I was told to relax the arm and next thing I know it's all done. I didn't feel a thing. Volunteers were all friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Not the easiest place to locate using a sat nav (it will always take you to the back of the building) so allow yourself extra time. Don't turn off until you see the green sign post (it's a sharp unusual turn). The centre has enough parking spaces and activities to keep the family going for hours.

Fantastic experience: I had my Covid booster jab there last week, and it was very efficiently and painlessly done, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprize to get my jab booster within 20 mints with out appontment. Nurse was very good who give me jab. But supporting people who was directing to nurses was not so caring they busy talking to each other. I was told to set in The observation area for 15 mints. But there was no one to observe any of us. I ask one person staff what I to do she told me just walk out after 15 mints and pointed to exit. Very disappointed there was no after care for old age person.
